Welcome back to the bus where anything goes, hop aboard, tell us about you & we’ll be here for you (there’s a song in there somewhere!).

This bus has a growing bunch of gorgeous black and white springy pups on board, tortoises & 2 feisty little kittens so bring your pets and pictures are obligatory 🤗.

We’ve got TTC happening in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

@Vil10 hope ur ok lovely. I never understood why people have to be so intrusive in other peoples lives 🤷‍♀️ I've been getting the same this week but ro do with baby coming. If one more person tells me that newborns don't sleep though the night I might actually punch someone! I've done this 3 times before, I'm sure I know what I'm letting myself in for. Keep getting tagged in articles about massive babies that rip their mothers ro shreds during labour and pics of babies with shit up their backs etc. I would never do this ro someone who only has 2 weeks ro their due date 🤦‍♀️ I'd u don't have kids they question it and if u do they question it and tell u that ur mad etc ??? Honestly u just can't win I don't think. I'm keeping everything crossed that it happens soon for you ❤ and I will be ur number 1 supporter when it does xxxxxx

I know it'll happen one day and it'll be amazing, and I'm usually fine it's just when I was already emotional and having to stand there and not say anything!!

@Vil10 sorry you had to deal with that- people are rubbish sometimes. My mum keeps listing everyone who we know who is pregnant/ has had a baby recently . Tbf though, I haven’t told her we are trying! She just likes nice news.

Sorry I have been away a bit. Had a horrible period so was in bed for most of the weekend feeling sorry for myself! Kittens have been helping though- they are so sweet and fluffy and we love them so much 😍

I have my appointment with a consultant gynae this evening- feel so lucky to have been able to get an appointment so quickly. The hospital is fairly far away but DH and I will drive up after work. Will see what he says! He seems like he would be good so I am kinda looking forward to it- just want to gets things moving really.

OH is happy but doesn't want to let himself get too excited which I understand because I'm absolutely terrified! I always knew that being pregnant after loss would be hard but I'm trying to be calm and I'm going to take it one day at a time. For now I just have to get past when af would be due. No symptoms that I've noticed except a gross mouth, and a bit of indigestion this last week but I thought that's because I haven't been able to stop eating!

This was the first month I'd taken seven seas so you can make of that what you will. And we only dtd one day around when I got my peak so it really can happen with just one time. I still can't believe it.

@Vil10 that sounds really tough my lovely, I'm sorry. I've got some family like that and it can be so difficult, especially if like mine they're gossips so you don't feel like you can share and be honest either.

@Billythecat horrible periods suck but kitties deffo help. Good luck with your appointment later.

@Catherinettc errrrrr wtaf??? Why would you tag someone in things like that, it's not even funny not even close. My newborn slept through the night, was amazing lazy baby very easy to get into a routine...he's making up for it as a toddler of course being a handful but obviously due a nightmare baby so mehhhhh take what we'll get!! Ppl are so weird though, like just FUCK off with your opinions, your wise words or opinions unless we ask for them right???

@Minster2012 u sound like ur having the kinda day I am lol. 2 of the people giving me 'parenting ' advice are the 2 worst parents I know ffs. One has 7 (yes 7 kids ) to 6 different dads and is still single. One of the daughters posting pics of herself in her underwear all over Instagram. The other has social services involved 🤷‍♀️ I'm by no means the perfect parent but all 3 of mine are still in full time education (eldest even got to uni) are well mannered and by some miracle still alive as I've managed to feed and clothe them etc 🤣🤣 though I may say they are all lucky they made it through the toddler stage without being throttled 🤦‍♀️🤣🤣.

Awk trying to let it go over my head at this stage. Wouldn't bet on ur 2nd being a nightmare. All of mine were brilliant sleepers. Wouldn't eat for love nor money right enough and still all fussy. I'm still cooking at least 2 different meals a night but u can't have it all I suppose 🤷‍♀️

Tempted to use the flo and premom ladies but I’m gonna hold back until my cycles are normal before I treat myself to posh upgrades, even been considering when I get my ovulation sorted to treat myself to the clear blue set up but I think it’s gonna be at least the summer until we get our first fertility clinic referral for my non compliant ovaries!! But thanks for the advice ladies ❤️

@pennysays any chance you’ve got a Alexa device at hand to throw my way with the flame thrower for some motivation songs like burn baby burn or I’m feeling hot hot hot when I see my MIL go up like a Christmas pudding so I can swing it by the lovely @Minster2012 so she can be a firebug too 😂😂😂😂🙃

@Catherinettc an acquaintance was doing this to one of my good friends recently, in the end I told her where to stick it! Like why do that to someone you know is already nervous about labours ? Like giving horrific examples of her labour. So unnecessary!!!

