@SS123456 You poor thing what on earth is going on?!

@kirinm Seems like you’ve been waiting ages for that to come back! 😩

@Unicornsparklez Completely agree, nobody ever talks about it though do they? I shared a candle on the Wave of Light and the amount of friends/acquaintances who messaged me saying they had one too was mental! I had no idea!

Unicornsparklez · 09/12/2020 08:34

@MrsB2019x I was the same! I shared an image along with me being quite honest about our struggles TTC and how long it's been and how hurtful it is when people always ask why you're 31 and don't have a baby yet. I had so many people reach out to me with their own struggle who were thankful I'd said something because it's become this thing where people feel too ashamed to admit it but it's far more common than we realise

pizzaandcats · 09/12/2020 08:59

@SS123456 Sorry to hear you're having such a tough time. I had a chemical pregnancy 2 cycles ago and it was crushing after trying for so long

@Unicornsparklez thank you, I've ordered some off Amazon too and they are 4000mg I think. Hope I've not gone overboard! Think I'll get some coq10 too. It's a such a minefield! I badly do not want to go down the fertility clinic route so hoping I can pull of a miracle in the next 3 months Smile We have soooo many people winking at us and asking when we'll be having a baby (we've been married 4 years and bought our house 8 months ago). Nobody knows we're trying but I'm getting tired of laughing it off now!

Fingers crossed for all of us

Unicornsparklez · 09/12/2020 09:12

@pizzaandcats I read a lot of positive stories on it and some YouTube videos of women who had tried it improving fertility for both the man and women. We did get quite an intense headache the first couple of days but we adjusted to it and I did ovulate later this month than I had been but am willing to give it a bit of time and see if it balances out overall. I'm also really hoping for it to happen naturally still so want to feel like we've tried everything before we go further down the route with a fertility specialist ☺️

kirinm · 09/12/2020 16:09

DD's covid test came back negative so at least we can go to my MIL's funeral. Was terrified DP wouldn't be able to go.

MrsB2019x · 09/12/2020 17:00

That’s good news @kirinm ☺️

Bit worried now. Just went to the loo and have pink tinged CM on wiping 😔 I know this can be normal and implantation and all that but it’s taken the wind right out of my sails. I was feeling so optimistic yesterday!

The top test was yesterday’s and the bottom is today’s. Do you think it looks any darker? DH has picked me up some FRER so I’ll do one of those tomorrow

The Pact Continued - 2021 WILL be our year!
kirinm · 09/12/2020 17:11

@MrsB2019x yeah I think today's test looks a little darker. I know seeing any blood is terrifying but try not to stress too much. (Easier said than done)!

I would avoid constantly testing. It just seems to make everyone an absolute nervous wreck. Instead I'd ask to have your bloods taken by the EPU. If they're taken a couple of times and levels are rising properly, that should hopefully bring you some relief. I think with your history they'd offer that.

Unicornsparklez · 09/12/2020 17:56

I think it looks darker also ☺️

I've heard spotting in early pregnancy is normal too as long as it's not heavy just keep an eye but I agree about asking the doctors to check your hcg it you're concerned about it. It's definitely easier said than done not to worry. You wait for so long for a BFP so when it's finally here I think it's natural to have that worry or disbelief but sending positive vibes your way ☺️✨

MrsB2019x · 09/12/2020 18:32

Thanks girls. I was going to call EPU today but bottled it cos I thought I’d somehow jinx it 😕

Sansa87 · 09/12/2020 18:33

@MrsB2019x I ended up in EPU with exactly the same thing because I was terrified I was losing this baby too. All fine obviously.

