No mean girls reports to MN last time ladies 😆🙌🏻I don’t know whether that’s a result or not, but seeing as it was the Spring Zen bus I think that was good 🦋🌸🌷🌻

So it’s back to the usual routine & realising men know NOTHING about ovulation, but then again, do our bodies?? Except for the science teachers that is 😉

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far.

Our bus is helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

Have a look at the small changes beside the names and see if you want to try them yourself or add in your own!

Last month we had some fab BFPs including an OG 🥰♥️🙌🏻💪🏻so bring on March for more of the same please as well as investigations IVF fun for some others...
Spring is coming, and so are we 😘🦄🍀🌸🌷🌻🌼

And if you see mention of my blog then blame these guys they made me do it...#shamelessplug

Story so far...

June 24 BFPs
July 11 BFPs
August 18 BFPs
Sep 4 BFPs
Oct 7 BFPs
Nov 7 BFPs
Dec 14 BFPs
7 BFPs for jan
8 BFPs for February

Let’s go go go for March!

@Franklydear 🤣 bless him. But yeah it needs to be right for him, not someone else.

2020mission · 05/03/2021 19:46

Ugh @Juno231 reading that is really preparing me for a long wait now between appointments! Glad you pushed and got it moved to this month. Goes to show pushing is always worth a shot as it can work 👍 what will be the next step for you?

Lovely cake @Sausage1990! How much of the sprinkles tub have you got left now 😅

I didn't even notice MN was down! I've clearly cut down my time on here haha

I got some good news my employer is finally putting our salaries back up to normal next month so celebrating that with a wine 🍷

Florence13 · 05/03/2021 20:27

@2020mission aww yay that definitely deserves wine!!

Mococo1 · 05/03/2021 20:45

Hello ladies this thread is just something else! I went to respond to @Justanothercyster @lucyrp @Minster2012 @Juno231 @2020mission (got this far and lost track of who tagged me and then realised you all have a new thread which appears to be moving so fast!!) so apologies to whoever has asked and I've been unable to tag..blaming baby brain

How are all you ladies! Updates please!! I can see we have had a few bfps come up now 🥰 so happy for all yall and keeping my fingers and toes crossed for everyone else to get their bfp soon ❤️

I'm all good on this side of the pond will turn full term ( 37 weeks) on Sunday so it's all getting a bit real and exciting (and uncomfy haha) for me!

bez91 · 05/03/2021 20:53

@Juno231 that's utterly crap but well done on getting it moved forward!

@Sausage1990 happy birthday! That cake is fab, I'm really jealous of people who can bake. I'm a decent cook, love to cook just never been able to bake! Hope you've had a good birthday.

CD2 and AF in full swing here , not had a drink since Christmas. It obviously doesn't help in TTC avoiding it 😂 so on it tonight 🍻 DH asleep next to me on the sofa the bore...so partying by myself 🥳

Haiyaa · 05/03/2021 21:21

Hopping on, made it a little earlier than the last thread!

@Dipsy77 your little ladies are absolutely gorgeous!

Sorry about AF @Franklydear and @bez91

@Hopeful110 sorry you are feeling down. It doesn’t matter how far you were, when you see those two lines you just map out a whole new life in your head and that is something that is hard to let go of.

Welcome @Asthenia, I have my first acupuncture session next week. Will literally be about to ovulate so hopefully they can still provide some benefit. How have your sessions been going @larrythelizard? I think you know the answer to “do we 🍆 or not” is always jump on that dick 😂

Happy birthday @Sausage1990 that cake looks delicious! Even more delicious seeing as I am trying to reduce my sugar intake 😭😭😭

Joe Wicks is doing a “Hey Duggee” workout series, is it wrong that I am looking forward to it 🤔

Asthenia · 05/03/2021 21:43

The cake looks amazing @Sausage1990 ! Hope you’ve had a good birthday!

@Haiyaa ooh let us know how it goes. I’m really intrigued, I heard there’s loads of anecdotal evidence to say it works so really hoping it can work on lengthening my LP! Mine isn’t for a few weeks but should be around ovulation as well I think.

notyetamumbuttrying · 05/03/2021 21:50

@Minster2012 yeah I think so too! It's amazing what our bodies can do isn't it!
@Vil10 aww that's nice! Glad you're happy hun 😊
@paintfairy the difference in service depending on who you speak to is astounding isn't it! Dh wants to go private just so that we get a better service!
@2020mission yay to the salary going bk to normal! I was ecstatic when mine went bk to normal! Also considering I was working more hours and overly stressed!
@Mococo1 hey nice to hear from you! Wow not long to go yet, how exciting!
@bez91 enjoy that wine hun! Sorry about af. I'm day 4 so feeling more myself now!

