Welcome back to the bus where anything goes, hop aboard, tell us about you & we’ll be here for you (there’s a song in there somewhere!).

This bus has a growing bunch of gorgeous black and white springy pups on board, tortoises & 2 feisty little kittens so bring your pets and pictures are obligatory 🤗.

We’ve got TTC happening in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

@Somatronic did you get info at your appointment though? I felt quite clueless throughout my entire appointments and throughout really & still managed it fine 🤪 (that's meant to be reassuring is it?!) what did the homeless person say?

@Juno231 yes a lot of pottering and doing stuff on the way like I did unpack everything from weekend away & do all the washing & put other stuff away! Oh god yeah there were lots of potential issues and I still accidentally look at stuff I shouldn't (TTC related mainly) on our Amazon account which everyone can see. I wasn't bothered about then seeing the cock colouring books though 🤪

@KiwiTTC1st phew I mean you could have been a thong girl. You aren't out til Aunt Flo arrives and it's only the first cycle right? Most ppl don't get Implantation bleeding as the others have said, in fact ladies I'm not sure I remember anyone from our buses having it?!

@notyetamumbuttrying you bloody STAY on that sofa girl, I felt like I had gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson after mine but I did apparently have "an illusive egg they had to rummage for" 🤨🙄

my midwife was calling my light bleed at 6 weeks implantation but I'm not convinced as it seems a bit late on and I know my cervix is prone to irritation/bleeding. I'd agree and say it's more common to have no bleed!

@Minster2012 no I didn't learn anything new at the appointment. She started by taking my medical history and seemed to get really thrown by my thyroid issues. I think she was confused by the fact that I have both Graves disease and Hashimotos. I had a letter from my endocrinologist explaining my situation but she still seemed to be a bit thrown by it. She repeatedly checked my previous bloods and wrote down my TSH several times and kept repeating "TSH is .56, that's OK, that's OK".

Then she gave me a form for the tubes test, some blood forms and a pot for DH to check his swimmers and told me to make appointments and she'll see me in 3 months. She didn't really explain anything but maybe there's nothing to explain at this stage?

The homeless woman was looking for money and I genuinely had no change so I had to turn her down. Then she tried to get me to bring her to a shop for food which I have to assume was a trap and when I said no she started hurling abuse, along the lines of I'd give it to a fucking junkie but not to her (she definitely looked like an addict, poor thing). She said she was pregnant. I hope she isn't. Then she did the same to another woman further down the street who was in a dressing gown, clearly just about to give birth and was even nastier to her and her friend than she was to me. I don't mind I'm used to that kind of thing from my job. Didn't bother me one bit.

Oh really? That's definitely put my mind at ease, thank you. Because it's my first month trying I'm looking out for absolutely everything. A few things that seem different to my usual monthly, are:
Sneezing more, more tired and fatigued than usual.
Today (9dpo) I have been feeling incredibly achy, boobs, upper arms and thighs. Like I did a workout yesterday. I don't know if that's a good thing or not 🤷🤣

@2020mission in my googling session when I first started bleeding I kept coming across "implantation bleeding" but when you are pregnant & I was like that doesn't make sense?

@Somatronic oh yeah she sounds delightful & probs was pregnant, like we've said before here we are taking allll the supplements yet y'know all the drug users get knocked up easy! You probably blew the mind of the fertility person, I get that when I list off everything& then go "but it's fine!" But you aren't in their nice neat boxes with random stuff like graves & hashimotos what can they do?!

@KiwiTTC1st you've got some impressive symptoms there, I was sneezing a lot today, stupidly I put it down to hay fever 🤔maybe you are into something!

@Minster2012 I've never known anyone have implantation bleeding tbh, think it's pretty rare like you say, maybe you have to have a real real real fluffy lining 🤷‍♀️

Another sunny day, anyone got weather related plans? I'm working all day 😫 reflexology session later. Hidden the OPKs and BBT so they're truly ditched this cycle, concentrating on toning up a bit. Just remembered I've signed up to a colour run obstacle course this coming Saturday, I'm not sure I'm fit enough 🙈

Your cycle is likely to be a bit wonky @Minster2012, just keep shagging whilst there's some sort of EWCM and then you've covered yourself.

@Katao a few ladies at my work were saying they've had the Covid jab and their periods were much longer and heavier than usual after it for the first one or two cycles so it definitely does affect your cycles, could be to do with that

Hey @Minster2012 erm day 5 flashing smiley and I have started the easy@home and not even a high. Feeling deflated and very overwhelmed. Even if I think logically that I didn’t realise I should be testing twice a day with the CB Advanced once I got the flashing and that I have started all this mid cycle without having regular periods or a clue what I am doing which obviously means I could have very easily missed the peak I just feel completely panicked and emotional. Cried most of yesterday thinking about months of peeing on sticks. I realise this may seem a bit dramatic but I have this terrible fear I’m not ovulating 😔. Apologies for the essay.

Embarrassing story: when collecting my degree I fell over on the stage (my biggest fear 😂) or when I was singing karaoke at my leaving party years ago I twisted myself up in the wires as I got a bit passionate singing Whitney. Even as my friends came on stage to try untwist me I still didn’t stop singing lol (I’m also tone deaf). Strangers came up to me in tears afterwards saying the funniest thing they had seen 😂

@Minster2012 argggh that's frustrating, hopefully you're covered though and a little eggy is on its way! That post is bonkers I couldn't even read it all, I just had to flip it to see it she ended up pregnant 😂

@larrythelizard I feel free 😂 only CD2 but I feel excited 😛 next steps are zoom meeting with the consultant next Friday to discuss results. I could see her mouthing under her mask counting my follicles for some time so hopefully that's a good sign, I don't know🤷‍♀️🙈 ouchy to the toes, can you take calls in your garden?

Started my Wednesday off with a 6am dog walk, then DH and I headed off swimming! 32 lengths done, bump feeling wriggly. So think she liked it haha!