@Minster2012 I had spotting this morning. Same as yesterday. Just first thing. So the pessary gunk came out tinged pink? Rather than my normal type spotting of pretty much constantly. Thankfully my stomach seems to finally be settling down though. Until next time......

I feel you on that @blackcurrantqueen, I told DH last night that I feel like a failure and need to put some energy into imagining us with DS being an only child so that I could maybe accept it. His response? 'Hmm ok'...literally that's it!!

So af has arrived today...cd28. We're supposed to do iui now (ovulation would happen Monday week) but based on past cycles of 27 days ovulation would actually happen the Sunday when the clinic is closed so the iui would be cancelled if we missed ovulation. We can't try naturally so that would be a whole month gone, a few hundred quid down the drain & me having injected myself unnecessarily. The clinic were useless when I asked them-unlikely to be cancelled but actually based on my cycle length I think it could well be. June looks even worse in that ovulation is predicted to happen over the weekend. My head is fried. I think we'll have to try this month coz next month looks worse.

@Catherinettc definitely use pregnancy as an excuse to be blunt/grumpy - at the end of my pregnancy before I was, erm, full on at work, I left meetings that were being inefficient and basically told everyone what I thought and I got away with it all because I was pregnant...

@larrythelizard re reading my rant I might not need to use it as an excuse 🤦‍♀️🤣🤣 I'm not usually judgemental in any way lol I just got fed up with people portraying themselves to be perfect when they aren't 🤷‍♀️

No advice @larrythelizard! The fertility nurse I spoke to said it's unlikely I'll ovulate over the weekend but actually I don't think it is based on the length of past cycles and when I've used opks. I think I'll use the advanced clear blue ovulation tests this month just to see. So far, I'm not too impressed with the clinic. They'll get money either way so it's no skin off their nose really.

@MartyMcShy you can't really time it. Ours don't do Sundays either (luckily didn't fall wrong for me, but kind if does next time). But they ended up triggering me on cd9 and doing it cd10 because I over responded to the injections. So don't go thinking your cycle will be 'normal'. Not once drugs are involved. You can't call it.
@Crazydoglady123 fertilised eggs are sounded positive! Fingers crossed many grow on. I'm still intrigued as to how they lost any. I wish you'd have asked for them to explain. 🤣
@Vil10 I usually dismiss such conversations and you are young so it's easier. But i would have definitely used the travel excuse. Its so difficult when people do that to you though.

@pennysays I hadn't realised but @Minster2012 is correct. I ignored her and felt sorry for myself when mine was negative at 12dpo. 🤣 I thought she was just trying to make me feel better. But the ICs (I've been googling) for some people haven't ever shown positive or have at like 20dpo! So whilst I'm not sure it was wrong for me, I'm not really sure they are accurate either. Especially seeing as my trigger didn't show on it either when I tried to check that? Therefore don't panic yet!

@Madeoftea ahhhh congratulations lovely! That'd a good line! Those easy@home hcg are sooo sensitive!! Gave me a line at 10dpo too! But such great news! I definitely agree that it only takes once... we were the same! Makes you realise we put so much stress on ourselves about dtd every other day etc and sometimes it just needs once. 🥰 I know the anxiety feeling though, I have poas every other day with tests and the first relief is getting past AF, then it's getting the 2-3wks on CB and then 3+wks, and I got my 3+ today and I finally feel a sense of relief...like I can feel excited... try and remember... someone posted this in the other bus I can't remember who (thankyouuuu) but i definitely read it daily 🥰

Stressful day back at work today after the highs of the weekend & revealing the gender so felt a bit down today! Struggled to catch up with you all but think I'm there!

@polkadotpixie endo sufferer over here tooo! Has anything been mentioned about surgery for you before ttc? If you've been diagnosed by an MRI then a lap is the only way to remove it as they can only see deep infiltrating endo on the MRI not superficial endo. Xx

Thanks @paintfairy, that really helps me actually to look at it that way. No point thinking I can control it (or anything) and at this stage we have to try it coz dtd hasn't worked for 2+ years now.
