No mean girls reports to MN last time ladies 😆🙌🏻I don’t know whether that’s a result or not, but seeing as it was the Spring Zen bus I think that was good 🦋🌸🌷🌻

So it’s back to the usual routine & realising men know NOTHING about ovulation, but then again, do our bodies?? Except for the science teachers that is 😉

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far.

Our bus is helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

I'm just catching up but thought I'd update.
The good news is - 12dpo and no spotting as yet. Whilst it has began as late as today on a couple of past cycles in the last 3 years, its pretty rare. And I've never got past today. Ever.
The less good news is that I've done 2 ICs this morning and both stark white. 🙄 Not that I expected anything else. I'll do another check Sunday before stopping the progesterone but obviously it should be showing by now!
I suppose the question now is- do I need progesterone or do I actually need clomid because things are crap at the beginning? I am going to ask about that. I guess it's irrelevant if we now move to IUI because they'll medicate the cycle anyway. So theoretically we are tackling all issues at once there. And there's no reason it shouldn't work. The problem is clearly me and not him, so at least we know that.
The next bad thing is I have to go for the HSG and I'm not getting away with it. 🤣
Oh and I'm beginning to feel wretched so I'm just pleased I can stop taking this stuff after tomorrow night!

@Ltay2 I didn't realise you were that far along. I was reading thinking you'd be in there for months on end! So I suppose its good you won't be. But not good that you are there at all! I hope things settle down.

@Minster2012 I did the first pilates one on a chair! Glad you don't have to do it live. I'll maybe try another later. I was confused how to do it from a phone but then just cast it to the tv. Only after did I realise there's some video app that might make it better too!
@Juno231 some mortgage companies are crap. Ours was ok but both the one from our buyer (horrific) and one from our seller were being awkward which obviously impacted on us.

@paintfairy don't assume it's you btw! SA's are basic - they don't test for a bunch of stuff. Or his men could literally just be struggling to enter the egg, that kind of thing. Got all my fingers crossed for your IUIs though!

@Juno231 true! But a multitude of problems is even worse. 🤣 His motility still could be better- its on the lower end of normal. And yeah who knows about the rest of it. God, why is it so bloody impossible?! 😣

Thankyou everyone, my scan is at 15:30 ...ahhh nervous! My 12 week scan arrived in the post for the 31st march too.
I decided after yesterday's god awful day to take today off and also next week & put myself first for a change like most people there seem to be doing at the minute! So I'm gonna chill as much as possible!

@paintfairy Ah no maximum a week from now I think pre birth then probably a few days afterwards depending on how it goes so not too long. I'll maybe be allowed home too but will see what that involves as don't want to travel back and forth multiple times a week!

@HollieL567 I'll hopefully know more after the weekend once I've had more tests and monitoring but now started steroid injections in case baby does come early to help develop the lungs. We are having a boy! So no wonder he's causing so much trouble 🤪

@justanothercyster are you sure you can’t take baby with you?? If not then if it was me I would just say that sounds lovely, you will have a chat with OH & have a look at annual leave with work and let them know. Sounds like they’ve already booked it so you going or not wouldn’t alter whether they go.

@hopeful110 I don’t really understand CB opk because I’ve never used them but your dip stick ones look like you’ve had a peak. I think your plan to see what happens is a good one. And maybe keep doing the odd dip stick opk to make sure it doesn’t go back up again.

@ltay2 oh lovely sorry to hear about the pre-eclampsia. I can imagine it’s all very stressful but know you & baby are in safe hands. Keep us updated – will be thinking of you

Afternoon ladies. Had my gp call . Going to have vit d levels checked again on 25th may need constant boosters . Been given additional exercises for my foot to try and ease the pain. Asked about amh levels but apparently that has to be requested by specialist at clinic. She's done all the tests she can and everything is normal??? Then she asked how I was coping and I just broke down and cried. Think I've been bottling up my emotions more than usual by just focusing on exercise but deep down it's absolutely torture going 3months then 4months with no af. Why can't I be "normal " no explanation as to why ... just stuck in limbo.

It got to me that bad after 1year of being smoke free I've had 1 today 😔
Think it calls for a potato day and just watch soppy crap on tv to hide the tears.

That must have been very scary for your mum @Ltay2! Hopefully they'll keep you in for close monitoring and you can relax a bit more. I took in a cross stitch for the baby's nursery to keep my mind off being stuck in hospital, just make sure you have lots to keep your mind off the waiting and the time will fly in.

@juno231 ah, I can see now why you're stuck jumping thru hoops for Halifax. Hopefully they don't ask for too many more demands before approving you. Sorry to hear about the bfn too 😔

Sorry to hear about your bfn too @paintfairy but good news on the reaching 12dpo without spotting, silver linings! I'll post a pic of easter egg cheesecake, highly calorific but highly delicious!

Massive hugs @Dollybird89 it sounds like you need them today 😔 I know its hard especially on days like today but try not go back to smoking again as you've done amazing if you reached a year without them. Get a big cosy blanket, stick on a boxset and just chill for the rest of today. Chin up lovely.

My job for today is to transfer all my clothes from chest of drawers in baby's room to laundry bags until I can get to IKEA to get another chest in a different size (sod paying £40 for delivery!) so thag we can put the cot up later as OH has been begging me since its been sat in the house to put it up 🙈 also think we're collecting OH grandad tonight after he's had 2 more stents out in! Think that's his lot now as he has 5 so he really needs to be a good boy from now on! Coming home though 🥳

@Dollybird89 that's frustrating having months without AF! Were you on contraception before? Sorry you've probably covered this and I just missed it. Like the other ladies have already said definitely keep positive and keep away from the cigs! Exercise and no smoking will definitely be doing you good 😃 hopefully the GP will be able to help get AF started again soon.

Sorry to those with BFN 😑 My husband had his Oxford vaccine today and the paperwork he was given home said the nausea and vomiting side effects listed happen to 1 in 10 😬 quite high. He's feeling fine so far 8 hours later 🤞 I need him well for some action tonight or tomorrow as I'm close to my usual ovulation day 😅

@Franklydear you had he Oxford one, right? Were you ill? @Sausage1990 which did you get? Sorry for being nosey haha

@2020mission yes I did and I was, I was sick, headache and general flu symptoms, lasted about a day and a half and then just tired for a couple of days

@2020mission 'my friend and OH didn't kick in until 11 hours later and they were both awful. Sweating, hot and cold, general aches. Both said they felt like they were dying and both are male so 😂 my female best friend had hers the other day and the side effects kicked in much sooner and she was very ill too. Sorry!

Aww I thought that was the case @Franklydear vaguely remember you saying you were sick and took the next day off work? Did it kick in soon after you had the jab? I'm making sure to refer to it as jab rather than jag so you all aren't confused 😆 it was quite bad timing going the morning after they announced Oxford has reportedly caused blood clots in a small number of patients

😬 @lucyrp thanks for the heads up. He's already on beer haha and he did some weights earlier!

@2020mission I'd get the action in early this evening incase he's out for the count later on! My male friend didn't go into work the next day but my OH did and said he felt much better getting up and doing something. He also took some paracetamol for the aches and pains. They lasted for a couple of days afterwards especially in his arm. OH was up so many times in the night and sweating buckets which he never normally does so sending luck your way 😂🙈

@DKDK123 wowww that’s extreme but must have been serious and a scary time for you! I'm a bit green when it comes to pre eclampsia, are you at more risk of it happening again? Thanks for the advice on the bleeding, got a phone app booked next week.

@Katao good news your cycle is starting to look more normal to you, Ive been ovulating early and always guaranteed a BFN when I do
