Welcome to the longest running funniest bus ride in history! Or so we like to think anyway...

We talk sex, tv, work, more sex, food, slimming, RHR, charts, spicing things up or down, crafting (a more recent addition for 🎄🎅🏻) and help each other out in any way possible. Oh and yeah Trying to make babies gets mentioned a bit too but more often than not our bodies just do what they want!

When I say a few of us have been around the TTC block I don’t mean 🍆I mean as a MN group, not just a bus, a mini sanctuary since March for some of through the highs and lows of making babies through 2020 ❤️🥰

@DJmum83 @kalidasa I didn't know you could stop. I'm glad I've always carried on though as my temp have said I've ovulated then it's changed later on in the cycle and I wouldn't have known I'd ovulated at all if that was the case 🙉

Very strechy cm today, will have to DTD, should I expect creamy cm soon, right?

@DJmum83 you are shamefully organised. I've been mostly wet today. And I don't mean in a GOOD MOIST way. I mean in a stand outside in the rain way 🤣☺️. Walking dogs, putting outside Xmas lights up, getting logs for the fire before DH pisses off this week, then more dog walking & collecting kindling kindling ☺️. I am going to wrap presents this week too. I have fought with a website offering 10% off & £5 for first order so decided on things for 2 DSILs 30th birthdays near Xmas too, but it didn't work so got very angry ALL day trying to get it to work!! Irrationally so out of principal but hey Ho found more lovely Xmas presents! Grrrrrrr

@DJmum83 there's technically nothing to be gained from tracking bbt in the LP unless you have wonky cycles and believe it could catch a later ovulation date. I carry on tracking but purely because it would make my eyes bleed to have incomplete data 😅. Some ladies can spot BFP signs from their temp towards the end of the TWW but it's random and doesnt have to mean anything so is unreliable.

Ladies I'm stuffed, I made a Christmas ham today and dinner was lovely 😋. Now I've got enough ham to last me through to 2021!

Hello ladies, we had a lovely day, movies and archeology documentaries, fish and chips for lunch, lots of cake and, as we were stuffed, grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner, blast from the past, my American aunty used to make them when I was little, we are planning to watch a movie in bed and DTD again, yes @Minster2012, why the feck not?

@Minster2012 ha yes so makes sense for some of you to track but I don't recall djmum saying anything about her having wonky cycles. Remind me - are you starting some of the meds now in Dec in preparation for beginning of feb transfer or is it way too early for that stuff to start?

@Minster2012 my day has largely been wet and cold too! Took our little one for a walk this morning and she spent most of it on the floor or waddling around in her snowsuit like the Michelin man.

Rest of the day has been pretty relaxed, got a new bed for our spare room which took HOURS to put together, worst IKEA flat pack EVER.

10dpo tomorrow.... do I do a test? Votes / Opinions / someone to tell me yes do or no don't 😂 I am the WORST! I'm shocked I've managed to get to this point quite honestly...!

@Juno231 no you are absolutely right, I should have started taking northisterone last Tuesday to bring on a period, they look at dates to match with a potatential transfer week next year, then take it again at day 21 to put my body into temporary menopause & suspense effectively to THEN take more drugs to build up lining for 2 weeks & then it's have scan to check womb lining, have another the following week if it's over 7mm the transfer is booked for the following week m. So yeah it's start now for effective transfer mid feb now.

But because I was ill I didn't take it. But I need to this week or my period won't start before I need to phone them to "leave period dates" before Xmas & work out my drugs schedule for the Xmas/new year period so yeah, I need to ignore the fact I "may have" ovulated last Thursday & take this week. I need to work out either tomorrow or Tuesday basically ☹️

@Franklydear no real excitement here, fucked it really but nothing to f I guess. Ewcm last Thursday but I guess no ovulation who knows. Have to start the tablets to bring on an AF tomorrow else no time so no real time to see if an OV or not. 🤨😕I'm just gonna be in menopause over the Xmas holidays on tablets that give me AWFUL headaches so nowt special 😣

@lucyrp yes I charted for contraception for years and once I knew what I was doing I would only temp for the middle bit of the cycle, just to confirm ovulation. I had quite irregular cycles. But when I was ttc my two boys charting temps for the whole cycle did make it fairly obvious both when I had conceived and when I was about to have an early loss (temps dropping), which happened twice before DS1. I was confident about the interpretation though because I'd been charting for years before ttc. I can see if you are new to it and don't know what's normal for you it could be confusing.

@Juno231 I'm pretty regular so think I'll stop tracking bbt after tomorrow I'll just be driving myself mad looking for implant dips etc.
Are you ttc your first: second? What stage are you at? Only if you don't mind me asking?

@Minster2012 I'm working right up to Xmas Eve abs god knows when the kids will go to sleep on Xmas Eve so need to be organised.

@Minster2012 ah I'm so sorry for so much of that! The fact that you have to do it, that it gives you headaches, that you may have ovulated last week... I hope it all works out and results in a beautiful bebe ❤️

@DJmum83 I'm trying for my first, am on cycle 12 now! Just got my peak and had a temp dip today so I think today is ovulation day!

Jumping on OH as soon as he comes home today! If today is O then we'll only have managed to DTD on O and O-2 but I hope that's enough 🤞

I did a pregnancy test today as really gotta start that northisterone and stark white so started to take it, so don't ThNk the messiah is forthcoming for me here! Oh well, plenty of others can have the Christmas miracle xxx

So i said I'd fallen on the wooden decking yesterday, my neck was agony last night and today, think I jarred it when I fell, silly woman 🤣 on the plus side I said to DH we can say we finish for Christmas break next week, woohooo!

Aw @Minster2012 it's such a drawn out process for you. Such a pity you have go through all thisat Christmas when transfer won't be until February. Hugs my dear.

Good luck to all the ovulating godesses! I'm not tracking this month, it's too depressing especially as couldn't confirm ovulation last cycle! Going to aim for a less stressful month and enjoyable Christmas and then have my fertility appointment after Christmas so will hopefully make dome progress then 🙂

Well this is my chart so far.
I'm going to stop taking my temp from today as I will just stress over every dip or rise.
It's dipped so I'm already resigning myself that AF will be.
What will be will be.
Af due 15/16th so going to try hold out until then.
I am not going to track next month no opk or BBT I'm stressing myself out and it's having an effect on hubby.
