Thanks! Yeah I have started C25K (again) and am doing that with an additional hiit workout several times a week and just trying to avoid too much crap food. What are you doing?

I don't think i will test tbh. I'm going to try not to anyway. I think by 11/12dpo I'll know in my mind by how I'm feeling - PMS symptoms are pretty similar every month and I don't have any tests anyway!

I've got a day off and I'm going to spend it alone 🎉 🎈 🎂. Going to go for a run and then watch a film all the way through! We have one of those 'finish at home' 4 course meal coming later today so will have a lovely dinner with cocktails. And then tomorrow we will celebrate with my daughter, cake, presents and a disco (she loves dancing)!

@MrsB2019x yeah I think I'm going to just tell OH I'm booking a gender scan 😂. More time to adjust to a boy would be better for me I think as we have lots of other rubbish going on at the moment to deal with too. We have the behaviour issues with my OHs son and my ex is playing up too. We were in family court yesterday as my ex wants to reduce the time he spends with our son but he kicked off so aggressively towards me they wouldn't sign the revised court order off and we are back going through full court proceedings again now 🤦🏻‍♀️

@SS123456 Ugh he is such an ass. I guess it’s better to do it this way rather than the time reducing then him using it against you later (as from what you’ve told us, that sounds like something he’d do!)

I think I'm 14dpo today although could be 12/13. The odd thing this month is I've not had the nausea I get. I'm wondering if I didn't ovulate. I have an achy back this morning which is a standard AF symptom but would I get AF symptoms if I didn't ovulate?

Or maybe the fact I've been running has helped reduce symptoms?

Yeah I was sort of hoping that but my period pains are really bad today - enough to warrant paracetamol so I don't think so. Urgh!

The period pain with my bfp was horrendous. We had to give up shopping one evening as I just had to get home thinking af was imminent and I couldn’t cope. Think it was implantation pains for me

Well, they died down so I will just have to wait it out. I think I'm due on tomorrow but it could be as late as Wednesday since I didn't do any OPKs.

My RHR dropped a lot today and I'm very crampy so I am assuming AF will arrive today or tomorrow.

@MrsB2019x another RHR drop but no AF yet. I assumed I ovulated early this month based on what I thought were ovulation pains. If I ovulated when I think I did, that would mean I'm a day or two late now? But it is possible that I ovulated later. If AF hasn't arrived by Friday morning, i'll buy a test as I think that will definitely mean I'm late (unless I didn't ovulate).

I am still having period pains though. I tend to get achy legs and hips and I've had that on and off for a few days now. My guess is I ovulated later than I think.

Yeah just because I didn't have any of the usual symptoms I get. I've been getting pretty bad nausea about a week after ovulation up to AF and that hasn't happened this month. Obviously everything has to change the month you don't OPK.

AF has arrived! It is easy to detach from this process up until around the last week or so and then it is impossible to try and not think about it.

I don't think I'm going to buy any OPKs and I'm pleased I didn't test.