BlondePotter · 05/03/2021 22:12

Hey, just marking my place and having a catch up xx

paintfairy · 05/03/2021 22:22

@notyetamumbuttrying yeah it is! But I can't complain about what I've experienced so far. And @Juno231 is on a similar timeline (even though she's having to push them a bit!) so far. If my HSG is clear then we can start IUI the following cycle theoretically. Which would be April. They only referred me in Jan so I think that's mega fast for the nhs IMO. None of it could have been faster privately really.

notyetamumbuttrying · 05/03/2021 22:42

@paintfairy that's really good then. We first went to the GP in august. Got to the fertility dept in feb but Dh did see a urologist between Oct and nov. The only thing making it slow now is waiting for the funding to be approved for ivf and that's only Covid's fault. 3-6 month wait for funding to be approved now and 1-2 month wait to start once approved. In normal circumstances I believe it's 1-2 months for funding approval. I think if we'd known that back in Oct/nov we would've gone straight to private then as we were led to believe it would all go relatively quickly once referred. Covid has a lot to answer for doesn't it. The knock on effect on services is huge!

paintfairy · 05/03/2021 23:00

@notyetamumbuttrying If we needed ivf then there's a wait for funding. I think that's always been the case though, even before covid. It is frustrating.

Hopeful110 · 06/03/2021 06:48

Morning ladies! Thankyou all so much for yesterday and your kind words 🤗 😘 it ment alot to have your support. I'm feeling much better today, how much of a coincidence is this though...so yesterday would of been due date, and a woman I follow on Insta had her little baby yesterday...a boy...and she called him Theodore... which was/is the name I picked if we have a boy, and the fact he was born on such a date made it all abit 'spooky' lol.
Got a second day of flashing smiley today, but I did manage to squeeze in 🍆 just before going to sleep lol. So I guess same again today 🤞 just incase, be rude not to aye 😉

How is everyone? Any big plans for this weekend? X

Crazydoglady123 · 06/03/2021 07:07

@Hopeful110 glad to hear your feeling a bit better today and that is spooky about the Instagram baby.

I'm having a video call psychic reading tonight! OH mum and sister have readings with her a few times a year and I had one September before last. Last time I took a lot of comfort in what she said as she brought up about having problems with my reproductive system but not to worry as I will have another baby, a girl.

Minster2012 · 06/03/2021 07:57

Morning ladies having a catch up had a night off last night bit of chill time.

@Franklydear I'm sure DS will absolutely make his big dreams. Sounds fab! How was the wine?

And @2020mission yayyyy for the salary! And the wine too!

@paintfairy def no need to try understand it yet. I'm still pretty oblivious tbh

@Florence13 did AF arrive?

@bez91 hope you had a great party!

@Haiyaa yehhhhhhhh and I've always been tempted by the acupuncture too you'll have to tell us how you get on

@Hopeful110 that's great and good for coverage too 🍆no plans really once again DH working today "Cos we gave no plans"

@Crazydoglady123 ooo I've seen lots of ladies have those on other threads, is it a general one or a TTC one??

OP posts:
Gem176 · 06/03/2021 08:11

Morning ladies! How are you all up so early on a Saturday?! If I didn't have to pee I'd still be sound asleep 😂

@paintfairy must admit it's not a bad lifestyle.... 10 miles from a very small town so I can get a pint of milk easily but we are just over a mile up a single track road out into a Glen. Nothing after our house but BiLs sheds and a path up to a loch. It's been bliss this week, waiting on a tyre for my car so haven't had to go anywhere, I'm considering the hermit life permanently 😂

@Sausage1990 fab cake 🎂 hope your sister liked it 😊

@Juno231 I was also very excited about the prospect of birthday cake making.... I attempted a rainbow cake for dd (ambitious for a novice) and somehow managed to have dry yet undercooked sponge 🙈😂 it was also a funny green colour thanks to the food colouring.... total fail! I now defer to the expert.... my mother 😂 however I'm sure you will be much more successful than me, can't bake cakes to save myself.
Shocking on the appointments front, do they not understand the emotional and mental toll that ttc takes on people and that making someone wait 6 months for results is basically torture. 6 months waiting on an answer or the next step 😢

@Hopeful110 glad you are feeling a bit better today and very spooky about the insta baby. Theodore is such a cute name. No plans, rain forecast all weekend 🙄

@Crazydoglady123 oh I'm such a sucker for a psychic reading 🙈 one very elderly lady around here is incredible and so much of what she says rings true but no way she could possibly have known any of it about me! Sadly she only does face to face so nothing until after covid.

Justanothercyster · 06/03/2021 08:12

@Juno231 that is absolutely ridiculous!! What a joke.
And @notyetamumbuttrying I can't believe you've not had the results back!

@Vil10 aww I bet they loved it, it looked amazing 💕

@Franklydear my cousin is 14 soon and asc, such bad food aversions! Honestly I get the triumph aspect, well done him 👏🏼👏🏼

@Mococo1 wow 37 weeks! Amazing 🎉

@Crazydoglady123 ooooh let us know what they say!

@Minster2012 how are you doing lovely? Did your chill night help?

@Gem176 I'm the same 😂 got the dog snoring to my left currently so he's rubbing it in my face too!

