CD4 for me today, cycle #60000000 at least. 🤦🏼‍♀️ TTC bubs #2 since Jan 2020.
2 miscarriages, umpteen national lockdowns, at least a stone heavier 🙄 Let's do this 💪❤️

Hi all just checking in.
AF is still not here in full swing anyways, I've just got some brown spotting had that since yesterday morning and only when I wipe. I'm CD30 and I'm usually C24-27 BFN on IC yesterday still. I just don't know what's going on. I feel like AF is here tbh, it just isn't. I want it to just come and I can start over now as I'm in no man's land.

That's frustrating @PeanuttyButter, hopefully you get a solid answer one way or the other soon!

Hey @MgW1 how are you? How are you feeling? In regards to the chasteberry I had to come off it because my acne came back with a vengeance and my cycle went haywire! I didn't ovulate until super late in my cycle and I'm not even sure I did tbh I think my CB tests had enough and gave up the ghost at flashing smileys 🙈 i didnt have any ov pain and my CM was non existent. Sorry im probably not the best advert for it as my experience wasn't great, however, I have had good things from people who have PCOS or long cycles or very bad PMS and it's helped them get pregnant. I do think I have some sort of hormonal imbalance of some sort because when I used to be on the implant I had to come off it, my acne was terrible had really long periods and felt like a zombie and being on chasteberry made me feel the same which is a shame because I heard so many good things. And I stupidly bought a 90 day supply of the tablets which are now sat gathering dust (blame Amazon bulk buy😆) xx

Hey @Dogmum13 how are you? So sorry to hear that you had an argument with DH. My DH snores all the time, really bad and I'm such a light sleeper it wakes me up all the time and he has also had times where he's been snippy when I've told him to stop snoring in the night. We bought some little plastic nose metal inserts which DH wears when he sleeps he does help a little, have you tried that? Xx

@BubsNumber2inTheMaking I totally get this whole thing about testing early to know either way. I planned to test today but I’m so convinced AF is on the way that I decided I’d be annoyed if I bought a test and then came on tomorrow (when I’m due).

I’ve been back through my logs and my cycle ranges from 24 days to 29 so even though I’m day 26 today I’m going to wait until tomorrow for AF or test.

In future my rule is Test Early or Not At All.

Actively trying is sooooo much more stressful than leaving it to fate!

@Twittwoo2020 could be failed implantation? And if so, could throw your cycle off. I've had months where I didn't get a positive opk till CD18 when normally it's 15/16, or even at all (post mc for example, I don't think I ovulate). I'd just keep testing and dtd and you'll know you're covered. Xx

@gracie2307 have you found anything to help your acne?? Mine is still terrible off the pill and it's really effecting my confidence 😞 SO wish there was a magic cure but so little you can use in pregnancy or ttc. I found a vitamin c serum that seemed to help but then discovered it had retinol in it so I've stopped. Still on the azeliac acid from doc which does help a bit, and have just bought yet ANOTHER new moisturiser to try 🤦🏼‍♀️ Pregnancy sorted it out last time so I'd hoped to avoid all this but alas here I am! Xx

AF finally arrived for me this morning, woke me up with awful cramps at 5am but I was so happy 😂🙈 I’d been spotting for the last few days and getting BFN’s so glad AF showed to put an end to the wondering.

@bubblegeek22 yes, I had my scan this morning at EPU. They found the gestational sac in the womb which means no ectopic, but there was no embryo / fetal pole. So either it means MC or its just too early to see it. So they've booked me in for another scan in 2 weeks. Can't believe I have to go through the waiting of another 2WW 😩

I'm still getting strong positive lines when I test which is why with the one sided pain/bleeding I was thinking ectopic. But now that's ruled out I wonder if the hCG is a good sign or if it could stay high even after MC?

@dunkedbiscuit I know she is very to the point and matter of fact - I guess in the grand scheme of things me conceiving quickly isn’t a priority but it would just be nice to know if there is something I can fix.

How long have you been trying? Have you visited the doctor at all? x

So sorry to hear about your daughter. How have you found TTC with an under 2 year old as well?

I always imagined i’d have 2 children but as we’ve been trying since May last year and it’s still not happened - I feel like I’m not a very fertile person so it may be trickier than I thought!

