No mean girls reports to MN last time ladies 😆🙌🏻I don’t know whether that’s a result or not, but seeing as it was the Spring Zen bus I think that was good 🦋🌸🌷🌻

So it’s back to the usual routine & realising men know NOTHING about ovulation, but then again, do our bodies?? Except for the science teachers that is 😉

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far.

Our bus is helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

@Dollybird89 my hairdresser friend called yesterday, she went ahead and pencil me in on a Saturday she can do, luckily she got it right, she's worried about childcare on a Sunday if still not allowed to mix so, fair enough

@Minster2012 omg you're having a nightmare with this center parcs trip aren't you! Wasn't it first supposed to be may last year?? I've booked us in for a holiday in mid June at a haven resort and we were supposed to go last June but obvs got cancelled. This ones got a Covid guarantee though so if we can't go at least were saved by that

@lucyrp yep was may last year, we invited my friend for her birthday & her family, paid for her lodge, then nov to go over DH's birthday instead with the winter wonderland, then may again this year so over her birthday this year again but no point if not swimming, at this rate her kids won't want to go and the prices are just going up 😩and we don't know when ivf will be 😬

@Minster2012 yayyy to a good nights sleep but boo on centreparcs, when are you planning to rebook for?

Desperate for a holiday like everyone else, think we may just do some stopovers with family when we can as prices are extortionate!

Spoke to OH last night about the sa and I got upset and he said he will do it....so we read the info again and it says the sample needs to be taken to the hospital within an hour of doing it. But you have to call them for an appt time and day to take it...doesn't say whether it has to be him who drops it off though, so I'm gonna call them in abit and see if I can get an appt to drop it off, if we get the thumbs up on that then i need to call to arrange bloods for me...so hallelujah! I am prepared to do whatever it takes but OH was put off because he thought he had to do the sample in a room in the hospital 😆 hah!

But...do I have to stop taking all my supplements now? Incase I start clomid in the next few months?

@Hopeful110 our hospital still aren't allowing you to do it there because of covid. So the only way you can do it is to do it at home and drop it off. It needs to be kept warm though and in a pocket or something.

@Hopeful110 that's good, I think both of you need to do whatever it takes really if you are committed to having another baby

@bez91 we don't know yet until we get SOME sort of idea on ivf as that's why the begging go of may was good as it was likely when I might just be doing the drugs for stimulation of the follicles so not needed for any appointments whereas later might be needed for going for short notice appointments. So annoying. We don't have anything else booked. That was our only trip 🙄😩

@Minster2012 oh no can’t believe you have had to rearrange Centreparcs again!! And yes I’ve had weird on and off spotting but no actual af. But am beginning to wonder if having the vaccine may have had an impact. Guess it’s just a wait and see situation for me really as the docs don’t seem to care.

@bez91 @florence13 I spend literally every working day looking at holiday prices and I can agree that, yes, they have gone bonkers. No that's not me procrastinating it's my job 🤣

@paintfairy we had a cage to stop birds nesting but crows like to collect sticks and twigs etc and drop them down.... had to have my chimney cleared in my old house because of this. 5 black bags full were removed because of the buggers! Then had a cap fitted so nothing could be dropped down.

I'll try to have a catch up later, fallen down the rabbit hole of birth rights over the weekend and genuinely quite appalled by how some women are treated. Especially enraged after reading the bumf on the baby box website about how the aim of the box is to make Scotland the best place to grow up and give all kids the best start in life blah blah blah well I don't know about anyone else but I think a mum without ptsd is probably the best place to start. I'm on one a bit about this so I'll try not to bore you all anymore on a Tuesday morning. OH made the mistake of grumbling about our ability to orgasm several times in quick succession and definitely regretted it after the ensuing lecture. Really shouldn't have made the comment on international women's day 🙄 I'll check back in later when I've got further than paintfairys chimney/bird issues 😘

@Minster2012 yes, I will but I looked on the website and atm they would like it to be around 16 inches, my ponytail is about 10 so probably chop it into a bob in the summer

