5DPO - anybody want to keep each other company..?

Hey everyone!

So I'm currently 5DPO - this is my 8th cycle TTC and I've had two chemical pregnancies.

Since these, I've promised myself I won't test early to try and avoid disappointment.. 🥴

Anybody fancy keeping me company?

@Daisyrobin123 I’ve read different things but surely going for it every day can’t be a bad thing 🤣 we did every other day and then the day before and day of ovulation so fingers crossed it was enough 😊 and I’m still recovering from that never mind every single day haha

Lovely to hear everyone's stories! Call me crazy but I'm 23.. lots of people say we have heard ahead of us but we have been together almost 9 years now, own our home and have traveled to lots of amazing places.. we have longed for a little one of our own for so long, it's been a rough journey these past 8 months but has definitely certified to me how much we want this!

Do you guys take any supplements? I have been taking the seven seas TTC but didn’t know if there was anything else I should know about? X

@jessicarolfe I don't think you're crazy at all. Where is your favourite place you've travelled? We went backpacking for 14 months a few years ago, I am so itching to get on a plane (pregnant or not!!) 🙈🙏

@extrababydust123 I'm taking seven seas too, though I'm terrible at remembering to take them 🙈

Been full of cold for almost three weeks now so I know its pessimistic but I'm already thinking really negatively about this cycle! 🤦‍♀️

I take 7seven seas and Calc Fluor, it's meant to be gerally good for you and help thicken up the lining. At the beginning of trying I was taking more pills to increase my LP but that seems long enough now. It's usually 12 days after ovulation till my period, whereas before I was more 9 or 10.

Not sure why but I’m feeling really negative about everything and feel like I’m not pregnant ☹️ I just want to know now, the TWW is a bloody rollercoaster

Keep positive @extrababydust123 you never know! So many people don't experience anything at all until their missed AF / BFP!!! Xxx

@extrababydust123 still so early! But I definitely know what you mean, especially after a few months of great timing and still nothing. Is anyone testing earlier that due on or are you able to wait till atleast due date? 😬 I usually get to day 10 before I give in!

I'm really trying to hold out this month after having had my 2 chemicals.. as awful as it sounds, if that's going to happen I'd rather not have the pain of knowing, by testing early!

I had. A strange electric shot type feeling down the side of one boob this evening.. really odd as it started at my armpit and shot down the side right into my nipple.. like an electric current?! Never ever had anything like it before! Anybody else had this??

I’ve never heard of anything like that @jessicarolfe, sounds promising though? So easy to symptom spot all the time isn’t it haha.

I will definitely be testing before I’m due AF, I’ll probably test Saturday or Sunday if I’m honest 🤣 what about you guys?

@extrababydust123 I know the feeling! It's a really hard journey. We are in it 'virtually' but together! ❤️

I haven't ever had anything like it so absolutely no idea what it was.. so strange! It felt like an electric shot!! That's all I can describe it as. Very obvious and took my breath away...

I'm hoping to hold out until at least 12-13
DPO! Xx

That’s so strange! Have you have any other symptoms? As this is around the time you could be implanting, so maybe(hopefully🤞🏽) could be that!

I haven't ever had this before. No idea what it could be at all, I wonder if it could hopefully be a good sign? But don't want to look too much into it for fear of disappointment 🙈🙈

The only other symptoms, if you could call them that; is the strange fluttery / sharp twinges in my lower stomach!

@jessicarolfe me too! Feel like it’s more pressure people in real life knowing, and if it doesn’t happen straight away then I can imagine it wouldn’t be nice for people to constantly ask how it’s going etc.

Have you googled it? I find myself googling every tiny symptom I imagine I’m having 🤣 I’m only 4dpo!! I’m a nutter. Hopefully it’s all good signs anyway. Surely twinges in your lower stomach are a good sign! Everything crossed for you OP 🤞🏽💖

Hi can I join in sorry about your chemicals its heart breaking isnt it I'm on cycle 4 ttc from my last cemical pregnancy 3 in total I'm 1dpo I'm drinking pomegranate juice this cycle as I've heard it helps with implantation

I've had a little google but not sure that much is really coming up.. it was such a weird 'pain' if I could even call it that! It was really unusual and hasn't happened again since!

The lower stomach pain is really odd, twinges that are spreading down round my hips to my lower back

@jessicarolfe from what I’ve seen/heard, boob pain, lower back and stomach pain are all good things in the TWW, so sounding promising for you at the moment 🥰

You have good willpower not testing until 12/13 dpo, that would take me to next weekend and I’m really not sure I will last that long. I know in the long run it’ll save the heartache of potential chemicals but my ic’s are calling my name already 🙈

I'll probably test Sunday, due on Tuesday I think so only a couple of days beforehand. It's really hard not to symptom spot and unfortunately alot of the early pregnancy symptoms can also be pms. I've got the sore, very heavy boobs, spot breakout, random bits of nausea and occasional cramps....but I get this every month after ovulation

I swore I wouldn't.. I need a slap on the wrist!
BUT

I had a REALLY vivid dream last night that I got my BFP. I decided to just go for it and test.. This is my 2nd morning urine

I'm 7DPO so fully aware that implantation may not have even happened..

Can you see anything?

@jessicarolfe I see an extremely faint line on the original but that could be me and my imaginative line eyes 👀 hopefully the start of something big!!

Don’t blame you for testing early, I did an ic this morning just to POAS 🤣🤣 obviously big fat negative hahaha I’m only 5dpo
