Last time we actually got reported straight away, for being too fun for MN...was it a week ago?? Maybe 😋😝but they can’t hold us back as the Harry Potter speed bus flies...

We’ve worked out a fleshlight for horses on a MN bus is NOT WELCOME, but how do I know what you have in your suitcase? I’m just the driver, a passenger’s belongings is their own responsibility, and my bags have LOADS of OPKs, loads of pills, fruit, veg, wine, gin & trainers for my workouts.

We aren’t just challenging ourselves to get pregnant & trying to help each other do so, we are also trying to help each other get fitter and sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...

Have a look at the small changes beside the names and see if you want to try them yourself or add in your own!

We are in this together 🥰♥️🙌🏻💪🏻
Spring is coming, and so are we 😘🦄🍀🌸🌷🌻🌼

And if you see mention of my blog then blame these guys they made me do it...#shamelessplug

Hi girls - taking a seat on the new bus. I've got a few pages to catch up on so will do my best before posting properly. Thanks for the new bus @minster2012 - love the positive vibes in the title 🎉

Sorry I missed the new changes, I'm going to up my water like some of the others and eating more fruit & veg. Feeling focused to shift some lbs 👍🏻

Work continues to be unusually busy this week, still due to covering stuff for annual leave BUT I'm on leave next week (which is also birthday week) so I know the end is in sight for this busy period.

Anyway I'm off to bed and will catch up tomorrow 💕

Kirky658 · 24/02/2021 06:34

@gem176 I'm so happy it all went well and that DH is now a bit more excited now too 😊

@holliel567 I've had nausea on and off but yesterday morning was vile. Thankfully after some Nutella covered rice cakes it seemed to go off a bit.. I started with a headache then seem to be getting one every day atm. X

Gensola · 24/02/2021 06:47

I’ve decided to have an endometrial scratch in March as some studies show it improves implantation rates. Fertility acupuncture today which I am excited about. It’s quite a late appt at 830pm so I will have to try not to fall asleep lol.
Loving the exercise motivation on here! I have put on a stone in lockdown and am now BMI 26, was always 22/23 (I am very short so I don’t have much leeway!) need to shift it, hoping to lose a 3-4 pounds before my next cycle starts in late March.
Has anyone tried fast800?

Justanothercyster · 24/02/2021 07:35

@paintfairy yes with Jules and Cam! Not with the other two ew.

bez91 · 24/02/2021 07:42

@Vil10 ahh love those fibre one bars! I'm a bit of a chocoholic but the lemon and cinnamon ones seem to curb my need for sugar!

Loving hearing everyone's small changes being implemented and all the workouts, go ladies 💪🏼 It's my 'duty day' today at work although wfh so have to be glued to my laptop/phone so will try and squeeze in a yoga season with Adriene at lunch, tried one the other day and really enjoyed it so thanks for recommending ladies!

@Gensola im a fellow short arse 👋 So much more difficult to loose weight/tone up isn't it? Even at my fittest I find I linger on the very high end of average BMI. Good luck with the 3/4lb target!

9dpo here and the weird bleeding that lasted 4 days has stopped 🥳

Vil10 · 24/02/2021 08:05

@Minster2012 exactly!! It's the small changes that matter💪🏽

@2020mission @HollieL567 they are so good! Very uncomfortable at first but they work a treat!!

@InkyPaper I haven't tried those yet I haven't had mine for that long either! Yess so easy! And just standard ingredients too!

@Gem176 yeah they taste just like a brownie really, they're only small but give me a chocolate fix after my tea that I need! I would definitely have eaten them all too😂

@bez91 I definitely need to try the lemon ones! Even though they're only small they do the job don't they! Ahhhh implantation?? What month is this for you again?

11dpo today, boob soreness has completely gone, so just know I'll start spotting today but gonna test with an IC in a min just because😂 I've got my pot of piss just waiting for OH to go to work😂

Minster2012 · 24/02/2021 08:22

Morning ladies!

@Vil10 I'm hoping for you!!

What's this @Gem176 @paintfairy a chore every time we want to eat?? Ok...how long does this chore have to be?? I'm currently trying to fix a small burnt area on a carpet instead of working, does that count?!

@Sausage1990 when's your birthday darl? And join the more water veg & exercise crew!

Well both DH & I were absolutely conked last night, literally dead to the world that DH slept through his alarm (only 20mins) & I just didn't want to get up so yay for better sleep!