@Gem176 my DH started the other day saying how tired he is, I said he better not want me to start on my days, as I do most of his life admin, and even organize the life admin he does do, plus I don't get home until 7 in the evening and that's 11 hours after I left in the morning, yes, I would also like to sleep, specially with my 70% lung capacity I get tired sooner, he won't be asking again

@crazydoglady123 that's the way my cycles are going. I would have had light spotting the day b4 af but now I think it's a few days and that's what's throwing me. The brown blood was very light and only when wiped so I'm counting that as spotting. I'm a bit heavier and more red tosat and having cramps so the witch is well and truly here. But considering going to a fertility clinic and like yourself would be totally confused on what to class as CD1.
God we dont make things easy on ourselves do we

@2alreadywantanother I'm so confused as to what it's doing! It's gone brown today too. My periods at the start of TTC went from being not on to full on heavy. As times gone on I've started spotting more before each period for about 3-5 days and then my Clomid cycle in Jan/Feb when I had the cysts was a long cycle and I had no spotting but had a two day period but was only like a day of bleeding and one day spotting so I don't know if this is period or what now 🤦🏽‍♀️ I've been feeling crampy on and off since Saturday but often on the second day of af I get really bad pain but I didn't get that last cycle either so who knows! I've rung my Nhs clinic nurses so will see what they say. So hard as I don't want to miss taking the Clomid or take it too early...

Morning everyone, thanks for all the support yesterday, I really appreciate it ❤️❤️ had my day to wallow in it and today it's time to strap on my big girl pants (or ginormous period pants in this case, which if you've not tried btw are great). Got my appointment with the doctor next week so can go from there.

@Dollybird89 with your long cycles do you still poas every so often just to check? I've done that with mine before as I never know how long my cycle will be

@paintfairy mine was also sealed off sort of, had a lovely gas contraption that had a flame but didn't involve any cleaning, love our stove now but really is the lack of mess 😂 had to get a plumber round to disconnect all the gas and then a chimney sweep to actually clear it all. Total faff! Only found out about it as their bloody twigs had blocked part of the fires vent so had a co2 alarm go off one evening. Lucky I had one!

@Franklydear they really have no clue sometimes. OH is good for falling asleep but in fairness he does do some really long hours some weeks. What annoys me is when I dare mention tired and he questions "why?" Hmmm let's see... I have my actual job then I have the equivalent of an actual job being a parent, cook, cleaner, dog Walker and personal shopper to your elderly relatives. On top of that I have a lovely autoimmune illness that happens to leave you absolutely knackered for the day after one hypoglycaemia or hyperglycaemia incident. I've had many hypos in the last few weeks on top of general first trimester tiredness so he got it both barrels a few weeks ago when he huffed because twice he came home for lunch and I had got back into my comfies and gone for a snooze on the couch. For some reason I'm a ball of rage today, please send help, I'm not usually so grumpy 😕

@Hopeful110 having to do it in the hospital is actually a much better option. One of my friends is having to do an SA for certain medication and because he doesn't live near the hospital he will either have to do his specimen in the car in a car park or ask his sister who lives close if he can use her bathroom 🤣🤣🤣

@bez91 funny you say that about holidays I found the same holiday this year as we'd booked last year for half the price ?!🤷🏼‍♀️

@lucyrp 🤣 our first one we did at home. The motility was a bit low. The last one we did nearer to the hospital and when I told the fertility nurse that (because the results were better) she was like oh my god I don't want to know. It was probably illegal. 🤣 So a room would be better.
@Gem176 ours is the back chimney, not the main one. It's actually bricked up. So we'd have to smash the wall down. 🙈 I've texted the roof man.
@Franklydear I think that's men! They have to exist and remember 3 things and they think they've had it hard and are tired. No regards for women who have been running about remembering 1000 things, organising, and doing what they need to do. It does make me angry too when they moan.

I am astounded at the improvement! He has normal sperm now 😱
All parameters now are on or above the normal forms. We're in shock! We'll still go ahead with our private consultation tomorrow to talk through all options and then make decisions on what to do after that.
