Hey, jumping on as I'm itching to test but scared at the same time 😅 I did a test Friday and BFN but I don't track my ovulation. I'm on Clomid and because of pain I had a scan last Wednesday which showed I had 5 ruptured haemorraghic cysts. Apparently the nurse said to me that means I probably released 5 eggs on this cycle 😬 Not overly holding hopes out as we've been TTC 24 months now. Af due anytime from Wednesday so going to test then if no sign

HerringGull · 01/02/2021 19:00

@hungrycaterpillar12 thank you ☺️ All grand so far.
I agree it's great to track cycles for a bit even if you're not really trying. So useful to know more about your body.

@peach1234 definitely do FMU again tomorrow. I think it's so frustrating at this early stage if you get a squinter and you don't know what's happening properly. Lots of luck for tomorrow morning!

@Crazydoglady123 welcome! 5 eggs! Good luck this cycle, hopefully this one will be your lucky one xx

Cafeaulait27 · 01/02/2021 20:35

I’m exhausted today, feel like I’m dropping to sleep on the sofa despite sleeping well last night. I really think I might be pregnant! I think I implanted on Saturday as I felt some twinges but I really don’t know.

Probably tomorrow I’ll be convinced I’m not!

Cafeaulait27 · 01/02/2021 20:35

Good luck for testing tomorrow @peach1234

Meg87 · 01/02/2021 20:49

🤞 for you @peach1234! Let us know how it goes 😀

I'm feeling pretty exhausted and tummy feels dodgy, and I keep burping hah (sorry!). Not sure if it's AF coming (due on Wed), if I'm pregnant or if I've eaten something that doesn't agree with me! Want to know but I've also told myself I'm not testing til Thursday so really going to try to hold out 😣

Cafeaulait27 · 02/02/2021 07:50

I feel so hopeful that I’m pregnant, but it’s impossible to know at this stage isn’t it?

I’m so worried it’ll be negative when I test on Friday and I’ll be so upset 😔

@Meg87 eeeek it’s so close for you! Are your periods usually bang on time?

I’ve also been burpy, gurgly tummy and gassy (nice) haha

Aubyone · 02/02/2021 08:01

@Cafeaulait27 it does all sound promising for you BUT are there some things you can plan for Friday night that you really love and can look forward to regardless of the test result in the morning? A particular meal, film, activity, person to talk to? Just to take the bite off if its not what you want to see. I'm getting out my fave wine (haven't had any since NYE which for me is a loooooong time) and fave meal for Saturday and if AF arrives, i can get some joy from the food and drink. We're all here for you though, hoping for your BFP but if you do feel down on Friday come and vent here! Good luck x

I took a cheapie today at 8DPO - BFN. I know it's still early but I have zero symptoms and my heart rate is dropping every day which makes me think its not my month this time around. Feel OK about it (as only first month!) but I guess there's still some hope as implantation doesnt even happen til day 9 on average!

Crazydoglady123 · 02/02/2021 08:06

Thank you @HerringGull. The more time that's passing, the more scared I am to test!

Blossom37 · 02/02/2021 08:26

I'm not holding much hope. Cramps ramped up since last night and my temp dropped this morning so just waiting for af to arrive. If for some miracle it doesn't I'll test tomorrow...

HerringGull · 02/02/2021 08:30

@Aubyone that's a great idea! Like whatever the result you'll have a good night anyway Smile I guess it would only work if you only test once per cycle though... if you're a test-every-day person that would be a lot of food and wine!!

@Crazydoglady123 I was terrified too. Would it help to do it together with your DP so that you can support each other whatever the result?

Meg87 · 02/02/2021 08:35

Hahaha @Cafeaulait27, we sound like a right couple of charmers at the moment 😀 my poor DP, having to listen to my tummy gurgling away in bed, and then to be greeted by a burp first thing this morning 😆

I agree with @Aubyone about getting something nice in to treat yourself if you do get a BFN, but hopefully you won't need it! 🤞 And remember, we'll all be here if you need us.

This is the sixth cycle I've tracked, my first cycle was when I had my early loss, and the cycle after that was a bit messed up because of it, but for the three cycles after that my periods have started 16 days after my LH peak. The length leading up to the peak has varied by a day or two but it's been consistent afterwards.