I must be really hard on the shorter BMI front, DH Was reading an article last night where it said about the factors for losing weight being diet, then exercise is for toning up...we are going to do both on this thread, then TTC on the side and up our mental well being which I think will be much better for our mental health than just obsessing over TTC

Having said that I limped my way through my Pilates session this morning after that greatest showman yesterday 🤣

Vil10 · 24/02/2021 08:25

@Minster2012 Thankyou but I'm out, bfn and just started spotting, like clockwork, oh well, onto month 11💪🏽 yeah I deffo agree with that diet thing, for a healthy body they say it's 80% food and only 20% exercise, food is the key! We can do this!

Gem176 · 24/02/2021 08:32

@paintfairy read some woman doing this on an Instagram post and thought the same as you..... If I cleaned whenever I thought about food my house would rival Mrs hinch 🤣 this week I've cleared a load of kitchen cupboards 🙌🏻

@Kirky658 he's like a different person now, he's never been overly lovey dovey but this morning he came back to bed twice for a cuddle before he left for work, lit the fire, took in coal and logs etc and tidied up after himself 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Vil10 I did so well and resisted but I'm sure they are screaming "eat us" at me now 🙉🙉🙉 have to give the bars a try, and the lemon drizzle ones too because yum!

Gem176 · 24/02/2021 08:35

@Minster2012 I pick a quick thing, 10/15 minutes just to see if I'm actually hungry or just bored 🙈 most of the time it's boredom 😳😂

InkyPaper · 24/02/2021 08:42

Morning everyone!

I actually managed to go down the stairs today without looking/sounding like a 90 year old woman. Just in time to try another hiit class tonight 😂

@Vil10 oooh I may have to try that one then! The two I've tried we delicious, although the timings for the Cajun dirty rice prep are waaaaaay off - felt like I was chopping for a hundred years 😂

@Gensola oooh good luck with the accupuncture today! What does an endometrial scratch involve? It sounds painful

@Sausage1990 ooh exciting, do you have all of next week off? If so, only a couple more days to push through and you're freeeeeeeeeeeee!

@bez91 hurray for the weird bleeding stopping!!

@Minster2012 I'm impressed you managed to get through Pilates so quickly after Greatest Showman! I thought my legs were going to fall off the morning after 😂

bez91 · 24/02/2021 08:47

@Vil10 they definitely do the job! Unsure on implantation, lasted quite a while 🤷‍♀️ never had it with any other pregnancy either. I'm on month 9, 2 losses along the way.
Damn the BFN, you still only 11dpo though right?

@Gensola yes I'm intrigued by the endometrial scratch too?

Crazydoglady123 · 24/02/2021 08:55

Morning ladies! This will make you laugh...took the DTD purely for TTC to a whole new level last night. I've been in so much pain since Saturday and DTD been really uncomfortable. Yesterday the pain was at its worst but I got my peak on my OPK so was adamant we was "doing it". So I had to preseed, straddle the OH, get busy with my hands right till he was about to 💦 and literally jump on 🙈 No romance there 😂😂😂

Kirky658 · 24/02/2021 09:02

@gem176 men!!!! Glad he's bucked his ideas up though.

DH just had a briefing with the head and faculty at school on zoom, they've got to go back in full time doing live lessons from school next week so they can prep for the week after. My scan is Wednesday so we were so happy we wouldn't have to tell them...now he has to otherwise the head will ask why he isn't in school when he need to be. Damn it!!

@vil10 sorry about the spotting lovely, keep positive tho, could be good news you never know 😘❤️

Juno231 · 24/02/2021 09:23

@Gem176 omg that's the best one I've heard yet! I eat whenever I'm bored as well so this is definitely going on my list!

Planning on doing a body combat class tonight ladies, hold me to it please! I was sweating like a pig after only 20 min of Barre last night so this might well kill me. And to think only a year ago I used to go to hardcore classes 3-4 times a week? Sometimes back to back!

Minster2012 · 24/02/2021 09:28

Yes @InkyPaper it's working then right? Tho my knees are actually cracking more every time I walk anywhere so maybe I'm falling apart more?! That's worrying! I have to do exercise first thing on my full working days else I just don't do it 🤣more health & safety tender stuff so it really doesn't make you wAnna do stuff 😂

@Vil10 sorry on the bfn darling, and spotting is it better to be predictable??

@Gem176 ok so small jobs will focus on that

@Gensola I'm intrigued by the endometrial scratch, we've never been offered, I don't know if our clinic do it

@Crazydoglady123 if you could laugh about it that's love that is

So I've just conquered the carpet burn, not the fun kind on knees, the kind that involved a toddler & the hot end of the hair Drier last year so you can't see it now which is fab I'm well smug 🤣

Minster2012 · 24/02/2021 09:29

@Juno231 oooo I loved body combat!! OMG I used to go do one at 6.45am 😝🤣then do another class too

OP posts:
Vil10 · 24/02/2021 09:34

@Gem176 you have better will power than me thats for sure!!

