Here we go ladies! The last thread was a lucky one so let's keep up the success on this one!

@Emmgrem if it’s anything last month was my first full month off the pill and i don’t think I ovulated my charts were very similar to yours they just did what they felt like it and my AF arrived 4 days before it said due but was gone in 3 days so really hope it gets sorted out for you soon and your January cycle will be normal

@Foxl2222 so good to hear from another TTC-er this is definitely a lucky group let’s hope it keeps up for us too 🤞. With regards to the vaccine and ttc I’d never thought about that as I would’ve got the vaccine as soon as I could’ve as I have asthma. Really hard to know what to do

I’ve attached my chart for today and today’s temp was the highest it’s been which is good I think let’s hope tomorrow’s temp goes up too 🤞 I had a gradual OPK peak so I’ll probably have a gradual temp rise too. Hopefully we have caught it because neither of us can be arsed DTD again lol 4 days in a row is enough 🤣

Morning all! @Emmgrem I found this on the Premom app last night - also something about a quick surge too that someone else just mentioned! So you should be okay!

We didn't DTD last night he fell asleep 🤣 I was like whsipering to him do you think we should don't once more?! 😅😅 I have worn him out! He was like groaning saying ughh aren't you past it now 🤣🤣 so I let him off! Wev done it loads some days twice a day so we should be okay!

Temp stayed up to the same today so that's a good sign I think ☺️

Weird though - my boobs are slightly sore this morning! I had that last time around ovulation but now I'm out of it they're sensitive? Not sure my body and LH surge have aligned 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Emmgrem Thank you so much! Yeah I know I look like a right moaning Myrtle now when I read back😂 I was just so convinced it wasn’t my month.

I never had any ewcm either or any type of ovulation pain. But then I had the worst stomach cramps from food poisoning I wouldn’t of noticed!

Sooo I told my partner this morning. I got him a birthday card that said happy birthday daddy. I was scared to do with it being so early. The look on his face bless him and he just burst out crying❤️

Done a clear blue and it’s put me at 1-2 weeks. So means I’m only 3-4 weeks. My theory is we dtd on the 25th November after I was better and that was the one. So I think I’ll be an extra week ahead tomorrow or this weekend. Xx

@DrS44 Aw thanks. He doesn’t understand the concept of not being able to tell people though as it’s so early. I think I’m going to tell my mam next week on Christmas Eve. I really don’t want to this early but all she has went on about is all the different drinks she has bought for over Christmas and these new tonics she’s bought 😂 so she’s going to notice straight away!
I suppose Atleast I know if something was to happen she would be there to support me xx

@jessi60 feels so much better seeing it in writing doesn't it! What a lovely story of telling your OH that is so sweet!! My OH was the same with telling people, wanted to tell his mum the second we got the BFP and in the end I was able to make him wait a whole 3 days before I caved and let him share the news 😂. Luckily his mum is really great and wouldn't never tell anyone else in the family until we were ready to.

@DrS44 I wouldn't worry about not dtd last night sounds like you've defo covered your fertile window 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I tried to to a CB digital today and the bloody thing wouldn't work, furious as they're so expensive so I don't want to buy any more! But I did a cheap one and this was the darkest line yet so I'm reassured even if I didn't get to see that 3+ in the end!

@Bells20 aww fab thanks! Ya I'm pretty chill I'm just like ahhh I think we've done the job on it now 🤣🤣 I'm gonna forget about it now so I can enjoy Xmas! I'll be raging if I get my period over Christmas though just in general as I hate being bloated and moody haha. Line looks great yayyy! So exciting!

What do ye think gals - should I keep temping after Friday (5DPO when I go home) or just leave it and forget about it?

@DrS44 I think it depends whether it's going to make you stressed or not? If your BFP happens this month it'll happen regardless of whether you're temping or not, but if you do temp you're likely to get a heads up before AF arrives. Also if you carry on temping you'll have data for next cycle if you need it (hopefully that BFP is imminent and you won't need it!!). But I think if it's going to be stressful at all then just leave it and enjoy Christmas!

I think if it were me I'd probably keep tracking but that's because I'm a control freak and I actually quite like tracking those things!

@Bells20 hmmmm ya that's true! Suppose I need to think will I stress out more seeing temp dips (and get my hopes up if none) or with I feel happier with the knowledge that I know AF is coming... I'll have to have a think! I'm kinda thinking to just let it ride and if AF turns up then she does! If not I'll test after Christmas! There's defo positives for record keeping if needed for next month too... hmmmmmmm I'll see 🤣🤣 two minds!

How did the digital not work was it just a faulty one? I know bloody £12 mine set me back. Must of spent about £50 on tests! Xx

@DrS44 yeah have a think but there's no right or wrong I think just go with whatever feels best!

@jessi60 just a total blank. I had an error message before where a book came up but nothing came up at all today and I defo followed all the instructions properly (having learnt from the first error!). Dread to think what I've spent on tests 😂

@bells20 that is super annoying! My ICs never got that dark, even with my 3+, so you would have definitely got it! Im 9 weeks tomorrow and that is when HCG peaks then it starts to go back down i think!

Oh wow @AMS19 9 weeks! My friend who told me she's pregnant last week is also 9 weeks this week. Little did I know when we met up that I was too. I really want to tell her, but I think it's too early.
@jessi60 - still so happy for you!! What a month you've had!! From being so ill to now. Crazy!
@DrS44 - I would keep temping, just so that its part of your routine and you'll get a full accurate picture for your cycle (if AF turns up!) 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 for you!! But in the meantime, enjoy the run up to Christmas ☺️

So to the POAS graduates - do any of you wear an Apple watch ot fitbit etc? Have you noticed any changes in your resting heart rates since finding out? Mine's gone up a tiny bit and I went for my usual walk at lunchtime and I burned 30 calories more than usual. Felt my energy dip today too. I'm just wondering whether anyone else has noticed similar? 🤔