Hopeful110 · 06/03/2021 08:37

@Minster2012 yeah I know the feeling, oh is working today too...so me and dd are just off to do the food shop, she wants to go to the park after but I think we are due rain too @Gem176 which is a pain in the bum as would be good to go for a walk there. And yeah I love the name Theodore just because it's different and I didn't know anyone with that name 😏 might still use it though seeing as I don't actually know her know her.

@Crazydoglady123 it is really weird aye haha the universe acts in strange ways sometimes

Crazydoglady123 · 06/03/2021 08:39

@Minster2012 it's a general one. @Gem176 I'm like that, I don't like them being able to know a thing about me and I don't give anything away easily. @Justanothercyster will do!

When I saw her before she kept moving her hands to her abdomen area and saying I'm having problems in that area and then picked up on problems TTC. My OH's mum has them with her every few months and apparently the last three times she always says to her that "he's going to be a good dad".

paintfairy · 06/03/2021 08:57

@Gem176 I honestly could live that life! I'd be quite happy! Couldn't cope with the cold of Scotland though, I have previously suggested it to DH as its more affordable up there. Here we can't afford anything 'remote' because nothing really is! And so it's expensive. I've a friend who used to live in the middle of nowhere in Wales. She moved to Scotland. Haven't managed to visit yet because it was before lockdown! But I'd like to. She's over to the west.

@Crazydoglady123 I'm a little bit of the opinion you could just pay me to tell you what you want to hear, and I'll charge you a fiver? 🤣 I've never been to one. My mum has before. A few different ones. They have come out with interesting stuff that it seems they shouldn't know. But none of it changed anything. I think I've spent too long watching Derren Brown. I'm very sceptical. 🤣 I do love him though!

Honestly men. DH just asked if I wanted anything from the shop as he's going. I asked for some fresh baked cookies. Which he tells me he bought some Thursday when he went shopping. I was like- well how was i meant to know you randomly bought some? Where are they? In the cupboard apparently. And I was meant to know that. 🤣 (haven't been in said cupboard as it's the chocolate/biscuit cupboard and I'm trying to be good). He then said you know i bought some because you unpacked the shopping with me. I was like- if me unpacking the shopping is me sitting in the living room, chatting to my mum (she was here when he got back) then I guess I did? 🤔😂 But nope! So the good news is- I have cookies. The bad is - they aren't really fresh any more! I really need to stop eating shite......

The exercise has also gone wrong. I hurt my back Tuesday (goes into my hip and down my leg and I can't bend) probably doing too much. Had Wednesday off and eased it with the massage gadget and having baths every night. Thursday did another emkfit and I wasn't too bad after. Yesterday I thought I'd do yoga instead and have the weekend off. Then next week maybe alternate. OMG. By last night I couldn't move! Walking like a duck. Yoga did not help one bit clearly! I also struggled to find one on YouTube without annoying floaty voiced women! Maybe I need to look up pilates ones instead. But many seem not really aimed at beginners and possibly I overdid it! Felt OK at the time. So now I'm going to struggle to do my horses over the weekend, let alone anything else. 🤣 Got the gadget on it again last night and its helped enough that I can walk.

Minster2012 · 06/03/2021 09:15

@Gem176 what time does your DD get up?! & I'm not very good at cakes either! I don't tend to make them very often as then I eat them and it's not very good for being healthy either is it!

@paintfairy I use NIIXFIT for Pilates, I have her app and subscribed to her during lockdown but she has some free stuff on Insta short workouts, def her full workouts are very much different levels and it's all aimed at women and some sections which are for over 60s, and post partial too so it's good as well as harder ones, I find yoga a bit airy fairy too

@Justanothercyster thanks yeah I'm feeling a bit meh. I'll try explain when more time later when DH back

OP posts:
Justanothercyster · 06/03/2021 09:34

@Minster2012 I sensed something was up. Here to talk if you need to xx

Franklydear · 06/03/2021 09:47

@Minster2012 ashamed to say wine didn't happen, too tired, I'll try again today, I haven't managed to have a drink this year yet
@Gem176 your place sounds bliss
@Justanothercyster amazing! So sad I can't make a big deal of it with him, si here I am 💃
Af still here but starting to come brown, it was really proper this time, no spotting and full flow for two days

paintfairy · 06/03/2021 10:03

@Minster2012 yeah I have a yoga dvd which is fairly just get on with it. But that breathing ridiculous slow voiced, channel with the earth crap, can't be doing with that. 🤣
Sorry you aren't feeling great?

Minster2012 · 06/03/2021 10:22

@paintfairy I did a yoga the other day & she was like "let's be thankful, I often say a prayer for blah blah" and I was like oh no I'm going to have to stop this it's not my bag I just want to stretch out my muscles not praise be 🤪

@Franklydear don't be ashamed about jo wine that's great!

@Justanothercyster /@paintfairy just the memory coming up & getting all emotional about it, 3 years on & nothing to show except back to square one & then someone has opened up to me (a good thing) & it makes me sad what ppl hold to themselves but I'm guilty of it too. I'm just pretty emotional atm. Pretty stressful week too. That's all. Just the usual really 😘
