No mean girls reports to MN last time ladies 😆🙌🏻I don’t know whether that’s a result or not, but seeing as it was the Spring Zen bus I think that was good 🦋🌸🌷🌻

So it’s back to the usual routine & realising men know NOTHING about ovulation, but then again, do our bodies?? Except for the science teachers that is 😉

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far.

Our bus is helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

Have a look at the small changes beside the names and see if you want to try them yourself or add in your own!

Last month we had some fab BFPs including an OG 🥰♥️🙌🏻💪🏻so bring on March for more of the same please as well as investigations IVF fun for some others...
Spring is coming, and so are we 😘🦄🍀🌸🌷🌻🌼

And if you see mention of my blog then blame these guys they made me do it...#shamelessplug

Story so far...

June 24 BFPs
July 11 BFPs
August 18 BFPs
Sep 4 BFPs
Oct 7 BFPs
Nov 7 BFPs
Dec 14 BFPs

8 BFPs for February

Let’s go go go for March!

@lucyrp yeah it says no further tests as I'm not in the high risk group which is 1:150 or less...

lucyrp · 11/03/2021 14:39

@Kirky658 I'm sure you're fine then! You can pay for further tests yourself if you're concerned x

Crazydoglady123 · 11/03/2021 14:50

@Minster2012 no, Af came first but she made me mega sleepy with today's session. She did a different needle combo and said it'd make me feel sedated. I had to go home and have a half hour nap so now behind with my jobs for the day 🙈

@MartyMcShy cycle buddies 💕 That's exciting Hycosy and IUI next month! Mines IVF next month 😬 Do you have to go on meds like Clomid for the IUI?

paintfairy · 11/03/2021 14:55

@Kirky658 I wonder how they actually calculate that? I know what you mean, I think I'd be worried its not as good as other people's numbers but then at the same time that's a pretty low risk? Difficult one?

Kirky658 · 11/03/2021 15:03

@lucyrp I know about the other tests but I know DH will tell me I'm being silly.

@paintfairy yes exactly. Apparently everything including the fluid measurement behind the baby's neck is put into a computer programme along with a few other factors like ethnicity, bmi and age, and combined with the bloods and it spits out the results x

Juno231 · 11/03/2021 15:08

@Kirky658 is having a harmony test or something similar out of budget for you? That doesn't test for probabilities but actually checks for a number of syndromes so would give you a clear cut yes or no answer if you wanted that.

paintfairy · 11/03/2021 15:12

@Kirky658 oh god. I'm fat and old. No hope. 😂
I think it depends how much you want your mind putting at rest? They are still pretty low risk stats wise. I've no idea how accurate it is as I know nothing about it. But as @Juno231 says, you could get it checked further? Or you need to put it out of your mind and not worry about it? Or it'll drive you mad!

Kirky658 · 11/03/2021 15:13

@juno231 I don't really know what I want to be honest. I guess I'm just shocked if I compare my stats against someone who's older (I'm 27) I'm a higher risk. I genuinely expected it to come back in the 10,000 I guess. I mean I know Edwards and Pataus is one hell of a lot worse, I wouldn't be wanting to terminate or anything awful like that. I'm just a bit emotional i think as I opened the letter alone and DH isn't here to talk some sense into me x

Minster2012 · 11/03/2021 15:14

@MartyMcShy so you might be doing the IUI similar time to a few of our IUI/IVF then? That's great

@Dollybird89 awesome you go girl!

@Kirky658 ahhh 20 seconds is ok then! Hmmm not sure on the downs test can you question it? Would you do a NIPT test in case? About £500 I think.

@Juno231 I genuinely hate both conveying solicitors and things like that it's such a frustrating process. Our last house purchase we didn't realise until 6 months after purchase that there was a problem with our deeds (new place in theory as conversion) and it hadn't been registered correctly so it was kinda just floating in the ether & we then got fined by land registery. It's their ONE job FFS day in day out. They only seem to do anything when you chase. Grrrr. We got the fine back but only after threatening them with legal action as we submitted it all right. I feel your pain. And yes chasing & hitting the dogs with a fly swat. Luckily they are very patient and can move faster than him 😂well done on the wine! 👌🏻

@HollieL567 ahhh good luck for tomorrow, do ppl know at work yet? Your baby will be very resilient don't worry, sod them but honestly, your bub will be growing nicely xxx

@Crazydoglady123 wow make you feel sedated?! Where do I sign up 😂🤣

Ladies we have rearranged center Parcs to end of nov (again, we changed it before to that last year, DHs birthday) and now have ANOTHER trip to look forwards to! Going away for a weekend with ALL DH's family for the weekend by the sea in September. Rented a whole big huge house thing split into 3 flats.

We have things to look forward to!!
Ok so end of the year. But when we know about the ivf we MIGHT be able to find a seaside break this side of the summer 🤣

@Kirky658 I think the best bet would be to ring your midwife and speak to her about your results. On my letter it says if you have any concerns to ring this number so I'd do that xx

Juno231 · 11/03/2021 15:29

@Minster2012 yay for things to look forward to! I have 2 weddings to look forward to this year but so far that's it. Saying that, I am THRILLED at the thought of socialising and dressing up so it's def enough to look forward to atm.

@Kirky658 I mean I'd do that test if only to find out if it's a boy or girl so I'm the wrong person to ask lol! I think the range goes up to 1 in 100 000 so definitely chat to OH whether you'd like to know or not. Ultimately 1 in 2700 is still low! It's like 0.00037% or something silly like that!

blodyn91 · 11/03/2021 16:21

@Kirky658 mine is 1 in 2820, so we are similar. I asked midwife about it at the next appointment I had as my OH was worried, and she said its less than 1% so still extremely low! We didn't see a point in any other test.

