Welcome back to the bus where anything goes, hop aboard, tell us about you & we’ll be here for you (there’s a song in there somewhere!).

This bus has a growing bunch of gorgeous black and white springy pups on board, tortoises & 2 feisty little kittens so bring your pets and pictures are obligatory 🤗.

We’ve got TTC happening in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

@notyetamumbuttrying this is the 11th cycle. I sincerely regret not starting to try sooner.

@Minster2012 it is positive to have a plan. Feels like moving in the right direction and thankfully the waiting times don't seem too long. We defo need a TTC break for a few months & until we have a plan to avoid more losses if we can but I'm also glad that we could possibly be back on the TTC journey before the end of the year (I had worried it would mean waiting until next year before trying again but hopefully not).
Anyway i did my 1st hcg test since the miscarriage and its still there but faint. its not been even 2 weeks yet though and the hospital said to check in 3 weeks so im going to save the last 2 hcg tests i have until next week.

i think im going to start a new little sewing project today... try to be a bit creative :)

@blackcurrantqueen good luck for your bloods and scan. I succumbed to my impatientness and have booked a private scan a week before my clinic scan so have a scan next Wednesday at 6 weeks 😬

Nice one on the weight loss @Haiyaa -my scales were out of battery when I went to weigh in on Friday so who knows where I am!

I'm having a needly 7 days -blood tests on Friday gone, giving blood now and vaccine tomorrow!

@Somatronic that's how I felt too. I'm heading until month 21 and cycle god knows what, stopped counting that after 18 months. Too depressing! Are you gonna go for checks next month then?

@larrythelizard oh I havnt been watching sewing bee... I might watch it in catch up. I'm going to try to make some romper/dungarees for my niece. I love them on toddlers but my niece is really tall so despite having just turned 2yrs old, she's in size 3-4 so buying them online... Well they're expensive. So I thought I'd buy some Jersey fabric and give it a go myself... We'll see how it goes. 🤞🏻

I've popped some photos up. Thats the type of overall romper I want to make and I've got the girly space fabric for the main item then the pinky colour for the lining. I'm looking forward to seeing how it all turns out. I've never worked with Jersey before. Xx

@notyetamumbuttrying you poor thing you must be twice as frustrated as me!

I was lucky that a cancellation came up at the fertility clinic so I am going there next week. Ordinarily I might not be so anxious after 11 cycles but before I even started TTC I was told by my doctors that it was going to be very difficult for me for various health reasons so I just want to get cracking with all the interventions available to help me as soon as possible as I am probably pissing into the wind TTC naturally.

@Somatronic it's pretty shit but I'm in the middle of ivf now so at least we have an actual shot now. Great news on the cancellation! Hope the appointment goes well next week, keep us posted x

So on the way to the beach today I got a call with feedback from the viewers yesterday & they loved the house but had queries on the farm next door & didn't like the lack of garage so I answered those & to our absolute astonishment they then came back with an offer 🙌🏻so we've accepted 🤞🏻let's hope it goes through

@Juno231 yeah I couldn't call it last night, I thought they liked the house but didn't think they'd get over the farm but they are def right for our village & they liked that, we love the village/community we are staying part of it only going to next village. We are very pleased as it's actually over asking price to include carpets curtains blinds & lights So def a winner 🥳

Had my jab, and in the pre-assessment they asked me if I am pregnant or if there's a chance I could be pregnant. I didn't really know what to say lol as I'm 7DPO and started overthinking it. So I started off with an embarrassing "well, maybe" and then change it to no, def not. The dude looked at me like I was nuts and said I was taking it at my own risk then... Cheers!

@Minster2012 yay to an offer! It's a wonderful feeling isn't it! And over asking, what a result 🥳
Our buyer offered under asking and we accepted as it's been on the market for a year on n off! 😨 we've found our onwards place now so have reserved that now too 😃 going out there Sunday to pick the tiling and carpets as it's a new build with those bits thrown into the deal!
@Juno231 eek! I felt thrown at that question too and just said no as knew I wouldn't be. Apparently you can take it pregnant so hopefully all will be well. How's your arm?

Great news on the house sale @Minster2012! So they aren't bothered there's no garage in the end, or did you convince them to just build one haha

@Juno231 I acted similarly when I was at the dentist once last year and he wanted to do an x-ray. I said I was maybe pregnant and didn't want to have an x-ray he must have wondered why I said 'maybe' and didn't actually know 😆 and I absolutely wasn't in the end! Which vaccine did you get? I got my invitation through for mines to happen on Monday but I'm not ready to decide on whether to take it this early on 😬 so going to have to postpone for now. I think it's good if you can get it now before your BFP 👍 you'll be in a better position when it happens soon (it will!)

@Crazydoglady123 glad you're getting an early scan. My husband was a pain in the ass and kept saying we should wait whenever I suggested booking a private one so I'm still waiting for my NHS one at 12 weeks 😑 3 weeks still to go!

@2020mission haha glad I'm not the only one! I feel like I remember this from when it happened last year? I had the Moderna jab which I kind of forgot existed and totally was expecting Pfizer. And yeah I totally get wanting to wait until bean is more of potato than bean!

@Minster2012 I know! And it's the lady I've always gone to over the years so she was really excited when I told her it's an early pregnancy scan. I'm okay thanks. Other than super tired and pee for England I don't really have many symptoms.

@Juno231 I don't understand why they still question that when they've changed the guidelines to being able to have it when pregnant now. I got my invite Sunday but I don't think I'll risk it yet especially being in first trimester.

@2020mission doesn't the weeks go so slow 😑 My IVF clinic scan is only a week after my private one but we're both so desperate to know if both embryos implanted so we can start planning 🙈

@Juno231 vaccine knocked me out on the first one but I just took time off on the second one cos it was expected, on the pregnant question I said sadly not, and embarrassed the nurse, fucking question, 8 dpo mine,

I've just received my e booking referral for our infertility clinic as they've put it on the letter, my password to book was tadpole which I found quite funny 🤣🤣🤣

my clinic referral is at a trust outside of my CCG being South Yorkshire, and the IVF cycles on the NHS are two cycles, compared to my registered GP being one in West Yorkshire, which one would I fall under as it's confused me now going forward if that's the route we have to follow, my registered GP CCG or my actual clinic catchment coverage being South Yorkshire? I never realised the waiting lists too predicted for couples to start treatment, the one I'm going for is 27 weeks, my local hospital is 52 week 😳 it's forever a waiting game🙈🙈

@kaylsd yup, welcome to the world of Ivf and postcode lotteries! It's a minefield and a head fuck in one! They do tend to overestimate wait times tho if that helps alleviate some worries x