Crazydoglady123 · 02/02/2021 09:15

@HerringGull maybe. I feel like I'm just going to keep putting each day off 😅 I haven't had any major symptoms and obviously with my cysts being ruptured I've had a lot of abdominal pain and bloating but the last couple of days I've been constipated and yesterday I started burping loads and heartburn but like I say hard to know if the cysts or pregnancy sign

hungrycaterpillar12 · 02/02/2021 10:02

I am 14dpo today, could possibly be 13dpo (period due tomorrow to give me a 29 day cycle, but can be up to 30 days usually) took a FRER test and have the faintest lines. Really struggled to get a photo of it, but my thoughts are that it’s an evap line. I will try and get some photos but struggling, might take it out the casing for photo purposes only. Will post them below for you all to judge.

peach1234 · 02/02/2021 10:06

BFNs this morning 😞 weirdly though looked back at the cb from last night (attached) and there's a faint line but obviously wasn't within the time. Wish I could just chill and wait until AF!

Anyone else 7DPO and hating the waiting part?
hungrycaterpillar12 · 02/02/2021 10:11

What’s everyone’s thoughts? I am very sceptical. Think it might be too grey. When i took it out of the casing, it was a bit clearer as you can see, but also know you shouldn’t really do that.

I see them! Try to relax and not worry and re test in a couple of days Smile
Lulukate1 · 02/02/2021 11:11

@cafeaulait27 it's easier said than done but it's still very early stages so if you're not testing until Friday try and keep busy until then ❤ you're definitely not alone, we are all on this journey together. I am also so hopeful but ive prepared myself for a BFN this time next week. Until then I am testing regularly to see if I see any change. Personally I've found it OK and easier to accept the negative results, but I know this way isn't for everybody!

@blossom37 you're not out til you're out 🤞 keeping everything crossed for you and for all xx

@hungrycaterpillar12 I can see a second line on the second photo! Try again if AF doesn't arrive 🤞

@aubyone I tested BFN this morning also at 8dpo. And the same as you I feel OK about it, its first month for us too. I'm not tracking my HR would you recommend it? Hopefully we have implantation over the next couple of days & we see some BFPs at the weekend 😊

HerringGull · 02/02/2021 11:22

@hungrycaterpillar12 I can definitely see a line on both photos - tentative congratulations! How long are you going to manage to wait before testing again?

@peach1234 not sure if I can see anything or not, but so much harder in a photo than real life. I guess you've just got to wait a bit longer to know for sure - so frustrating!

@Blossom37 hate a temp drop, but in some ways it's kind of a nice way to let you down slowly, rather than the nastiness of AF pouncing on you. I assume your temp drop is the time when you usually see one before AF, and not earlier (in which case it might not be so bad)?

Aubyone · 02/02/2021 11:56

@Lulukate1 - re heart rate, I wouldn't particularly recommend it unless you are an absolutely data-nerd like me looking for all and any info you can get on your body! Temperatures are much more useful. The jury seems to be out on whether Heart rate really shows much - mine shows a very clear pattern of rising before ovulation, and staying up for a bit, but some ladies on here (there's a coouple of threads on it) say a continued rise/staying high in luteal phase is a good sign for a BFP, but then also, some peoples drops so I know i shouldn't read much into it until I've tracked for a few cycles! I wouldn't go out of your way to measure it, but if you already wear a fitbit or similar, then might be interesting? I love plotting things on graphs because it gives me some sort of feeling of control Hmm Grin

peach1234 · 02/02/2021 16:30

Good luck to everyone due af in the next couple of days, hope she stays away!! Xx

Cafeaulait27 · 02/02/2021 17:14

Thanks @peach1234 3 days to go for me! When did you say you’re due? Xx

peach1234 · 02/02/2021 17:20

Thursday according to my app! But cycles have been a bit random and ranging between 27-29 days and that's based on 27! After negatives today I'm not holding out much hope but we'll see! Xx

Cafeaulait27 · 02/02/2021 18:03

@peach1234 it ain’t over til it’s over, fingers crossed for you!

I’m due Friday and no spotting or any cramping yet, so I’m hoping it’s a good sign...

Crazydoglady123 · 02/02/2021 18:08

@Aubyone I've looked up the threads after your comment and I'm now checking my HR averages on my Apple Watch 🤣 In all seriousness though that's really interesting!

hungrycaterpillar12 · 02/02/2021 19:32

@Crazydoglady123 I have an Apple watch too, but to be honest I much preferred fitbit and their heart monitoring. I think Apple just have so much information but don’t always present it in a user friendly way. Do you manage to use it well?

@HerringGull thanks, I will test on Thursday I think.. fingers crossed. Hope you are doing well!!