The baby we did have the mmc with, no spotting or bleeding at all.

kirinm · 09/12/2020 18:54

As you had what seems like an IB before you got your BFP I think it is most probably that. That is an impressive line @MrsB2019x

MrsB2019x · 09/12/2020 18:58

Thanks girls, can’t help but worry cos of the history! Really appreciate you replying. Just went to the loo again and had no more so I’m feeling a bit more relaxed now

whambam89 · 09/12/2020 21:32

@MrsB2019x I think today's test looks darker too! Try not to worry about the bleeding, it can be completely normal (although I know that's easier said than done!) Give the EPU a call tomorrow, I'm sure they'll have you in for blood monitoring even this early on xx

whambam89 · 09/12/2020 21:34

@pizzaandcats winds me right up when people think it's to ask! I bumped into an old work colleague a few months back who outright asked if we were planning number 2 soon - let's just say I'm very to the point, and her face when I told her I had not long had an ectopic said it all. It's never ok to ask, no matter how well you know a person I don't think.

whambam89 · 09/12/2020 21:36

@SS123456 how strange that you're having such an odd cycle! I'm feeling so down and over TTC at the moment, my body physically aches when I think of it, it's just so tough isn't it 😭 we will all get there eventually I'm sure, although it's made me realise I definitely only want 2 children now, I couldn't go through the pain of trying again.

@kirinm glad DDs covid test came back negative, hope the funeral goes as well as can be expected x

whambam89 · 09/12/2020 21:41

@unicornsparklez might have a look into maca root! I've taken coq10 before but it didn't make much difference, also a bit conscious of putting stuff into my body when I don't know too much about the effects it will have. I'm terrible for reading "such and such will help with conceiving" and stopping doing what I'm doing without really giving it a chance, so I think I'm just going to continue with pregnacare for now and give it a chance to "work" 😂

whambam89 · 09/12/2020 21:42

Sorry for bombarding the thread with posts haha my memory isn't good enough to reply to everyone in one go and I've had a bit of a hectic day today so only just got chance to catch up. Hope everyone is doing ok xx

SS123456 · 10/12/2020 07:04

Sorry ladies just catching up on all you post. I'm having a stressful time with my sons dad throwing his toys out of the pram wanting to have our son less 🤦🏻‍♀️. It looks like it will end up back in court by the looks of things which I could do without. What kind of parent wants less time with their child, it is beyond me 🤷🏻‍♀️

SS123456 · 10/12/2020 07:06

@MrsB2019x I'm sorry you are feeling so anxious but that is completely normal! Did you get anymore pink cm? Unless it progresses to red and comes with strong cramps it sounds normal. I think the line looked darker on the second test though and it is already super dark for the dpo you believe you are at 😁

OP posts:
SS123456 · 10/12/2020 07:12

@kirinm so glad DDs test was negative and you can make the funeral, I hope it goes ok 😔

@whambam89 I'm the same, I end up doing multiple posts as I can't remember who I'm replying to! 😂. I'm totally with you on feeling really fed up with ttc now. My bleeding stopped and my rhr and bbt have shor back up again this morning 🤷🏻‍♀️. I'm trying not to let myself get my hopes up again but I also had some sharp on and off twinges on my left hand side yesterday evening. My heart is telling me it could be implantation (because the dips and rises on the charts) but my brain is telling me that 5dpo is far too early and to stop letting myself get my hopes up all the time. I'm going to try to hold out on any testing until late this month

MrsB2019x · 10/12/2020 07:38

@SS123456 How ridiculous, how come one moment he can spout off at you about school shoes then want him less? If he was worried about the supposed ‘state’ he was in surely he’d want him more? Sounds like he just wants the fight 😔 so sorry you’re going through this lovely. Sadly going through court might be the best option so he doesn’t turn around one day and blame you for cutting down contact. From what you’ve told us about him it sounds like something he might do!

No more pink CM, had a strong FRER this morning so think I’ll call EPU today and get booked in for bloods/scan a couple of weeks 🤞

whambam89 · 10/12/2020 07:43

@SS123456 when there's people so desperate to have children it baffles me that people don't want to see children they already have! And how do you even explain that to your little one?!

Fingers crossed the spotting / weird temps are a good sign for you, keep us updated x

whambam89 · 10/12/2020 08:46

@Rotagilla here we are :) x

whambam89 · 10/12/2020 08:48

@MrsB2019x glad you got a nice strong frer this morning! Let us know what EPU say x

Rotagilla · 10/12/2020 08:48

Thankyou @whambam89!