Crazydoglady123 · 11/03/2021 16:23

@Minster2012 I'll sign you up if you can take me on holiday with you 😍 I need to book somewhere, I'm just so indecisive 🤣

Kirky658 · 11/03/2021 16:28

@blodyn91 that's good to know. Thanks hun. I have my 16 week check 3 weeks today so can chat to her about it then x

blodyn91 · 11/03/2021 16:35

@Kirky658 I felt the exact same as you though, that it looks high because others are so much lower! And being 29 and healthy felt it should be 1 in 10,000. My 20 week scan was fine, and had a growth scan the other week and he is perfect ☺️

Kirky658 · 11/03/2021 16:46

@blodyn91 thank you hun that has made me feel better actually. You're only a tiny bit older than me as well, I'm 27 just turned. My neighbour who's 26 weeks just told me that her little lad's femur isn't growing properly and they are worried he might have something wrong. So I guess you never really can know x

Franklydear · 11/03/2021 17:25

@Minster2012 this bit is easy and could do by myself but I'll need her when we have to go to court, mainly to restrain me from telling the judge things I shouldn't like I don't want him to go to a shitty school

bez91 · 11/03/2021 17:33

@DKDK123 oh no, no orgasms... why was that out of interest? Could it have brought labour on or something?

@Crazydoglady123 yayy to a welcomed AF, glad that things are moving forward for you and you too @MartyMcShy

@Kirky658 maybe speak to your midwife, they will put your mind at ease. I wouldn't worry though 😊

Any of you lovely ladies had mid cycle bleeding following MC? Never had it before but each cycle since my surgical management for MC#2 in December I've had loadssss of mid cycle bleeding. CD8 today and got a flashing smiley which isn't ideal when I'm bleeding 😩 don't know whether to book a GP app

Justanothercyster · 11/03/2021 17:52

@Minster2012 the weathers been nuts hasn't it?! We got caught in a hail storm just now whilst walking Milo 😖
Paint the dog?!
Yay for things to look forward too!

@Kirky658 awwwww hahahaha poor pooch. And sorry you're feeling worried about the results :( try not to worry or as others have said another test perhaps? I'm sure all will be fine x

@DJmum83 I'll be 6 weeks on Sunday so still very early. Scan booked privately for 22nd so not too long to wait. I just go through phases of feeling calm and forgetting I'm actually up the duff and phases of absolute panic that if there's no symptoms somethings wrong, if there's cramps there something wrong. Can't win 😂
Good luck with your scan!

@Crazydoglady123 I hope the clomid works for you! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@MartyMcShy definitely a worrying time isn't it.

@Juno231 bloody hell that's so annoying! Why do these things have to be so onerous and difficult 😖

@HollieL567 hugs to you 💕 sounds like a really difficult experience and you're only human! Baby will be fine honestly, just try to keep calm and take your mind off it for now x

Ok so... our friend organised a cottage stay (basically a drunken weekend in Devon) for around NYE and they've asked us if we want to join them. I feel really bad as we always said we'd love to book a cottage with them one day but at that time (all being well), baby would be around 1-2 months old and we just couldn't take bub with us or leave with anyone so not really sure what to say? They already know we have no plans over the hols which makes it awkward. They obvs don't know I'm pregnant. Any ideas?

InkyPaper · 11/03/2021 18:04

@blackcurrantqueen nice!! I love mine, they're really comfy 😄

@HollieL567 so sorry for your loss, the biggest hugs for you ❤️

@Kirky568 oh no what a start to the day! Glad your dog was ok in the end though 😊

@Dollybird89 hahaha love it, never underestimate the power of a good bra! 😄

@Crazydoglady123 yay for AF!

@Minster2012 you're absolutely on it with all the house stuff at the minute! Nice one 😄 I've literally been ignoring my house for ages 😂🙈 yay for holidays!!

@Juno231 omg what a nightmare! Why are Halifax being so shit with it all?

@Justanothercyster can you get away with telling them thanks but you've already got plans around then?

Nothing new from me. Just waiting for AF to end (bit premature really as it usually lasts 7 days, but still bored of it now 😂) and for my appointment with the GP on Monday. For those that went to their GPs after a year of trying, what happens?

Juno231 · 11/03/2021 19:10

@Justanothercyster could you say that actually you've spoken to OH and you might wanna go abroad for NYE? And then tell them truth once you've done the baba announcement?

Katao · 11/03/2021 19:12

@Justanothercyster maybe blame money? Expensive time of year, new house etc

Minster2012 · 11/03/2021 19:25

@Crazydoglady123 deal!

@Franklydear yes I'm not sure I could hold my tongue either tbh

@Justanothercyster if just say you can't commit to anything at the minute and blame Covid? Then tell her obs when you can?

By the way forgot to put this up earlier, was tidying a few things in our utility room, found these, obviously dog related things, not sure what the scissor things are, Amy help welcome but @Tornado2Inc I saw the droppers and thought of you 😂🤣

@Justanothercyster we've had this with friends recently wanting to book stuff but obv with IVF coming up I don't want to make any plans till nearer the time. It's so hard! Can you say you've booked to go somewhere already?

@InkyPaper yay to the doctors appointment!!! My GP did some basic bloods and I think a CD21 and then after the results referred me to an infertility consultant. He requested a SA for OH too. Don't be afraid to push if they try to brush it off. Mine was very much like "it's only been a year" blah de blah but I basically demanded being referred 😂

Crazydoglady123 · 11/03/2021 19:30

@Minster2012 that is a dog pill pusher
