Mid TWW - struggling with not testing

Hi all,
6dpo, 1st time trying for 1st child so all very new and exciting. However surprising myself at how obsessed I am with symptom spotting and wanting to test. Have already tested once (bfn obv), been looking at maternity clothes, watching one born every minute etc.
Any tips for switching the mind off?
I thought I wouldn't mind either way if it doesn't happen first cycle as I know it can take some time. Now I'm worried that if I get bfn (which I'm aware is likely) that I'll be constantly overthinking/obsessing until next O. 😞

I tested today at 9dpo, bfn 😔 I don't have a good feeling this month. Its month 2 and I just have a feeling it's going to take a long time this time. My older two are 5 and almost 10, but I had them in my twenties. I've got DH on the wellman conception at last, I've been taking Tesco Co-enzyme q10 for three months, now run out and I've spent £30 (!!!) on pure ubiquinol from Just Vitamins.

I've decided I hate the one step strips, going to get easy@home ones for next month, I really like the easy@home opks.
