No mean girls reports to MN last time ladies 😆🙌🏻I don’t know whether that’s a result or not, but seeing as it was the Spring Zen bus I think that was good 🦋🌸🌷🌻

So it’s back to the usual routine & realising men know NOTHING about ovulation, but then again, do our bodies?? Except for the science teachers that is 😉

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far.

Our bus is helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

@Asthenia yep! Definitely a waste of time. :( feeling really deflated! But just ordered the proceive plus for pcos... its got some good reviews so who knows...maybe they will work for me too 🤷‍♀️ not got anything to lose aye xx

@DKDK123 I guess you might as well do the tests? You'll never really regret doing them. Only not. So do them and then it doesn't matter what you decide?
@Hopeful110 unfortunately its a tick box exercise. And things also change. They'll all go through the list of the same things really. And tubes can get blocked even if you've been pregnant (or had them cleared) before. 3 months is all they say it really lasts for if they clear them. After that they would always recheck again if a problem. So i don't think it's a strange thing to be doing? Ovulation and scans don't have any bearing on showing if tubes are clear. They wouldn't waste time putting you on clomid before checking that, because it would be a waste of time (and you can only take it a few months too) if your tubes are blocked.

Durrr not proceive, I ment conceive ovulation support for pcos...costly but hopefully worth it. I'm so ditsy today! My mind just isn't functioning properly :(

@paintfairy aah which one?! @vil10 keeps kicking my butt in steps and every time it flashes up to say that @DKDK123 has passed me by in steps I get motivated to get up and move a bit.

Just popping in, will try and catch up later. Did I miss any big news 👀 had a shitty night sleep with my sons bloods (t1 diabetic) after his all nighter the night b4 gaming, the cake and treats. He was sky high all night. 2.5unuts of insulin during the night was more like giving him water 🙈 was shattered and when DH rang on his break I was like, I'm doing nothing today I'm wrecked. Dont even think I'll go for a walk. An hr later my friend text to see what time we going and I'm delighted she did. We did 6.5k and stopped of at park with kids. It was just what I needed.

Af ☹ not quiet sure what the feck is going on. So af is due thurs. Going by apps. This last few months, since mc it has been 28days, then 25, the 27 etc its getting shorter. That's 25days but spotting on day 24. Red, only on wipe and very light, then today its brown? Like wtf. My heads melted. Should I be getting onto my gp? My cycles were always 30/32 days b4 mc.

@DKDK123 oh like everything else with TTC is a headfuck...! Depends on how you're built, I like FACTS and KNOWLEDGE so I'd have to do the tests if it were me, would probably be in parallel with more investigations about adoption though.

That is an impressive step count @Vil10!! There's a challenge thing on at the gym this month and I'm going to have to run as well as do the class some days...not sure if I'm up for that as being busy at work...!

Is is a different clinic or something @Hopeful110? Good that they're being thorough but annoying when you just want to get on with it!

I've had some weird cramps this afternoon - are they ovulation, acupuncture related or just to keep me on my toes?!

I think the country as a whole is struggling with lockdown fatigue, it's been an awful long time now, I know it's affecting me as there's so much less to think about it, hugs to all who need it - I'm trying to obsess about diet and exercise and not TTC. I had a dream last night that I'll have another summer baby so means I won't be getting pregnant until at least the end of the summer so really need to stop thinking about it ALL THE TIME!

@Hopeful110 I read your first post about 3 times about your DHs seven 😂 is that why he won't do the SA?

@Juno231 he says its too much pressure having his sperm analysed lol! He doesn't even go to a gp if his unwell so he really isn't keen going to hospital for something so irrelevant to him :(
Ya know when it's just not worth fighting him on it, his stubborn as hell, and they won't help me unless he does it will they?

@larrythelizard yeah this is our local hospital whereas 7/8 years ago we were seen at Universitt College Hospital in London and they were amazing! But yeah I guess I'm being impatient which is selfish but I feel like because I'm soooo irregular I can't even take a relaxed approach to ttc because if I miss ovulation then it'll be another 5/6 months til the next time :( x

@Hopeful110 my husband hasn't said much when I mention he might be doing a SA soon after this GP appointment... hoping he's not the same and decides not to! If I'm getting bloods done he's doing something. I mean their test is much more fun 😆

I've never had a blood test ever so not exactly looking forward to those but I'm looking forward to the results. I'm surprised they aren't curious about their sperm.

@2020mission I know right! If only that's all we had to do! I was like well come on....ive had swabs done for sti's, then it'll be blood tests then a hycosy...so the least he can do is a sa 🤷‍♀️🤣 atleast he can watch a bit of porn whilst he does it! @Hopeful110 is it because he doesn’t want to potentially be told that his sperm quality has declined? It seems a bit petty not to hand over a bit of semen whilst women get dildo cams, blood tests and tubes blasted and that’s just for starters! Sorry you are having to jump through hoops in any case.

@Sausage1990, I wasn’t as far out as you with AF, about 5 days longer with covid and around 3 longer after vaccine. But I wonder if I also released a shitty egg because my immune system was under fire all the time.

Sorry you are feeling unwell @DJmum83, like Sausage, I had to graze constantly as I was actually worse when hungry but could only eat small amounts. I literally had a pack of ginger biscuits next to the bed for when I woke up in the first trimester 😂 🐷 don’t feel bad about telling us your woes, it’s good to hear from you.

@Hopeful110 we've just got a phone appointment next Monday so he hasn't got an appointment himself yet. AF just finished so very early in my cycle right now.

This sounds silly but I've realised we never DTD before going to sleep at night... it's always the morning when we wake or middle of the day/early evening and so I don't lay down for that long afterwards (30 mins max). So we've decided to start adding in some bedtime sessions as I will sleep all night without standing up and leaking and maybe it will work 😂 clutching at straws here!

Need some advice ladies...CD28 and been spotting since Friday. Normally I spot lightly for 3-5 days then full flow for a few days. Today I've felt crampy and sore boobs this morn but I'm spotting or bleeding (not sure what you'd call it) a bit heavier but not what I'd call my normal "full flow". Like I've had to wear a pad but it's fairly clean and mainly only passing blood when I go to the loo and wipe but sometimes when I've been there's also been nothing? I'm really confused as I have to start my Clomid on CD2 and call and book a scan for CD12 but I don't know whether to count today as CD1 or not?

I'm not sure about that @Crazydoglady123 CD 1 always comes with painful cramps for me so there's no question that's AF properly started. I think if it's more than just wiping and not just tinged CM but actual blood it's probably day 1 of AF?

@Haiyaa I've already been to the doctors I'm currently waiting for the recurrent miscarriage clinic appt. acupuncture was lovely! Im going to do four sessions weekly then go to twice weekly then hopefully once a month🤞🏼

I contacted a private service to see if they had any consultants with interest / experience in recurrent early MC, got an email back saying they'd pass my details onto one of the consultants. Wonder how much that will set me back. But I'm going to at least find out.

I have my AFC scan tomorrow at my private clinic so not sure if they can confirm or not if it's actually my period? Still cringing at the idea of a dildo scan whilst bleeding 😣

@Crazydoglady123 frustrating! I'm on and off spotting before AF too and I've had ones where day one isn't really steady either, but I only get cramps with AF so I know when day 1 is. I suppose without the cramps I would be clueless sometimes! Unhelpful.

Wow awake at this time!! Actually get to see the OH off to work which is weird! My hormones may be off and not giving me af..but bloody hell.. I cried yesterday just because my provisional hairdressers appointment got cancelled! I can go elsewhere and I don't get why I cried lol and waking up at 5.30 with indigestion.. my body is just f*cked!
