I am still waiting for ovulation 🙃 BUT I am now at 0.19 on my opks. How very lame my progression is. Not the worst thing that it didn't come this weekend as DP has been flat out for last 3 days so it's been a bit of a gap between DTD.

Looking forward to hearing everyone else's progress!

Thanks @CardioQueen what CD are you now? Don't worry it will come out of nowhere! I literally hardly had sex apart form fertile week then went crazy, then stopped sex again 😂😂

@Ams19 CD23 now. I'm ok with it still as I calculated it should be here CD27 if LP stays at 10 days - time will tell!

Yes that will be a bit like us. Literally the most organised sex on earth. And DP keeps creepily whispering "swiiiim" when he's finished. To "encourage his sperm".

@AMS19 thanks for reminding me because on a FB group I seen someone got a positive at 7PO and the temptation was there 😅 I won't, I will do my VERY best and wait until next weekend! So that will be maybe 13 DPO?

I've got a slight twinge this morning from the right side- very slight and mild, wondering if it's AF or maybe implantation? Tested my temp and it's high again 36.9 but we know I don't have a proper thermometer - and I had a drink last night so there's that too 😅

@DrS44 if you can wait until 13DPO then Feb. I would say anything before 8DPO is a waste of a test. After that point you could start to see something, but just can't rule yourself out of BFNs. Also, you really can only be testing with a FRER so it isnt cheap to be testing everyday when you know it isnt reliable yet. But I know @GreenApplesYo got her BFP earlier than I did!

@jessi60 I hope you’re feeling a little better today. When I feel pregnant with my ds, we only had sex twice that month (we weren’t doing opks and charting etc) so there’s always hope of swimmers sticking round for extra time? Anyway, I hope this bug goes away really soon.

@DrS44 I’m liking the plan for waiting til next week, I’d like to try and do the same as AF should arrive by Wednesday.

I’m only 9dpo and I’ve already POAS twice (poundland cheapies) when I knew they would both be negative. I don’t know why I do it to myself!!

@AMS19 ya I'm gonna wait til next weekend I think unless I get any suddenly urge but, for some reason I'm feeling as though I don't want to test unless it's positive! My addiction is wavering 🤣 that said I've just ordered 4 digital CB tests! Is it after a missed period you should take them? So after 15DPO? As I said my friend didn't get a positive until 23 DPO so that is some encouragement 🙌🏼😅 xxx

@DrS44 yes they think they're so funny don't they? 😂 if you have the willpower to wait til 13 DPO then I think there will be a lot more certainty and less wondering about false/true negatives for sure.

@Lucille3 fingers crossed for you getting to the end of the TWW. I would be the same with the ICs, no judgement here!

@CardioQueen yeah I'll try my best but then there's also a lot more riding on it isn't there 🤣 like if I prepared myself with a few negatives first maybe it would be easier to handle than waiting on one? 😅 and yes they think they're hilarious 🙄 after he finishes as well he like stays in (so tmi know sorry 😂) it's cute how much he wants it though 🥰 xxxx

@DrS44 yes this is true, the early negatives would prepare you more. It's all very difficult tbh - there's no easy way as no one wants anything other than a BFP of course!

Yes mine is the same! He is extremely concerned about my (lack of) ovulation so far. I've been educating him all about opks and BBT and stuff so he can understand a bit more 😂

@CardioQueen it's lovely that they want to be involved! I was just explaining BBT to him this morning and cuz mine is high he was like ooooohhhhh 😏but then I was like I don't place much emphasis because it's not that reliable of a thermometer and he was like oooohhh 😒 hahaha... you'll get there! What DPO are you again? I'm only 7 today- the only thing getting me through is weeing first thing without testing 😅 that helps me think oh maybe the next day xxx

The other thing is if I test early and it's a VVVVFL my OH will be like ok well that basically is nothing so you're not pregnant! So I want it to be definite so we can get excited together ☺️ xxxx

@drs44 that is exciting!! Definitely don't use a digital until you've missed a period. I took my first digital at 15DPO and got a 2-3 weeks. Then waited until today 27DPO to take the other one. ICs also I woulrnt bother too much with until period is late, mine were so so light.

@DrS44 no I've not even ovulated yet - CD23 and still going 😂 but - my cycles are 37 days minimum atm and my last LP (and I think the one before that, purely based on pain and spotting, no opks or BBT tracking that cycle) was 10 days. So really ovulation would be on track if it was CD27. Which feels soooo late compared to everyone else in this group, but not exactly something I have any control over 🤷🏻‍♀️

Agree with what @Ams19 has said re: the testing as like you say, DP will be like what THAT "line"?! As obviously he is not in these forums or staring obsessively at opks etc several times a day 😂

@CardioQueen yes exactly!! I ovulated at CD 27 🥳 but it was my first cycle off the pill so not a real cycle! I wouldn't worry - are you taking those vitamins? We were saying they apparently lengthen your cycle too? Once you ovulate it's fair game so keep the hope!

@AMS19 that's great thanks so much! I'll maybe use a FRER next Saturday then and the next week the digital ones. I've 4 of each - and ya I'll probs leave the ICs won't bother with them xxx

@DrS44 yes, exactly that. My cousin has both PCOS and endometriosis and has had 4 babies (I am also 1 of 4 😱 I don't know what everyone else here is hoping for, but my hope is def not to birth 4 children), so it really is just about DTD in sync with ovulation, rather than a clockwork cycle I guess. So fingers crossed for ovulating!! 🤞🏼🥳

Thank you @DrS44 ☺️ and forgot to answer your other q - I was taking Elevit (basically Pregnacare I think) for the first cycle/not-really-cycle and half of next. Then I stopped when I read about them lengthening cycles. Now I'm taking a B complex which can help with lengthening LP and just a folic acid/potassium iodide one. Are you taking any?

Did my temps this morning and I’ve seen a rise, so hoping that’s a good sign! ☺️🤞🏼 do people keep testing the temps for rest of cycle? Be worried I’ll see the temps drop down! 😢 my temps have been all over the place this cycle though as you can see! 😂
Must do an OPK soon to see where levels are at, I’m so lazy I’m still laying in bed don’t have the energy to get up and pee! 😂

@positivitytree2020 definitely need to keep doing your temps! I did the all the way to the end. Trust me, seeing a temp drop knowing AF is coming then seeing it start. Plus a temp drop could be implantation. Now you just need 2 more higher temps and ovulation will be confirmed and you will get the red cross added!!

@AMS19 Does a temp drop so either mean implantation or AF on way? 😢 sounds awful but for me ignorance is bliss, would rather not see my temps drop! But I’ll keep tracking just to make sure my stats are up to date.
Just did my OPK there and levels back down to 0.3 and it’s marked yesterday as my peak! 🤗 does that mean I’ve ovulated now or I will ovulate in the next 12 hours or so?
