Hey everyone! Thought I would start a March 2021 TTC bus. I'm TTC for first baby, cycle #8, CD12 hopping off from Feb 2021 bus. Wishing lots of baby dust and BFPs to all! Xx

Hey ladies 👋 sorry for jumping on but was looking for opinions please! TTC #3 and thought I got a squinted this morning so did another tonight and got a vvfl. Poas many many times and besides one nasty fader, this is the most convincing we've had! It looks pink and came up within 30 to 60 secs! Any opinions?

@Lins3y I feel like I can see a faint line there, maybe test in the morning to see if it's darker? How many dpo are you? Hopefully it is your bfp x

Hey @amyannx 😃 thank you! Im keeping my fingers crossed and will definitely test in the morning! Im 9dpo today and pretty sure there was an even fainter line on a test first thing this morning x

@Lins3y I'm 9dpo tomorrow but don't feel hopeful at all, don't have many symptoms, have you? X

Oh I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for us both then 🤞😊 honestly I've had a strange month as I apparently ovulated much later this month and my boobs were sore much earlier too! The only other thing is tonight I feel quite bloated. How long have you been ttc? X

Looking to join in, on month 3 of trying! I have regular 28 days cycles but I started folic acid in January and it increased it to 31 days🙈 so I stopped taking🤣 I seem to peak around CD18-20🙄 hoping that's not too late to peak🙈so I'm 4dpo and normally now I get random cramps leading to AF but so far had nothing. Fingers crossed this is a lucky month🤞🏼

@Lins3y only a few months since coming off the pill, just don't feel hopeful not having any symptoms and just don't feel like it will be my month x

Hi ladies, hope you don't mind if jump on board!

Second month of TTC. Really thought I was pregnant last time, but now worried that I made all of these symptoms up in my head.. I had stomach cramps, a weird sensation in my stomach and was sick with heartburn (which I've never had before).. but AF came 2 days ago :(.

Not going to read too much into this as I get stressed quite easily and massively overthink things.. so just going to keep dtd and keep our fingers crossed, and if this doesn't work.. will start monitoring next month.

@amyannx If it makes you feel any better in my previous 2 pregnancies I didnt have any symptoms apart from my boobs being more sore than usual. will you teat before you miss AF? I always start testing around 7dpo, I just can't help myself 🙈 im scared yo go test again this morning in case of bfn...I've been so hopeful about my vvfl yesterday x

Took another test at 6am and it came up again within 30 secs. It is definitely darker and pinker today 🙃 how is everyone doing today?

@Mum2Girls19 have you tested again? Perhaps try a pink dye test? :)

Been crazy busy at work and my DS has been a hit under the weather the past few days and nights so not had much chance to get on or reply

@Mum2Girls19 that test looks really promising. Maybe a pink one in the morning would give you more of a clue?

-Lins3y can definitely see the line in the top one. That's great news! When is your AF due? Will you test each day now?

I've missed loads so will need to have a read through.

I'm 7dpo today, no symptoms yet so not feeling hopeful. I'm going to test on Monday but already resigned myself to being out!

@Mum2Girls19 did the line come up after 10 minutes? That happened to me last month and it turned out to be a evaporation line. Maybe try a pink dye test. Fingers crossed it is a BFP!! Xx

@Lins3y yes I will test this morning, but not expecting it to be positive, just doesn't make me as disappointed when af shows next week then, congratulations on your bfp x

@melissa112 thanks 😊 I'm a little more excited this morning...it's much pinker and more clear in person. I'll definitely test a couple more times to be sure. AF due today or tomorrow. I have quite short cycles. I had no real symptoms so fingers crossed for you 🤞

@Lins3y thanks will do, with my first pregnancy I was two days late before I got a vvfl but I had a few little symptoms this time nothing, I've not been ttc two cycles so not expecting it yet x

Ooo checking back in after a few busy days at work and loving seeing all these tests! @Mum2Girls19 have you taken any more tests? Looks v promising 🤞

CD8 here and based on my cycle lengths I started doing OPKs yesterday as per clearblue instructions but it’s just showing as low of last 2 days so far- seems too early to me anyway? When do most people get highs and peak?

@Lins3y just did a test, bfn however I ordered the wrong ones I usually use fr 6 days early and I used the fr from day of period rapid result ones so I might go and buy 1 pack of early result ones today and try tomorrow, not expecting it but just annoyed I got the wrong ones x

Thanks @dunkedbiscuit 🤞 my peaks are usually around cd10 but I didnt use OPKs this month! According to my bbt (which was all over the place this month) I Od cd15 which is late for me.

@amyannx that's so annoying. I wouldn't worry about the bfn then. Like you, I've never had an early bfp before this...my previous 2 pregnancies were not planned but gratefully received 😊 i didn't test til after missed AF with those x

@Lins3y thank you, don't know if the tests make a different with a different fr? Going to see if I can get some today if not will test Sunday with the others I have, if I'm not I just want af to show so I can start again lol x

Hi guys,
What are your thoughts on dental X-rays?

I just had to get one this morning due to a tooth ache. The dentist asked if I was pregnant & I was like 'um, there's a chance, but I don't know', she was like 'well it's up to you, the levels are so low it's not really an issue, but we always check'. I got it anyway because I figured the benefit of getting my tooth sorted was pretty important- it's so painful! Also, I'm on cycle 8 & I guess I just never feel like it's my month.
Now, I'm having a little worry. I'm CD24 - 12DPO. I don't test early.
What's done is done now, but what are the chances I actually conceived and had this X-ray? 🥺

@amyannx oh no that's annoying about the tests. I think the Rapid Results ones are not as sensitive so definitely not out yet. Fingers crossed for the FRER tests

@dunkedbiscuit I have a cycle around 25-28 days so start testing CD7. Normally get a flashing smiley at CD10 for 2-3 days before static smiley. Maybe a flashing for you in the next couple of days 🤞

@JeanieJ I think if there was a big concern the dentist wouldn't have done the xray and it does sound like the risk is very very small so try not to worry, I know how hard it can be.

Can I ask your thoughts ladies please? My BMI was 31 when I started TTC and so I've been on the higher dose 5mg folic acid as prescribed by the GP as my BMI is over 30. I've since lost 6lbs and BMi is 30.1. If I lose another pound it'll be 29.9. At what BMI do you think its ok to move onto the normal level of folic acid? Would 29.9be a bit soon?

This is assuming I'm not pregnant this cycle. If I am then I'll check in with the GP regardless of if I've lost weight.

I have mainly just been eating well but I want to start doing some fitness workouts on YouTube. Is it safe to do HIIT training if you haven't exercised in a few months while TTC? Maybe I'm just overthinking?
