Hi

I wanted to start a thread as I don’t really have anyone to talk to about this. I am 36 and have been ttc since March 2020. We had a miscarriage in Jan 2020 at 10 weeks. This was the one and only time I have fallen pregnant.
I stopped the pill in Sep 2019 and naively thought I would conceive straight away..... I never realised 35 was such a big milestone in conception.
Any thoughts or feelings about ttc, miscarriage or just chat please share. I would like to make some friends.
Lots of love ❤️❤️❤️

Age 36, first timer, and it took me 5 months from coming off the pill to conceive. Although I think it took me around 3 months for my body to go back to normal after stopping the pill. Had an early miscarriage in month 4 and then conceived in month 5. I was very anxious until the second trimester after experiencing the previous loss, however baby is now nearly 4 months old now. Ovulation sticks and the digital clear blue ovulation tests with the smiley faces were brilliant for us as the month we conceived we seemed to have had two peaks and it was the second one which did it, if I hadn't of kept testing I would have missed that point.
