No mean girls reports to MN last time ladies 😆🙌🏻I don’t know whether that’s a result or not, but seeing as it was the Spring Zen bus I think that was good 🦋🌸🌷🌻

So it’s back to the usual routine & realising men know NOTHING about ovulation, but then again, do our bodies?? Except for the science teachers that is 😉

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far.

Our bus is helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

@Juno231 looks like ovulated yesterday as I had a big temp jump today and + OPK on Saturday so yeah it will be about 5 DPO. Kind of wishing I didn't mention the 3-5 days pre AF spotting as I think she's prioritising this swab/pelvic examination to check it's nothing bad rather than thinking of possibly disrupting a pregnancy implanting. She had initially just mentioned bloods with the nurse on Friday then switched to bloods and examination with the doctor instead when I mentioned the spotting. The nurse usually does smears so not sure why the doctor is needed for this 🤔

@Justanothercyster aww bless ya, hope you feel a little better soon ❤️ haha it was a spectacularly quick appointment! I was all geared up to really start pushing and the doctor was just on it! Barely had to say a word 😂

@2020mission if you can get the bloods done on Monday that would be fab for a progesterone test. Let's hope they know what they're doing and won't be running a fairly useless day 3 randomly in your cycle!

@InkyPaper sorry I missed your post your appointment sounds very like mines I was gearing up for pushing but without even asking how often we DTD and the exact length trying she just said that's fine we can do tests!

@Juno231 it's this Friday for the bloods 🤷‍♀️ so they've picked CD 17. I hope it will show what they need to check at 5 DPO 😬 I told her my cycles varied between 24-27 in length.

@Minster2012 oh I remember reading that when you posted that 😂😂😂 farmer types are about as tactful as a brick! Oh don't, if he thought they were anything like boots and have you free stuff for going in labour on their stores he would have me here permanently from 35 weeks onwards!!!

@Juno231 a couple of hundred for a round with a 90% success rate or over £1,000 per lamb 😲 interesting but absolutely bonkers!

Ahaha so I absolutely spoke too soon this morning. I just had a call from the surgery and they only had a note from the GP to book one blood test, not two and turns out the GP had booked in a specific time for me to collect the swab kit...and didn't tell me 😂🙈 they're going back to the GP about the blood tests and hopefully that'll get it all sorted 😂

@bez91 the creme eggs 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was thinking when I asked- i hope there isn't a carpet involved......
@Minster2012 yay for coil providing maximum contraception! I actually did laugh at that. 🤣 But hmmmm, yeah, probably unhelpful!
@2020mission are you sure they aren't just taking general bloods? Friday is a bit pointless for day 21 bloods. My 7 days after O did fall on a Sunday once and so I went the Monday. It was still fine and the figure was right. But day 5 is too early for peak? @Juno231 but then we all know how much drs know about blood tests. 😂 Anyway- when i went they took some sti swabs because I mentioned spotting and they peered up there. I originally mentioned it to the nurse so she'd looked. The gp was going to when i saw her, but didn't when she realised the nurse already had. It's still taken them 3 years mind to realise its progesterone related. 🙄🤣

@2020mission you won't have peak progesterone then but I think it should still be high enough to show you've ovulated so don't worry about it!

@Gem176 I guess thinking about it you can impregnate lots of sheep with eggs from just one fancy sheep vs the length of time it takes for a fancy sheep to be pregnant with a limited amount of lambs in the oven at any time? Fascinating stuff though!

@gem176 I wish I could use it as an excuse I'm so paranoid about getting too overweight during the pregnancy because of my pre eclampsia risk so I frantically trying to keep exercising. I've got a killer headache this afternoon so trying to chill a bit with work this afternoon x

@Juno231 well I've actually been quite shocked to discover that a 90% success rate when implanted into a hardier breed is a much higher success rate than these fancy sheep have on their own in our less than perfect Scottish climate. As you can tell I was stress googling anything other than baby stuff waiting for my appointment!

@notyetamumbuttrying he barely talks but start him on about farming and I can't shut him up then anything scientificy that he can't explain fully I have to go and look up or it will annoy me. My search history today is seriously worrying 😂

@Kirky658 I gained not very much last time and was actually a stone lighter than pre pregnancy when dd was 12 weeks, havent done anything different but this time I'm ballooning already 🙈

Measuring 12 weeks 6 days, due date of 21st September. 38 weeks is bang on dds birthday 😂 all looks good and I've never felt relief like it.