@organised5 that's great there is a gestational sac and in the right place! How many weeks should you be? No yolk is definitely not anything to worry about if you're 5/6weeks? Also, I would have thought that just having a gs would be a sign that mc hasn't happened? Keeping everything crossed for you lovely. The 2ww will be loooonng this time (well it certainly was for me last time between scans) so just gotta keep really busy. Try not to worry though, if it's meant to be, it will be, and all positive signs so far 😘xxx

@MiniBaker ahh bless you, I know what you mean! It's a dreamy idea but I don't think it'd work for me! Although that's mainly because I'm a control freak and know I wouldn't be able to switch off from ttc anyway! 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️
I should be heading into my FW next Sunday/Monday which seems bloody miles away already! My period is pissing me off this month as is really light (for some reason that frustrates me! 🤷‍♀️) and I'm not sure why. I often wonder if that means ovulation will kick in earlier though so I'll be keeping an eye out! Will probs start temping from middle of next week and OPKing from CD10.

@organised5 that's fantastic news that you are in the right place! I know it must be so scary not seeing anything and having another TWW but I'm sure it must just be because you are so early. Scans are not offered by private clinics at your gestation for this very reason, as there is very little to see.
But I think you will be 7 weeks by the next scan? That may even be far enough to see a little heart beat? ❤️❤️

At least you can get through the next two weeks safe in the knowledge you do not need to worry about a tube rupture. But I know it will last forever for you!! Hopefully work will keep you nice and busy and distracted 😬😬 are you having any morning sickness or anything?

I'm not sure about line strength with a miscarriage as I had a scan after mine to make sure everything had gone so I never bothered testing. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can offer some more advice. 💐

@MiniBaker I wasn't tracking no, my cycles are very regular at 25 days without fail and I get lots of EWCM so it's usually pretty clear when I'm ovulating, so we just try to DTD as much as we can around that time. I know I am very lucky in that regard. I can't say there's a huge amount of romance to it with a toddler running around, it's very much a fit it in when you can kind of situation 😂
Don't write yourself off for having two, you are still really young and plenty of time ❤️ My auntie had her first when she was 32 and ended up having 5!! 😳😳

@organised5 sorry to hear you have to wait another 2 weeks. Don't want to get your hopes up but I had a similar experience with my first child. I had a bleed at 4 and half weeks went to a&E and had a scan in epu the next day. I could see a sac but it was empty, had the long agonising 2 week wait to go back and went back and saw the baby and heartbeat. They said first scan must of been to early for baby to be seen. Also I used pregnancy test still and the lines kept getting darker so I had a feeling my pregnancy was continuing. Hope everything works out for you x

Oh I’m completely with you my period is mostly light and it really annoys me! Only time I had a heavy period was when I had acupuncture and it was like double as heavy.

Was speaking to my mum today (she’s a nurse) and after the unhelpful GP response she said she has asked her colleague and they said the next step was asking about having Fallopian tubes checked as they could be blocked - I might have to do go private though ... 🤔 not sure?

Just because i’ve not had any MC in the whole time or chemicals or anything not a whiff of a pregnancy.

Anyone know about getting referred for Fallopian tubes checked?

@MiniBaker that's interesting that acupuncture gave you a heavier period. What is it supposed to do?
Getting tubes checked was what the fertility nurse mentioned to me but she said it wasn't a very nice procedure...so naturally I immediately googled it. Sounds like it varies quite a lot from person to person but can be quite painful and make you bleed a bit 😬 I'm not quite ready for that yet but if another 4+ months pass with a bfn then I could well be. It's something that would be covered by the NHS so you'd just need to get referred. Have you had all the other standard tests? (Bloods for viruses, thyroid, progesterone, internal scan, semen analysis) xx

The acupuncture I think is just supposed to direct the blood to your uterus / ovaries to improve its function and also acupuncture improves the bloods flow around the body as blockages can build up. So I actually had really warm hands and feet when I had it too.

Yes, I just googled it and it doesn’t sound nice but I just would like an answer so if they will let me have it - I’m willing to give it a try.

I had a blood test to check I’m ovulating - so my hormone hormone levels and any thyroid problems or vitamin deficiencies. But only thing that came back a little low was vitamin D so I take a supplement. Rest was normal. Husband has had SA and it came back normal too. So just trying to find out what it is 🤷‍♀️

What is the internal scan? Is that a hysteroscopy? I’m trying to work out the names for stuff 😂