@InkyPaper that's the worst!! When a tea says it take 20 mins to cook but you spend 40 mins actually prepping it😂

@bez91 I'm feeling positive for you!! Yeah 11dpo but had my normal spotting 2 days before af so I'm deffo out, I feel okay about it though!

@Crazydoglady123 hahaha brilliant😂😂

@Kirky658 thanks lovely but I'm 100% sure that's that, onto month 11, but I feel okay❤️

@Minster2012 I think it kinda prepares me, if I didn't get the spotting and just full blown af I think it would bother me! Oooo how did you manage the carpet burn?!

Late breakfast today, usual eggs and spinach and a black coffee, I've also ordered some holiday clothes, wanted to go for a nice long walk but the weather is horrendous so might have a quick tidy up, and do a hiit and glute focused workout!

Gem176 · 24/02/2021 10:27

@Crazydoglady123 I bet he felt so special 😂😂😂

@Kirky658 don't think I realised just how worried he was, he wouldn't have ever said he was worried because, shock horror, that's not what big, strong, tough men do 🙄 he can say it afterwards but not while he's actually feeling it! Men!! Do you have to tell them what the appointment is for or could you just be vague?

@Juno231 saw it last year after moving here when I was facing 6 weeks at home (oh how I laugh at how bad I thought that was back then) before my new job started and I knew I'd have to do something to not just eat all the time! Let it slide big time during lockdown though but when I did it, it was actually shocking how much of my eating was boredom!!

@Minster2012 yep, small jobs! I think there is a psychology element to it as well. Endorphins (or something like that) from completing a task along with the distraction thing. Good job on the carpet, how on earth did you fix a burn?!

@Vil10 I really don't 🙈😂

paintfairy · 24/02/2021 10:29

I've done the 2000 workout this morning. Dying. Can anyone actually keep up with these bloody moves? Some are ok but some are that fast there's no way I can do them correctly?! So it's do correct but slow, or fast and half a job?!

CD God knows what today and we should be dtd as I'm in FW. We've only done it once so far and there's no way doing it like that results in a baby. 😳🤣 I'm conscious of not doing it too much though this month as it was like every day last month. But this is silly! Going to have to make myself later.....

Justanothercyster · 24/02/2021 10:31

@Vil10 sorry it's not the month :( maybe next time x

@Kirky658 ah that's so annoying! They'll understand though.

@Juno231 ahhh I love body combat! So much fun, but so much pain after haha.

@Minster2012 haha you need to watch those carpets!

@paintfairy I'm intrigued by what you were doing now 😂 get on it girl! 🍆

Gensola · 24/02/2021 10:33

@InkyPaper @bez91 @Minster2012
Endo scratch is a technique where they deliberately injure your lining the month before your cycle, some studies have shown it improves implantation rates. My best friend had it recently before her second cycle of IVF which was successful so I thought why not. They basically thread a catheter into your uterus and scrape some of the lining off. I think the theory is it causes cell renewal in that area and embryo more likely to implant.
I’ve just decided to throw everything at this last frostie to avoid having a full new cycle lol!

Kirky658 · 24/02/2021 10:49

@gem176 yep I know exactly what you mean my DH was the same with my endo. Weirdly he's been laid back about the pregnancy. I don't think he minds telling them really, he would have just preferred to wait till after the scan when we know it's all OK but hey ho...

InkyPaper · 24/02/2021 10:54

@Minster2012 hahaha I hope not! Blergh a day of health and safety tasks does not sound like a fun day. Congrats on conquering the carpet burn! 😂

@Vil10 yes!!! That kinda thing drives me mad! I have to say, it was worth all the prep though. Maybe I just chop vegetables too slowly?! 😂 Sorry about your BFN 😔

@Juno231 body combat sounds intense! Is it a class on YouTube? You'll have to let us know how you get on!

@Kirky658 oh no! That's annoying, will it cause problems with letting his work know though?

InkyPaper · 24/02/2021 10:58

@Gensola not gonna lie, that doesn't sound particularly pleasant but if it works then why not?! Keeping everything crossed for you!

@paintfairy is that another of the hiit workouts? I couldn't keep up with some of the moves but my arms and legs flailing about clearly did something because oh God the muscle pain 😂 so I reckon it still works as long as there's effort involved 😄
