@GreenApplesYo I have flax seed in my smoothie or sprinkle over breakfast / lunch and that is a fab source of omega 3 so would highly recommend!! I am now also taking 250mg a day but that's only because my Ubiquinol has in them. But otherwise flax seed is fab!

@AMS19 ooh OK will get hold of some flax seeds, thanks. I am a little reluctant to rely on tablets really as I think you absorb it better from food anyway? If you like fish, smoked mackerel salad with apple, pickled beetroot and yogurt+horseradish dressing is very nice.

@GreenApplesYo I had mackerel for lunch. Agree on the supplements which is why I've flaxseed. I already feel like my flat is a pharmacy 😂😂 on this bloody medderterranean diet I'm definitely getting a lot of my vitamins through food so less reliant on the tabs (although obviously still taking)

@GreenApplesYo I eat at least salmon / tuna twice a week, have done for about a year now. I only take Pregnacare at the moment but it has made me constipated 😭 Hoping this will improve the further along I get.
Good to know about flax seeds @AMS19 - I used to have some in my protein smoothies after a workout. I think I'll add smoothies to my diet again now, well, as soon as I can stomach anything colourful 🥴

@PowerOfFlowers whenever the nausea wasn't too bad I would have a banana and strawberry smoothie with milk and flax seed. Actually felt fine with the nausea and had a good balance of stuff in there too! It always then went rapidly downhill after 😂😂

@AMS19 @PowerOfFlowers I think the mid-morning smoothie with flaxseed is about to become a thing in our house 🙂 bonus points for fruit and calcium too.

@PowerOfFlowers i always found the pregnacare tablets made my morning sickness so much worse. I used to try blitzing them into a smoothie to get them down. It might just be the pregnancy causing the constipation though rather than the vitamins - it is a definite weird pregnancy symptom for some people

Yes @Panda368 - I also think its a combination of both Pregnacare and my hormones making me like this. I don't think I've welcomed you in to the group yet - welcome! 😀 Your chart looks great! 9dpo too, when will you test? Are you going to wait until you miss your AF?

Yes @PowerOfFlowers I am so constipated too. And my nausea is very much in waves so sometimes I can stomach veg and fruit - but no help! If anything, that only then gives me horrendous trapped wind at night. But I have IBS so I'm very used to feeling crap in the stomach region.

Does anyone else feel like they have a lump stuck in their throat a lot? I looked it up and it can be a symptom of heartburn apparently but DP went mad when I said that (he gets horrendous heartburn) as he said heartburn does what it says on the tin - burns your heart and chest, you haven't got it. Very unsympathetic I felt 😂

Also the Omega3 chat. I am not a big fish fan at all and am def thinking I need some kind of supplement. I will def try the flax seed in smoothies first though @AMS19 - great tip!

I think I eat way too much spinach, can’t get enough of the stuff.. maybe that’s what helped me 🤣😂

I literally don’t have any symptoms anymore so I spend every day worried 24/7 but my sister did say, well there’s people who don’t even know there pregnant so stop worrying😂 x

Morning ladies! Had a big temp rise this morning! Now I'm worried I ovulated later or something and I've missed my fertile window! Jeezzz this worrying never ends! And this is only the beginning by the sounds of it 😅

Looks like all the graduates and PhD students are eating well 😅 I'm a nightmare for just sticking to low cals! I really need to be more aware of what I'm eating! Next cycle for sure 🤙🏼 xxx

@DrS44 Deffo don’t eat well all the time now. On nightshift at the minute and want to eat everything in sight. Diet includes coco pops at the minute 🤣 and weirdly craving curry and chips from the Chinese!

Yeah you could have ovulated later. Remember it only takes once and the sperm hangs around so not all is lost! Xxx

@DrS44 wow that's good! I sure you dtd enjoy to cover it as a temp rise usually happens 12 hours after ovulation I think so should be good

I totally expected to have a big temp drop today at 11dpo as last cycle I did but it's still high. I've attached this cycle (first pic) and my last cycle (second pic). Also I feel so bad this morning, blocked nose, streaming eyes, tight chest (I've got asthma so it's playing up) least j haven't got a fever or I'd be booking in a covid test. Only good this is my cyst has shrunk by about half and not as painful so that's something. It temp is still up tomorrow I'll test again using a CB with FMU

@PowerOfFlowers I'm with you on the constipation. I've occasionally taken some lactulose which is really gentle on your body so you could give that a try if you continue to struggle? I'm generally on the beige food diet too although did summon the courage for an apple yesterday,it I wasn't crunchy like I'd imagined and I was so disappointed that it made me cry 😂

@DrS44 it's really not fair is it how much we have to worry, men really get the easy road here don't they! I'm sure there's some research that sperm can live in the body for 5 days so even if you did peak yesterday, you might still be ok!

@Dex1521 surprised you're not tempted to test today! Chart is looking really good though 🤞and sorry to hear you're feeling so poorly, feel better soon!

@jessi60 that's so funny I had coco pops for breakfast and chips and curry sauce for lunch - so no, diet is not great about 75% of the time atm 😂😂

I cannot stand spinach since I did the Body Coach plan about 4 years ago. I had to have a small bag with every meal, after a week I had to switch it out for broccoli and now I live on broccoli.

I do find it easier to eat veg and more balanced nutritious food in the evening right now. I'm looking forward to not being quite such a slobby bucket of saliva who eats like a uni student at some point.

I think your chart is looking great @DrS44 don't worry!

@CardioQueen thank you! Not sure if temps are up as I don't feel well or if it could be due to something else 🤞 but I generally do think I'm out this month but suppose only AF can confirm that
