No mean girls reports to MN last time ladies 😆🙌🏻I don’t know whether that’s a result or not, but seeing as it was the Spring Zen bus I think that was good 🦋🌸🌷🌻

So it’s back to the usual routine & realising men know NOTHING about ovulation, but then again, do our bodies?? Except for the science teachers that is 😉

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far.

Our bus is helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

Well, I thought I was gonna be around more today and then I ended up doing a load of chores and laundry. DH stepped in to help me out with something that was causing me massive amounts of anxiety, which was great but also triggered more anxiety. Then one of the cats vommed up a hairball and the other one had a runny 💩 on the front door mat and I just give up 😂 (apologies if that was tmi for anyone). Hope everyone has had a good day 😊

@Justanothercyster so glad you've booked a private scan, was the best thing I did. Booked mine for 8 weeks so was in the middle of waiting from when we found out to the 12 week scan. I was cheeky and waited 2 weeks longer so I didn't have to pay £80 for a viability scan and paid £45 for a reassurance one from 8 weeks. Hope everything goes okay for you x

On the cake front I normally get sponge flour too apart from ag the moment I have some random self raising thag I found in a corner shop when you couldn't get any flour at the beginning of lockdown last year! I used to bake a lot but my OH doesn't like cakes or anything like that so I end up making it and no one eats it so I don't bother anymore 🙈

On the visitor front I was totally fine with people coming over after having a baby as the first day we got home from hospital it was a lovely sunny day and couldn't sit inside for any longer so we went out for the day and the midwife came to do the visit and thought I was a lunatic for leaving the house so soon 😂😂
Over the weekend I finally got a garden shed ordered and got the grass mown. Now need to order some fence stain and get on with doing that before the shed is ordered. Got a new washing line too but hasn't been warm enough to hang anything out yet. Can't wait til it warms up a bit more to at least 12 degrees. Been quite a lovey weekend with OH this weekend too which was nice and we had sex 3 times over the 2 days which is probably the most we've had in a short time frame since I've been pregnant 😛🙈

Very grey here and I went out early with the dogs whilst DH was getting up & DS sleeping after I was awake from about 3.45 am 🙄🤣so managed to then miss the downpour we've been having since! 🙌🏻

Happy Monday bus! It's sunny here and I'm feeling virtuous after already exercising today so I'm feeling good for now!

Got my next acupuncture session shortly, I imagine she will lay claim to the spotting that I had last week - not sure it was useful though?! Got a flashing smiley on the CB OPK so I think body is ticking along to ovulate this weekend as per its usual day 21 ovulation - although I guess if i bring it forward even a day that would help with luteal phase!

Insanely busy week at work coming up, topped off with AMH and progesterone blood test on Friday 🥳🥳🥳

Been reading all your posts this weekend, just being a bit negative about my TTC so haven't felt like I had anything to contribute to any of your stories, sorry! 8DPO today and I've yet again resigned myself for AF coming so am pretty down atm. Some months are definitely easier than others!

One of my uni friends announced her pregnancy yesterday... She looks about 8 months pregnant and got married 8 months ago as a virgin... I despair!

AF turned up this morning. I was stupid for hoping, probably jinxed it. Guess it's time to call the doctor for an appointment

I'm sat apprehensive as to whether my spotting will resume this week! I'm interested to know but I'm also anxious! I also keep feeling a bit hot and sick (only slightly) @Minster2012 so I think the drug symptoms are building! Its not all the time though, on and off.

The 8DPO is only relevant as in I know I only have 4 days left of my LP (unless it's another wonky one like last cycle), not because I think that biologically I'm out already. As in, I'm just down cause I don't believe this cycle will be any different from the previous 14 or so... Fingers crossed about your spotting staying away though - I swear some cycles it would have already started for you?

@Juno231 big hugs you're feeling negative. It does tend to come in waves doesn't it. Exciting, you doing an extension? I'd recommend always getting an extra trial hole dug too than what they recommend.

Lovely announcement @Kirky658, unfortunately mood swings are par for the course but I found they settled in the 2nd trimester so hopefully will be the same for you. It sounds bad but I was terrified when I fell pregnant with my first almost to the point where I thought maybe we had made a mistake, but then it settled and I think it was due to hormones raging. At least we will hopefully be out of endless lockdowns once your little one arrives so you can look forward to lots more support and opportunities for outings.

I like the Hummingbird Bakery books for baking and also, a bit old fashioned but there are a couple of really good basic cakes in Mrs Beeton’s books 🙈

I turned to Paul Hollywood this weekend though and have made hot cross buns, very festive (and delicious).

Interesting you should say about the vaccine @Sausage1990, I had covid in the New Year and my vaccine at the end of January and both were long cycles. I’m thinking I might put second vaccine on hold if still TTC as I should have a good level of protection now (some studies currently looking into whether it is even necessary to have second dose if recently infected prior to the first).
