Hi ladies, our March 2021 TTC Bus seems to be full up, would be a shame not to continue. So looking forward to sharing all our BFP's 🤗

@Behopefulbekind perhaps try and wait til Friday/Saturday and test 🤞I definitely had spotting before my bfp with first child 🥰
I've convinced myself I didn't ovulate this month xx

@behopefulbekind definitely sounds like implantation bleeding if your periods are very regular! When I fell pregnant in October, I had pink/brown spotting on 8dpo-12dpo and got Bfp on 14dpo. I had period type cramps too, just not as intense. It felt as though AF was going to start! Lots of luck to you 🍀

@Natalie3387 thanks! I'm really hoping so!! This is not normal at all for me, but yes these period pains are not as intense as I get awful periods.. it was literally barely nothing and more in with the cm if that makes sense, i keep going to the toilet just to wipe to see if any more is coming.. nothing since earlier, i will let you no tomorrow as if its a period I would no by then.. also still got achey nips! Lol xx

@Behopefulbekind yep, basically all the same symptoms as pms for me except a nauseous feeling 2 days before period which lasted a couple of hours. I actually had spotting 4 days before period was due but that's pretty normal for me so thought I was out. Then tested day period was due after having a dream night before I was pregnant and got bfp 🥰
I'm going to do bbt next month I think so I can track ovulation a little better. Xx

So I’ve started spotting :( cycle day 24. I usually spot 2 days before AF. It’s only cycle #1 but I’m still disappointed.

I’ve always worried I have short cycles, previous two have been 24 days and this one seems like it will be 25 or 26. Should I be worried regarding fertility? I’m 27 and have been spotting for the past year and a half. I was on the implant for 10 years before so I don’t know if prolonged use can affect cycles.

@Jefferson5 Don’t worry, your cycles are completely normal! You’re young and your cycles are regular, so that’s also reassuring. You’ve just got a couple more bites at the cherry each year than people on longer cycles. My cycles are 24 days and I conceived naturally, but I did have to check when I ovulated as it’s much earlier on in my cycle than many people. Do you know when you ovulate? It’s really early days for you, but I totally understand the feeling and the impatience! Honestly we spend years trying not to get pregnant so of course it’s a nasty shock when it doesn’t happen immediately. Good luck!

@Jefferson5 Hey, I also have short cycles but I've already had one baby back in 2019 - I'm not sure if my cycles were the same then as I conceived in my first cycle since stopping the pill. I'm now on cycle number 5 trying for baby number 2 and my cycles have been as short 22 days. I did call my GP as I was worried about my Luteal phase being only possibly 9/10 days. GP said this isn't an issue and a cycle isn't considered short of it's more than 21 days. I wouldn't worry too much, I know it's difficult but just see how you go for the next few months. My cycles vary a little.. last month was 26 days which was good for me! Good luck ☺️ xx

I have a 24 day cycle and managed to conceive naturally. My ovulation day is usually around day 13-16. Just means that you may test negative on your predicted day of AF. Good luck

Thank you all I feel a bit better now. I’ve worried about my cycles for a while, even when not trying. I know it’s unlikely to happen first time but it just brought up my anxieties around it. I’ll focus on the next cycle :)

When I had my previous two 24 day cycles the Flo app said I ovulated on day 10. This cycle it said day 12. I used an ovulation test kit for the first time this cycle, on day 11 it said high fertility. Day 13 it said peak fertility (didn’t test day 12). Does this mean I ovulated day 13 or is ovulation after your peak? Sorry I’m all new to this!

Hi ladies, can I hop on? I'm 10-11DPO but negative tests so far, stark white gleaming like a DAZ ad 😂 So I'm preparing for the May TTC Bus 🙄💁🏻‍♀️ It will be my 4th month ttc. Planning on trying the SMEP "Sperm meets egg plan"....has anyone tried that here?

@Emsjourney do! There's a free ebook u can download on amazon. It's so good. Fingers crossed 🤞 what cycle day are you on? I'm expecting to be on cycle day 1 any day now 🙄😂

@spttc I'm not convinced I actually ovulated this month. So my tests started to get darker then all of a sudden really weakened. I was only testing once a day first thing with one step ovulation sticks and I now know I should test later on in day. So I either completely missed surge or I didn't ovulate. But just seemed to have hardly any dark test lines for a short time. I've attached pic. I normally ovulate around cd14 which would have been when I had the darkest line. If I was lucky to then I would be 6dpo now. But who know 🤷🏻‍♀️😫
Definitely going to give that a go next month. Tempted to do bbt too, I have the thermometer just never used it x

@Emsjourney you should definitely start bbt. It helps with confirming ovulation actually occurred if that's something you are worried about. Iv attached this months chart with my temps. You can see that small drop in temp pre ovulation followed by the huge spike upwards indicating ovulation 👌 This month was my first month using OPK strips and I got the premom app, you can scan the tests and it reads them for you etc. Iv found both helpful. I'm hoping them combined with the SMEP is the trick this month 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞😬😬😬😬

So looking at that, your temperature has stayed higher, I've heard that's approve right? X

@Emsjourney yeh my temp is still high. But my understanding is it stays high for your whole luteal phase even if you aren't pregnant. It drops immediately before AF usually then as progesterone drops. I THINK 😂💁🏻‍♀️ I'm no biology teacher yet but feel like I'm getting there... month 3 ttc 😂😂😂 But yes. Maybe there will be a miracle and I'll get my BFP in the next few days instead of AF. I just don't feel it tho. I won't test again until Iv missed my period...so Saturday/Sunday

AF due tomorrow for me but think I'm out as used clearblue ov sticks from cd7 - cd 23 and got no smiley face at all so don't think I've ovulated this cycle☹️ so on to 2nd cycle post mc shortly I'd imagine.

@justwant2beamum I'm 11/12DPO also. Negative tests. I'm reading online lots of people don't get BFP until later. We aren't out until we are out! (Altho I firmly believe I'm out 🙈🙄)

@spttc how's the bbt tracking going too? You're right, not out til AF arrives but I totally get it. You see others get bfp from 8dpo but so many get don't get them til 12-14dpo x
