My AF is done, had few spots yesterday but barely anything. So didn't even count as an AF day. CB monitor says I am low hoping tomorrow it will say high so that I know taking the soy early will hopefully be bringing ovulation forward.

Pretty much everyone is in their TWW now except for myself and @ReginaaPhalange which means next week hopefully we will see some BFPs whoohoo.

@candycrush2298 My spotting has gone from red to brown? Do you reckon I should be concerned.

Realised I don’t have a big Tesco near me. Do you think they sell soy in Sainsburys or Asda? I’ll have a walk down tomorrow after my exam and have a look.

@Elakiya you still spotting that is odd, I would give your doc a call just to see if they think there's any reason for concern you know.

I just had a Google Sainsbury doesnt seem to have and Asda seems to only have a vitabiotics menopace original which seems to have soy and other vitamins. The soy is only 20mg so would be taking a looooooot of tablets a day hahahaha

@candycrush2298 In preparation for the end of exams and therefore the start of my weightloss journey again lol! Did you say you just counted calories or were there certain macro targets you had too? If so how did you work those ones out?

@Boc86 yeah I know love it when it ends lol. This was a painful one so glad its done.

@Elakiya awww thats brilliant. Basically what I did was I would plan my weekly meals then add the meals for the day into my fitness pal before actually eating anything to see if all macros were met and if not then tweak it a bit by adding a bit of this or a bit of that. Some days they were slightly off but I got it as close as dammit lol. And yes the calories were the biggest one for me I focused a lot of energy into making sure I stayed within budget everyday

It's genuinely not a problem @Elakiya I'm at tesco tonight for our bits so I'm happy to get, and have an amazon return to post tomorrow so it's 100% journeys I'm already making. Don't make yourself drive 30 mins for no reason!

I've just wiped loads of EWCM again, I've never had this before what's happening?! I'm 3DPO and had a temp drop today so not ovulating again.

@Kaybobx its still higher than your previous 6 temps. Last cycle yours was also low for two days before going back up. I mean you could BD again today just in case but I think you have ovulated. I have also had cycles like that xx

@Kaybobx hahahaha!!! I dont blame you. LOL!! Personally I think you have ovulated but the ewcm is strange. Hahaha it wouldn't hurt to do it again but yeah I mean you last did it like 3 days ago so sperm can live that long if you were ovulating later lol

@Boc86 you can if you want to but I don't think its necessary, it won't do any harm and maybe the egg is still in the tubes so cant hurt at all

I just absolutely cannot be bothered 😭😭😭 but my worry is the eggs still not come down and his sperm may only last 12 hours!
