You never know, don’t count yourself totally out until AF shows. Looking back to what I wrote on here, twice I went to the toilet and there was small amounts of blood so you never know🤞🏼
The Christmas situation isn’t helping either will peoples moods. Hope you manage to get something sorted Xxx

@DrS44 I'm really sorry that is crappy. 7DPO seems super early for period spotting, so you never know. Does your OH live in another country? You're not on your own are you???!! Hope you're okay! Xx

@DrS44 aw no why don’t you think it’s implantation bleeding? Is before inclined to think it was that rather than AF at 7dpo? Why don’t you take a bbt in the morning to see if it’s still high as I know you were going to stop

@DrS44 Aww no I’m sorry to hear that! I was the exact same last month, spotting before AF, also I think you can kind of tell yourself whether it’s your usual spotting or whether it’s different kind of spotting i.e implantation! 😌

Also, on the BBT thing, mine didn’t drop below cover line until after my AF was gone! Weird but I’ve heard other ppl are the same! So I don’t think BBT is anything to go by tbh! 🥺

Had the exact same feelings as you though, we’ve done everything right the last few cycles so don’t know why it hasn’t worked for us! I guess some people it just takes a bit longer than 1 or 2 goes! 😌

And hugs to you @positivitytree2020 too! Sounds like you're having a tough time too. It took my body 8 months after stopping the pill to get regular and consistent cycles again, which must have also impacted when I'd ovulate. I've just looked back at my Clue app and my cycles went from 38, 32, 34, 45,39, 33, 39, 45 and finally settling on 34 day cycles in July. I'm not saying you'll be the same, I'm just saying sometimes it takes longer for some bodies to get back to normal again. We weren't trying to get pregnant during the year after I came off the pill so I wasn't tracking bbt, opks etc just the length of my cycles. Its tough. And I'm sorry you are going through it and feeling like what you are doing gets you nowhere. Keep at it, you will get there xx

Hey @positivitytree2020 ya so I got my period at like 9DPO last time but I ovulated CD27. This month I ovulated CD 20 but I just dunno I got a weird feeling as you say in your tummy!

Thanks @Dex1521 @jessi60 @AMS19 I dunno I just think it's more rare than not to get bleeding so I'm presuming AF is on the way. Last month I had the spotting then the next day it arrived so I'll know in the morning I think. If it holds off I'll be more positive but right now I'm thinking it is AF on her way the bitch. There was like sticky brown bits (sorry all haha) but some red blood too making me think it's AF. Was earlier when I went to the loo and nothing since so the morning will tell. Seems early but it's not really because if it's tomorrow it would give me a 28 day cycle just a late ovulation and short luteal?!

@jessi60 can you remember what yours was like? I had visions of us off to brunch on maternity 🤣🤣 i actually have a vision of what you all look like 🤣🤣 do you guys?! Hahaha

Oh and sorry for confusion.. please don't judge... but I flew home to Ireland I hadn't seen my family and friends in 9 months so I came home and my OH was gonna join the 24th. But now there's talks of closing the borders?! So he might not get here which is crap seen as we planned on testing together, and if AF arrives id like him to be here to console me! Haha

Ps I had a test before I came back and my OH was gonna do the same etc! Don't hate me 😭 xxxxx

Hahaha had to show you guys this. So I finally got my peak 😂🙄🙄🙄 This is why cheapie OPKs are useless! CD25.. and pretty sure that would never be a 2.75 anyway as it's not even darker than control line.

However I'm taking it as a good sign that I'm still getting positive OPKs at 5DPO 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Emmgrem the color is so close, it is almost positive for me. Did you keep testing? I wonder if they are false positive that caused by HCG.

@DrS44 zero judgement here...was worried you were alone! We are in tier 4 so sticking to the rules but if we were in any other tier I would have seen my family Xmas Eve to boxing day and my original plan pre Saturday was 5 households mixing and see a total of 9 households over the 5 days! So do not worry. Really rubbish if he can't make it, especially with testing. I guess this is your silver lining if AF arrives. You wouldn't wanna not be able to test together in person! So if he can't make it and you don't fall, there is your "good" bit to hold on to. Always find the silver lining in everything ❤

I'm wide awake can't sleep. Mind is racing, feel super dizzy/lightheaded (most likely the gin!) and I've got the strangest sensation down there 😅 like butterflies/full/heavy?! So odd! I suppose I'm not used to AF feelings so it must be that on its way!

Morning everyone! So another temp dip this morning at 7dpo - good or bad sign do you think, is 7dpo too early for implantation dip?(trying to stay positive and not think about AF). Was also up twice last night for a wee between midnight and 3am which is so unlike me. Other than that nothing else is different just plodding along through this tww

@DrS44 definitely no judgement if we were able to get back to NI we would’ve done the same just didn’t have the money with moving house. Hope you’re ok and your OH can get back in time so you’re together xx

@AMS19 ah I know I was thinking that. Everyone keep everything crosssd it goes back up tomorrow 😂 🤞🤞. I have some mild cramps this morning but extremely mild like I feel like I can only feel them as I’m sat still on the sofa so don’t know if they mean anything. For someone who said they weren’t going to symptom spot I was a big fat liar 😂

@Dex1521 it is literally impossible not to symptom spot! Only gotta wait a few more days and you can test 🤞🤞

@DrS44 For three days I had it. Just a small amount. Like after I went to the toilet and wiped and it was quite light in colour and the same the next day and then the third day it was a small amount but dark brown in colour. It was only one time each time and never happened again during the days. It was so odd. Don’t know whether it was related to me going on to be pregnant or not. Was strange.

