I'm sanding the woodwork on my staircase today (literally a never ending task in a 3 storey house 😣) reading for priming and painting next weekend. It should look lush when it's done though!

I'm counting down the days to when I see the gastroenterologist about my gut inflammation and I will speak to him about my lack of ovulation too... surely too much of a coincidence that I stopped ovulating when my inflammation started playing up in mid Dec??

@TheHotelCalifornia god not insensitive at all! We've all been down those google rabbit holes! Keeping everything crossed you ovulate in the next few days. The main thing I'll be trying next cycle is to actually get my OH to DTD more than just O-2!!! 🙈 I'm also hoping that I'm even more chilled next month as hopefully I'll be seeing friends and sitting in outside in restaurants and bars 🤞

@Kay00 @FlyingGiraffe @MissC07 My OPK this afternoon wasn’t as dark as the control line so im wondering it today is O. I will power through and go again tonight as OH didn’t ‘finish’ last night (first time for everything) his friend came round last night (single and in our bubble) to watch the boxing and I think they got abit merry which would explain it 🤣 he actually said sorry! Bless him

@TheHotelCalifornia yup, we’ve all been down the google hole, when i first came off the pill I convinced myself I must have endometriosis or PCOS, madness!! The longer cycles are a nightmare my ovulation seems to get later every month for some reason.

@Kay00 sorry that you don’t think ovulation has happened yet 😞 hoping your body will it give another go! The link between that and your inflammation seems strong. Hope you get some clearer answers soon. Your staircase sounds fab!

@TheHotelCalifornia sorry that you’ve been having a rough time 😞 your DH sounds so supportive though which is lovely. And don’t apologise for saying your worries. We’ve all googled and jumped to worst case scenario. I think I’ve diagnosed myself with everything under the sun 😂

@FlyingGiraffe ohhh that’s a great temp rise!! Hopefully the agnus castus has worked its magic then. Maybe I shouldn’t have given up on it so soon!! Exciting to have such a promising chart so soon x

@MissC07 sorry you feel af is on the way! But I know exactly how you feel about the long cycles. I know if af comes for me it tends to be 4 weeks until I can try again. The wait just lasts forever.

@TheHotelCalifornia virtual hugs! I'm sorry you have been having a hard time. I had a session with a fertility as part of my subscription with OvuSense and she told me late ovulation doesn't mean bad egg quality as I had already been down that rabbit hole! Not insensitive at all, I frequently freak myself out about these things lol

My temps didn't increase this morning so now I am really worried I didn't ovulate. Also getting EWCM today. Need to see what happens tomorrow. Really hoping it was Friday so we are covered! I have also tracked RHR for the first time this month and it doesn't seem to do what other people's do! So now I am worrying about that too 😅

I'm absolutely cream crackered today 🙈 been trying to potter doing house bits and keep needing to sit down. Hoping I'll be back to normal tomorrow, keeping the paracetamol topped up.

Post vaccine so far:
Slept for a few hours yesterday afternoon and then at 9pm the shivers started. Took myself to bed with hot water bottle and extra blankie. Dozed off till 4am and woke up drenched in sweat. Pj's change and had a couple of digestives with more paracetamol. Fell asleep till 11 and have been fogged / fatigued all day. Arm is feeling a bit tight.

@Kay00 enjoy your sanding, I've got glossing to do and swap over handles upstairs which I'm not looking forward to doing as glossing is my least favourite painting activity.

LoD tonight - hoping it'll be a bit more exciting than last weeks episode.

@mrsmacmc those side effects do not sound fun!! Can’t wait for LOD tonight 😬 I’ve set an itinerary for the evening, pizza, LOD, cake (OH bday tomorrow) organised ovulation sex and bed 🤣 I’m shattered I only got 4 hours sleep last night not sure how I’m still going.

Got the serious sunday feeling of ‘oh ffs work tomorrow’ 😭 I’m really not enjoying work atm!

@ChinChilly that sounds AMAZING! I'm hoping I've got off lightly with the vaccine side effects it's the crushing fatigue that's wiped the feet from me. DH nipped out earlier on to get mash to go with dinner and came back with a small Easter egg so that'll be my LoD snacky snack.

I get the Sunday night dread just now too it's feeling very ground hog day. Grateful I'm off tomorrow & tues and then it's a short push till Easter weekend ❤️❤️

@mrsmacmc my parents have both had thier vaccines and said the fatigue was unreal, my grandparents have had both of thier’s and had zero side effects both times. Easter egg chocolate definitely tasted better than normal chocolate!

