Last time we actually got reported straight away, for being too fun for MN...was it a week ago?? Maybe 😋😝but they can’t hold us back as the Harry Potter speed bus flies...

We’ve worked out a fleshlight for horses on a MN bus is NOT WELCOME, but how do I know what you have in your suitcase? I’m just the driver, a passenger’s belongings is their own responsibility, and my bags have LOADS of OPKs, loads of pills, fruit, veg, wine, gin & trainers for my workouts.

We aren’t just challenging ourselves to get pregnant & trying to help each other do so, we are also trying to help each other get fitter and sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...

@Skip86 I always find red wine helps me sleep but then it's often bad sleep, but I guess more than 3 hours. Can you take a book with you for the car thing?

@Minster2012 eek ivf soon! So exciting 🤞🏼🤞🏼 last nights episode was a work of art 🤌🏽

I need a bit of advice, I'm not really sure what I'm doing! So I rang the go yesterday to ask what to do and they gave me a link to complete an online self referral form with the mat team, but you have to be 6 weeks or more to do that.
My question is, if something happens in the next week or so before that, who do I call/ speak to?

@Justanothercyster I'm watching it now! When I was pregnant I waited a couple of weeks to check it was sticking as before then from my friends' experience they don't really do that much before then, If you started bleeding you could always phone your nearest EPU (early pregnancy unit as part of your local hospital) they can always advise you'd tell then how far along you think you are based on your last period x

@Justanothercyster I called the doctor at 4 weeks, I never got to register with the midwife at 6, the middle is limbo, I did speak to a midwife when poorly, she sent me to hospital, it's a bit if a limbo in between, are you worried?

I got my 2-3 on a digi just now which is where I worked out I was based on ov, so if it goes up next week I'll be happy 🙏🏻

Just spent SEVEN hours in a shopping centre, when I usually avoid them at all costs. Wasn't as bad as I thought - wandered around and bought some things for myself and for my son's bday, got myself an hour massage, and got my nails done! I've only ever had them done once in my life so was a treat!

@Minster2012 glad your DH seemed to enjoy it(ish)! My DH has a physical job at least some of the week so that’s his excuse but now he’s the wrong side of 30 his metabolism seems to have taken a nosedive 😂 glad it’s not just me now so want to get him working out with me plus it’ll distract us from TTC. Damn those flashing smilies for you 😬

@InkyPaper hats off to you with being able to check out your cervix, I have no clue 😂 when it asks on the app I just feel intimidated 🙈

@Justanothercyster as others have said EPU is your best point of call if necessary between now and your first appointment. They’re really good where I am.

@Skip86 ah definitely take this time to focus on self care - massages and pretty nails for the win. Whenever I experienced heart ache I seemed to change my hair too!

@paintfairy I'm still so excited for your OH's swimmers and your progesterone and IUI progress. Would love it if we got our BFPs at the same time after all this time.

2DPO - temps are clearly higher than pre O but only just. I reckon it's cause my pre O temps were abnormally high for me this cycle so they've got less wriggle room to increase now. Managed to keep my feet warm so far and will get started on the pineapple core today :)

@Justanothercyster if you have problems before 6 weeks then I'd speak to your GP...I rang in a blind panic in my last pregnancy well before my 9 week booking appt as I had some bleeding and a GP brought me in to talk to me and managed to get me an appt at the EPU as I was just 6 weeks.

@Florence13 well done, lady! How are you celebrating?
DH is outraged, my friend has a salon, so when she is allowed to reopen, we'll do a Sunday pamper session to do our hair

@bez91 mine has a half manual half sitting around job doing the managerial stuff but does a lot of steps walking around the yard but he, like me puts weight on around his middle (alcohol induced mainly!) but lacks motivation, so getting a quick HIIT done is the best way, he weirdly did enjoy it & said it was good to "move in a different way" to usual, twisting dancing type is always good to move in ways you wouldn't in standard exercises I think too! Was so funny though as neither of us really coordinated so make half of it up 🤣☺️

@Juno231 you just be feeling the joys of warm spring! Yay! Get that pineapple girl let's hope the ivf IUI isn't needed for lots & @paintfairy too! @paintfairy did you use the progesterone last night?!

@blackcurrantqueen a GP likely wouldn't give it. Are you getting a referral to the fertility clinic? To be fair I've suspected low progesterone since 2019 when they looked into it then. So it's not been a fast process to try it. But early miscarriage can be genetic issues so they'd likely want to check everything out. Not just support an unviable embryo. So it's often not that simple. Usually they'll run tests. We've got to have blood tests actually next time. That's something else she mentioned.

@Minster2012 yes I used the progesterone. Pants and liner on. All prepared. And in my true Bermuda triangle/ black hole fashion, it was unnecessary. Nothing came out? 😳😂
@Juno231 I love your optimism! 😆 It'll be a miracle if it happens, let alone being well timed. But you'd hope it might be similar as we are both kind of at the same point. I've just acknowledged though the timing now. I do not want a dec/jan baby! 😲

@paintfairy hia 👋🏻 yeah I'm feeling better today. Arm is still tender but I'm feeling much better in myself. I had a similar reaction to my 1st jab too so I'm glad I was able to have a slow day.

@florence13 congratulations on passing your masters! Incredible achievement 🎉 sorry af is still MIA. how long has this cycle been so far? I was suprised how much MMC can mess up cycles too @minster2012. It's like have we not been through enough?! Fuck boy bodies.

@justanothercyster as the others said, your GP/EPU is your 1st port of call before your booked with the midwife. Some EPU take self referral but I think most you need to go through the gp if it's your 1st time needing them. But hopefully you won't need them, it's just good to know 😊
Also I'm glad to hear you for 2-3wks on your clearblue, great news. 👍🏻💕

@larrythelizard yeah that would be affordable I just have no clue where to even look if that makes sense!! How did you find it ?

@paintfairy I'm waiting for recurrent Mc clinic appt Ive had all the bloods done and the results I can see so far are all ok. Though I've got to wait for OH genetic bloods to come back. I've not bothered even asking the GP as wouldn't expect them to act on it, but I would have hoped the EPU would have been a little more helpful! Clearly not 😂

@Justanothercyster yes like the others have said it is EPU but it depends whether or not yours accepts self referrals. If they don't then you'd call the GP first xx

So the preg test this morning was virtually negative. The tiniest hint of a shadow but definitely no progression and probably slightly less. I'm feeling very periody so just a waiting game now for AF to arrive. 😢

@paintfairy haha you know we have to take what we get! If we succeed this cycle though it would mean a November baby at least!

@blackcurrantqueen I'm so sorry :( How rubbish of the NHS to keep you hanging whilst you're having all these CPs! I really hope you get the support you deserve very soon

@blackcurrantqueen was a recommendation from a friend but I also googled some other places - pricing seemed much of a muchness but went where my friend suggested as they have a satellite clinic closer to where we live