I certainly am not judging, I’m lucky enough to be able to go to my parents still and it be technically allowed within tier 3. I’m working Christmas Day aswell 07:30am to 15:30pm ☹️

I know what you meant about thinking what people look like 🤣 it’s so strange isn’t it.

Ooh lots to catch up on! Quick morning update from me.. temp back up but still pretty consistently close to cover line now. My nipples have never been so sore and bolt upright as they were when I woke up this morning 😳 cue me googling like mad the difference between pms nipples and pregnancy ones 😂

@Dex1521 I went into a TikTok pregnancy announcement hole last night after you posted that video! Sooo many good Xmas ones!

@DrS44 no judgement here, don't blame you at all when you haven't seen your family most of the year and Xmas is the time most people have off work in order to see families! I think they should give us all more bank holidays later in the year when this is all done 😂
If you can't test with DH then will you test alone and do him a surprise announcement when you see him? If AF doesn't arrive..
Remember what @jessi60 said about her pattern, there's still hope. Keep us updated!

@Louisa199 I didn't keep testing as I was so sure it was rubbish, since I already had temp rise and EWCM earlier on in my cycle. I tested 24 hrs later and it was back down to 0.27. However we did DTD yesterday so we'd be covered just incase! 😅

@PowerOfFlowers It's crazy how it took 8 months to regulate your cycles. Really makes me wish I came off the pill sooner. Then I would know what normal pms symptoms are for me too 🙈

@positivitytree2020 It's totally normal for it to take more than 1-2 goes, but I guess where this group has been pretty lucky with falling straight away it makes it not seem that way! That's annoying how your bbt stayed up until after AF. Just shows there's no absolute correct pattern to any of this!

Thanks @PowerOfFlowers! I don’t think my cycle is irregular as such, the last 3 cycles have been spot on! Wondering is this just a blip cycle, I’ve stopped the B6 coz I have a feeling this has caused it! 😐
I’ve looked up charts like mine in FF and they are all showing up as anovulatory! 😂 so just want to write off this cycle now and start again! I didn’t want to fall pregnant this cycle anyway but would have liked my cycle to be normal for peace of mind!

@DrS44 as much as I think rules are important, I'm also a firm believer in common sense and looking after your mental well-being so definitely no judgement here. That is just a shit situation, I hope your OH is able to join you somehow. I'm really hoping it isn't AF for you lovely 🤞.

@AMS19 Seeing your early morning posts has made me feel so grateful that I'm back to sleeping through the night. I do get up a few times for a wee but am falling back to sleep luckily!

@Emmgrem @positivitytree2020 I was just going to say the same thing about this thread making it seem like it's fairly easy to fall pregnant straight from contraception, I think we've been very lucky but it definitely isn't the norm I don't think!

@positivitytree2020 I feel like you're still early enough in your cycle to not rule it out completely that things could change? How come you didn't really want to fall this month again?
Sometimes I think it's probably less stress to not temp or take OPKs. But then I'm in two minds as I feel like if things didn't work then doctors might take it more seriously if you in armed with charts/evidence and knowing your body really well etc

@Dex1521 they do say third time lucky! 🤞 was the first cycle when you'd just come off pill or is this your third cycle after your first proper AF if that makes sense?
I'm still thinking Xmas morning as 11DPO seems like it should give a pretty good chance of an answer, whereas I've seen a few people test 10DPO and nothing has shown up until 11 or 12 days? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ive bought a baby grow to put in a box for DH and to wrap up with the test. If it's not my month I figure I'll still give it to him like that when it does happen.
Have you got any digitals set aside to try if you get a positive FRER? I don't know if digitals show up as soon as FRERs, don't want to waste them..

@Bells20 nice to hear from you. How are you getting on? Are doing any Xmas announcements or does everyone you're seeing already know now?

@Emmgrem ya maybe it is too early to rule it out, just feel like I’d never normally ovulate this late, and my temps seem a bit funny too! 😂
My sister is getting married first week of October next year and I’m bridesmaid, so if I fell pregnant this month I’d be due the week before her wedding, I know she’d freak! She didn’t want to fall this month! 😂 although I did want a normal cycle! 😐

I agree, the temps and opks are tedious! Like what am I meant to do if this is anovulatory? Keep doing OPKs 3 times a day JUST incase I do ovulate late?! 😂 I actually can’t cope! I will keep doing it tho, I think it’s good incase you need to show doctors at any point, to have the full cycles all charted! Not good for the sanity tho! 😂
