@Cams50 it's bloody hard ain't it. I just see people getting pregnant by accident or straight away, and I just think why not me? I try to chill out, think positive all month but as soon as AF approaches I get anxious and then it comes and I'm just devestated! Tommorow is a new day though.
I have certainly ranted since I've been on this thread. Sorry 😂 I promise I'm not always like this lol!
@ChinChilly I had the day 7 and 21 bloods and the swabs. They said no further action afterwards, progesterone was 46.5 on day 20 as was done a day early. Initially I was told I'd be referred to a clinic after DH had his test done. He is still waiting to do this. It could be him but he has children so it's unlikely and did a home sperm test that came back fine, although not sure they are reliable. I've been told since that they should still refer me after DHs test though, they are probably just trying to fob me off. After his is done I shall get onto them. I think that's what I should do?
Sorry about your chemicals. I know for the first few months I didn't have them. I wonder if I have since, always preferred not to know but I wonder now if I've had any of those since as without testing I wouldn't know. Is your period any heavier than a normal one after? Hope you don't mind me asking.
@Juno231 I'd have never have thought I'd be here when I started this journey all excited. I can remember saying to my friend this time last year, as long as I'm pregnant by Christmas! I feel so stupid lol.

One other thing, when people plan their babies for certain times. So I mean like when people plan to have them for september so they are the eldest in the school year, I saw this was a thing. How do they do this?! 😂

@gracie2021 I would gladfully take them 😂😂😂 im not 100% sure I didn't ovulate on CD15... it would be great if I did! But my temps have stayed pretty low, so I'm doubtful.

@lovebug06 haha... when I started this process I was hoping for a summer baby... ahem 😅

@Lovebug06 my GP said pretty much the same for me, bloods a scan and a sperm analysis for OH she did say they wouldn’t refer me until all had beeen done. The chemical i just had was an odd I had one day that was horrendous, pretty heavy bleeding and super painful but the other days were lighter than normal.

@Gracie2021 that used always happen to me when OH used to work nights and because his shifts were so long there was just no time..so frustrating!

Ladies, my stomach has been giving me grief since ovulation as in 💩 (TMI sorry) I’ve never had this before...is it a thing? I don’t think I’ve got a bug because I feel fine apart from that! I know there is such thing as the period shits but I’ve never heard of the ovulation shits 😭

@Lovebug06 yeah I don’t get those people and those that fall pregnant by accident...WTF HOW?!?!?!?! 😂

@chinchilly I think progesterone can cause diarrhoea or constipation!

@Lovebug06 ha i went to see my friend today who planned hers. She got pregnant with both kids first cycle and they're planned for Q4 so it's good from a school year pov - plus separate months so their birthdays don't overlap. But close enough to use all the same winter clothes! Madness!

@Juno231 ahh progesterone would explain it, boobs having been hurting aswell! Argh! Also that is crazy about your friend, then there’s us lot who will settle for any month 😂

@TheDaydreamBelievers ahh I see! So I could start ttc the day after my second dose then?! 😁 it should be in may 🤞🏽

@Melissaq94 you could keep TTC between them then cancel dose 2 if pregnant (unless you are v vulnerable to covid19). But yes, can try straight after dose 2

@TheDaydreamBelievers i didn't realise I was until I got called for it, I rang them to double check! Haha I have a blood clot, but it's not a killer one! So don't think Covid would kill me.. well fingers crossed!

I had quite a big temp dip this morning, i did the whole shut my mouth for a few minutes and they try again but it was still super low 🤔

@ChinChilly implantation dip? Actually related to this I've decided to stop tracking my temps outside of the few days around ovulation to confirm it. Just find it has me thinking about TTC way too much and getting my hopes up as temps stay high. I've gone back to just using clearblue advanced and a bit of temping around that time. We'll see if it does any good 🙈🙄

@Gracie2021 I think it’s possibly too early for implantation? Yeah I get what you mean I’m definitely scaling it all back next month I’ve got a handful of OPKs to use but once they’re gone that’s it! I may do the same as you with the temping

@chinchilly I would place my bet on that being your secondary estrogen surge. All completely normal you may also get some fertile CM as a result.

@Kay00 ahh I think you are right!! I was thinking this morning ‘wow, body you’ve really out done yourself this time with a 4 day LP’ 🤣🤣

@ChinChilly I think it's possible you ovulated on CD18. That would make the first dip a classic fallback rise and todays dip would be in line with a secondary oestrogen surge.

@Melissaq94 you can definitely take the first dose and carry on TTC - if you get pregnant you just cancel the second one and if not pregnant I'm pretty sure the updated info says you don't need to stop TTC? It was the early info that said it wasn't recommended but it's since been amended. I know plenty of ladies on another thread here that have had theirs and gone on to get pregnant in between shots.

@Juno231 it’s definitely possible, premom has it down as ovulation on CD18. Dammit got much better coverage if it was CD20 😂

@ChinChilly meh you've got O, O-2 and O-4 so you're golden!

Just got a call from the doctor's office and they've had a cancellation so I've been scheduled in for a laparoscopy on the 27th of April already!

11DPO and had a temp dip today above cover line but still a dip. Not holding out much hope for a BFP and will just wait a few more days for AF to come get me!

@moocher90 your chart is looking great 😊 I really wouldn't let a single temp drop sway you either way.

I had a opk at 41% today and cm seems more wet, so I'm hoping my body is gearing up to ovulate again.

Fertility clinic have said my appointment will be in 6 to 8 weeks. I might try and contaxt my gp to get my 21 day bloods done before that... if/when my period turns up.

@Moocher90 I agree, I wouldn’t worry too much my temps were up and down like a yo-yo last month when I had my BFP.

@Kay00 I expected the waiting time for a private clinic to be much shorter than that

Who used LH strips to see if they were pregnant??? Is it common to have LH in your system near the time you are due a period? I have a really faint Opk today but I won’t be doing a pregnancy test until my period comes. I wasn’t sure how dark the opk would be at this time in my cycle
