As the Post Pill Party fills up, the lights are dimmed and the music drops a beat. The lead singer of this rambunctious band shouts: Mosh Pit!! The ravers all storm for the small space in front of the stage allowing their bodies to dance to the beat however the f* they want!! You go ladies!!

This is the 7th post pill party thread for women whose bodies aren’t quite dancing to the expected rhythm: we have delayed ovulation, crazy long follicular phases, crazy short follicular phases, light AFs, short luteal phases, long luteal phases, confusing temp charts and blindingly white OPKs!

Quite a few of us in the TWW together now then! I don't quite know what DpO I am as I'm different on 3 different apps due to OPK peak seeming to come after temp rise 🤨 But heres my chart update from this morning.
Last month it started falling at 9dpo so I'm on tenterhooks for a few more days..

Excited to see what happens for you all with peaks and twws at the moment!

@Moocher90 Wooooop!! My Post Ov temps always start about 36.3 - So I would assume you are 1DPO

I forgot to take my temp again this morning... lol. Ah well!

@Kay00 I had two charts one with oral temps and one with my vaginal temps. My vaginal temp was 36.51 and yesterday was 36.30 so I’m happy with that! Just have to see how the next few days go and fingers crossed my LP is normal

@Emmgrem your post-O temps look ideal 👌 annoying that all three apps give a different O date! Did you feel any ovulation pains at all?

@kay00 ha I remembered to take mine but it feels so pointless on CD4! My prediction was right btw and I went from having no AF yday to full blown cramps and medium flow today... When this happens it makes me wonder if today is actually CD1? Nevermind

@Moocher90 woop for the TWW! Fingers crossed this is it for you.

@Cams50 7DPO temp drop is really common and unless you have a super short LP it's just due to a secondary oestrogen surge :) I have big drops at either 6 or 8 DPO on most of my charts!

Btw with all these HPT tests coming up around the same time I was thinking how statistically one of you should get your BFP at least?? Let's hope it happens!

I'm 3DPO I think but very much doubt it'll happen this month - only DTD twice before and on ovulation so just feels unlikely (although I know it only takes once!).

Hi Ladies, sorry I’ve been MIA. I was quite poorly yesterday spent most of the day with my head down the toilet or in bee. I tested positive for COVID this morning. I haven’t got a temperature but haven’t got any taste or smell and have been throwing up, which is apparently a new covid symptom.

@Nellieee I know, it's a bit bizarre but when I got my peak it was like midnight so maybe I had another peak in the night I missed or something. Though they do say to go from your second peak 🤷🏻‍♀️ Who knows! I got ovulation pain and fertile CM (marked on my chart) for 3-4 days around the same time too. It's never really gone away since then!

@ChinChilly Sorry to hear about your positive covid test 😓 I hope you feel better soon. It really is everywhere now!

@KGH5121 massive congrats!!

I was due to test Saturday, but I think I may be out this month now as have had some spotting this morning and very mild cramping so suspect AF on her way. Temp still up, but lowest it's been in LP phase. Does temp normally drop before AF or after?

Not too bummed as wasn't really expecting it this month, but now a tad concerned about my cycle length as this would give me a 21 day cycle which is very short!! Hoping it's just my body adjusting to post-pill and this is not going to be a regular thing! Several of you ladies had short cycles post-pill as well I think?

@abi555 I had an 18 day cycle post withdrawal bleed. But then by the first full cycle it was up to 33 days and predicted at 31 days this month so has regulated quickly. Hopefully yours will too!

You only have dotted crosshairs, looks like you need to add a few more details like any EWCM if you can and ovulation pain, or a positive OPK etc, and then FF will give you the solid crosshairs I think.

Also with your post ov temps it doesn't matter how high they are as long as it's a shift from pre-ov really. Everyone has a different baseline temp so don't get too worried about it. However it's you've got the triangles it looks like you're not taking the temps consistently at the same time each day. That would give you a more accurate picture.

@Emmgrem aaaaah, I wondered why I had a dotty line instead of a solid one! - okay, will add in the OPK results, thanks!!

I vaginally temp with ovusense, but then add them into FF randomly whenever I remember in the day so the temps should be accurate even though they are added at different times.

Fingers crossed for a more regular cycle next month then!

@abi555 just to check - do you tell FF that they were all taken at the same time of day? If not, it allocates the time the temp was taken as the time you input it to the app, and that creates uncertainty in its algorithm.

@KGH5121 sorry I missed your BFP, congratulations!

@abi555 I put my OvuSense temps into FF too. You can change the settings to say you use a wearable device so then it doesn't matter what time you input them. It's under general charting setup > temperature settings > temperature method. Gets rid of all those triangles!

@abi555 my last cycle was 19 days 😳 was not good.

@Juno231 thanks! Yeah hopefully it’s just that and it goes back up tomorrow. I started spotting last cycle at 8dpo so I think that’s made me more nervous. I’m praying for a longer lp this time. This longest I had is 12dpo but that was just one cycle. At least your AF is properly here so you know where you stand and can get it over with!

@abi555 I think anything under 21 days is considered short so 21 or above should be fine and I’m sure they will lengthen. But you’re not out til AF arrives so fingers crossed! Your temp might go back up tomorrow!
