Welcome back to the bus where anything goes, hop aboard, tell us about you & we’ll be here for you (there’s a song in there somewhere!).

This bus has a growing bunch of gorgeous black and white springy pups on board, tortoises & 2 feisty little kittens so bring your pets and pictures are obligatory 🤗.

We’ve got TTC happening in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

At least we have had some OG bfps lately to keep our spirits up 😃 and most who are here since forever are progressing with ivf/iui so surely more good news soon.

There is apparently a really good podcast called Worst Girl Gang Ever that I've been meaning to listen to, all about fertility struggles and mc.

@amy00 hia just wanted to chip on an say thay The Worst Girl Gang Ever is a good podcast. It's focused on infertility, miscarriage & baby loss and I've found some of them really interesting & helpful. They have an Instagram page and Facebook pages too for support. I'm in the pregancy after loss and it's a nice support, the ttc after loss one is good too. The info is on their FB page 👍🏻 for anyone who's interested.

I can't believe it's been a whole year of the bus... but longer of course for most of us as we didn't all join on day 1 TTC. Hopefully more happy news soon.

I've had a bleed today so I've been in a bit of a panic but trying to keep positive and hope it's nothing 🤞all I can do is wait it out.

@InkyPaper sounds like a stressful time for you both. My doctor did call me to run through my blood results and they were all normal so maybe it's not as bad as you think? Either way, it's good the doctor will call with some answers and you can figure out the next steps!

@Amy00 that's was wondering where you had disappeared to. It is hard to keep up with the bus but even more so when it's been so long. Good to see you posting again anyway 👋

@Sausage1990 that sounds like a great podcast! I always want to listen to TTC podcasts but my friends follow me on spotify and I'm not technologically savvy enough to know how to not have them see what I'm listening to, so the name of that one sounds just inconspicuous enough lol.

@Franklydear yes Doug is mine, aww haha I ordered him a big box of cosies for his bday but they never arrived ... very annoyed but the lady gave me a refund.

@2020mission I hope you're ok honey! From what I understand of early pregnancy, light bleeding is quite common. Not sure if that's any comfort or not, but thinking of you. You were defo an OG ♥️

Sorry, I did read and catch up last night but fell asleep before I could reply. Went into the office in London today as well so today has been hectic- nice to see people in the office every now and again though

Had my consultant appointment yesterday evening which was really positive. We have a plan, which is another lap with hysteroscopy and the Fallopian tube dye test thing while I am under as he said he might as well! He also thinks it’s endo again which is what I think. He said he would make sure not to put any reasons for the procedures down as ‘fertility’ as bupa won’t cover it then- I like that he knows what to say! And good news, he said he could have availability to do it in maybe 3 weeks or so! Way sooner than I thought. Have to wait to hear from his secretary and have to call bupa and get them to approve it. Hoping to get it done just after my friend’s wedding on June 4th ideally. Had an ultrasound and got to see all my bits which was quite entertaining! he said my ovaries looked really good especially and had a higher than average number of potential eggs- at least one part of me is working haha! No fibroids or cysts.

Overall feeling positive about it. Just want it booked in and can then focus on that. Will be holding off on TTC until I have the surgery and then will try again ASAP! Fingers crossed I get it booked in soon and it isn’t too complicated to get it approved.

@Billythecat sounds like a successful day and great appointment then! Best of luck for the op date. That'll be 3 of us having had laps in the past couple months. Endo or laps need to go in the next title I feel 😄

Sorry about the bleeding @2020mission, hopefully not a sign of anything untoward but I think we all go to the worst case scenario straight away. Take care of yourself and call the midwife/GP tomorrow even if it has stopped. Are you 6 weeks yet? They will probably scan you.

@Haiyaa today he has school, he can take individually wrapped sweets, so haribo it is, then after school club, separate from school, for cake (already there) and he choses the play theme, so train sets out, then more cake at home
Saturday we are going to a castle ruin with 1 best friend, Sunday to another castle with friend 2, that’s besties boy, and the next weekend picnic in the beach with neurotypical best friend, most of the children involved are autistic, so big numbers are not possible anyway, but I’ve also always been over the top with his birthdays and made no apology for it, labour went wrong and they were preparing the memory box, so dh wouldn’t dare try to limit me