@MissC07 thanks for the reminder about LOD! Although like @mrsmacmc said, I hope it's a bit more exciting tonight!

Hiya all, hope you've had a good day today.

This is going to sound ridiculous, I know.
I can't also remember if any of you already have children before this? If so, can I ask something.
Do you guys know what I mean by when AF is near you get a kind of ache down there?
If so, I have had this a little this evening, along with the cramps on and off for a couple of days.
I'm 13dpo.i know what this means.
But I am right now so badly wanting someone to tell me they had this just before they got their BFP.
I used pre seed for the first time, I have come out in spots since ovulation randomly. I have told myself over and over AF will arrive, but I have stupidly allowed hope in due to these two new things and now I know tommrow shall be even more crushing.
So I don't know why I'm even posting this😂 and I know I look mad, but I am feeling tearful and silly because I'm clutching at straws.
15 cycles later. I also had a year before that before doctors would allow me to try due to medical reasons, so this is killing me inside.
I need some hope for tommorow, even though its ridiculous.

Sorry for this, I'll be embarrassed later😂

It's sneaky fatigue. Keep thinking I'm OK then try and do a simple task like hanging washing on the cuddy which left me wabbit! Looking forward to my Easter egg and LoD. Dozed off after dinner and DH was warned to make sure I was awake for 9 ❤️

@lovebug06 I would be absolutely delighted for you if this is your bfp... after 15 cycles! I have never been pregnant before so can't confirm or deny the aching feeling is a good sign 🤞🤞🤞 when are you going to test?

@Kay00 thankyou. I can't even imagine it happening, I chill out about it then I get to AF being due and I just feel desperate. I'm so dreading tommorow. I will just wait for AF to show but If by some miracle it doesn't come tommrow I'd test Tuesday maybe?

Hey everyone, weird question! I was going to take a break from TTC for a bit so I took one progesterone pill last night and one the night before. But I checked my OPK again today and I was still at peak so I decided to have sex tonight, give it another go. I didn't take the pill this evening, just the previous two. Will those two pills hinder potential fertilisation or not? I know taking them was a silly thing to do if I wasn't sure, but I thought I had decided on a break and had a last minute panic :/

Please note I would choose to stay off the pill and use condoms during any break instead, but being off the pill is very painful due to my endometriosis, so entirely pointless if I'm not TTC.

I think it’s safe to say I’ve ovulated, a few days later than normal we’ll see if my temp stays up over the next few days 🤞🏼

@Lovebug06 I haven’t been pregnant so don’t know about the symptoms but I’m hoping AF stays away today! I don’t normally get those symptoms so fingers crossed for you!

@minipilling I have no idea sorry but I’m sure two pills wouldn’t make a difference. Women get pregnant on the pill or when they miss one (I don’t know how this happens when I’ve been trying so long off the pill 😂) but I’m sure you’re fine.

Yeah just have to wait and see I guess! Having lots of sciatic pain right now as I usually get around ovulation, lying on my acupressure mat! Wish it was the future and I could grow a baby outside of me and watch it like a sea monkey.

@ChinChilly congrats on the ovulation! You don’t tend to have issues of temp staying up during ovulation?! Mine dipped today but not drastically but I’m 8DPO so technically in the implantation/secondary estrogen surge stage. We will see what happens over the course of the next week and see what my temperatures do.

I sent off day 21 bloods today, I had one from let’s get checked to use but it’s CD22 but I usually have 30 day cycles so still is 7 days before AF should appear

@Moocher90 not really, they can be abit erratic but they are normally above the cover line...fingers crossed for an implantation dip!

I’ve gotta book in 21 day bloods when AF appears but I’m not sure what day to book them in for as I’ve only ovulated on CD14 once & my GP get so booked up for bloods it has to be booked weeks in advance, I might just book them for CD 24/25 and hope for the best

@ChinChilly do you have an expected AF date or is every month different for you? I was told to count back 7 days from when u think AF will start and that should be the day you go and have bloods.

I also got to have nhs day 3 and 21 bloods but the Dr wants them done in the same cycle so I guess that will be next month.

Also got my thyroid bloods in April. So many bloody blood tests 😂

@minipilling I would say that taking your progesterone pill probably won't effect anything too much if you continue to ovulate

My temp plummeted this morning, and FF removed my cross hairs, so I guess my suspicions were right. My body is so damn cruel, I genuinely thought I had ovulated for a few days haha! Back to square one.
