Go careful @reginaaphlange 😂

@candycrush2298 I found this that shows how high up your uterus goes at which week which I thought was quite interesting! I'd say that bottom bit abovr my pant line but not quite my stomach does seem 'bigger'. They also say if you lie down then if it's bloat it goes away and you're just left with bump... But when my ibs is bad it doesn't go away, so I'm not completely believing that theory! As soon as I'm sure I have a bump I'll definitely share with you!!

AF here
Light compared to normal and very very dark.
Will count this as cd 1

Elakiya · 18/09/2020 17:01

@NamechangeTTC Awww sorry about AF. Take some time to yourself to cry and let's start again. That's all we can do...

NamechangeTTC · 18/09/2020 17:14

I’m lying on the ground cause I’m so sore. It’s brutal. I want my own bed!!

Elakiya · 18/09/2020 17:47

@NamechangeTTC
for me hot water bottle, painkillers, chocolate and a long sleep is necessary to get through the first 3 days of AF. I know you’re in a hotel and don’t have everything you need. When are you flying back. Hopefully this doesn’t destroy your whole holiday.

candycrush2298 · 18/09/2020 18:08

@Elakiya hmmm I am not sure. Do you think CD5 would feel more accurate to you? I never spot before AF but I did this cycle was weird but hey ho. I know I calculated mine right purely because if I counted the spotting as day 1 then I would have ovulated (guessing) CD15 which is too late for me but ovulating at CD14 is normal.

@Kaybobx lol guys always just think its going to be fine when its clearly not wish they could think like us 😂😂😂

@ReginaaPhalange whoohoo for BD party starting here hahaha. Sure he is thrilled by the news.

@Elakiya whahahah hide the soy from him. No opks is freeing the consecutive BD'ng is the like the most amazing thing ever!!!!

@Welliedays wow that is so interesting thanks for sharing. Hahahaha yeah I know what you mean about IBS mine doesnt go down either. Well as soon as there is an obvious bump I cannot wait to see it 💜💜💜

@NamechangeTTC oh no I am so so sorry!!! What an absolute blow. I really felt like I saw something this morning I truly have line eyes!! I know this is not how you wanted things to go but I hope you can at least enjoy your holiday sending massive hugs your way xx

We’re actually in the ferry queue now. I’ve taken paracetamol and ibuprofen. I’m so tempted by tranaxemic acid hen home too. Kept avoiding it “in case this was implantation” cause ibuprofen you can’t take in trimester one but I’m clearly deluding myself and have taken them.

ReginaaPhalange · 18/09/2020 18:28

Tonight's view 🙄 no idea why I'm hooked on OBEM!

Ah no sorry @NamechangeTTC

NamechangeTTC · 18/09/2020 19:47

Anyone got the menfolk on coq10? I’m tempted to try 200mg this month with 400mg as an option. Both improve motility.

Kaybobx · 18/09/2020 19:53

@NamechangeTTC oooh whats that?

NamechangeTTC · 18/09/2020 19:56

@Kaybobx

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6736512/

Seen a few links for it

Kaybobx · 18/09/2020 19:59

@NamechangeTTC thank you!!! Added to my Amazon basket. I'll be forcing 400mg down hubbys throat lol. Next month I'm getting pregnant!!!! AF can absolutely F right off 😂

NamechangeTTC · 18/09/2020 20:01

I’m starting at 200mg as 300mg and above can impact the liver. Might be worth considering.

Def upping my soy.

candycrush2298 · 18/09/2020 20:19

@NamechangeTTC yes I have read it but heard for women over 25 its best to take ubiquinol which is what COQ10 is derived from and we break it down better and I THINK same goes for men so might be worth getting the 200mg tablets make hubby take 2 and you take one??

www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0716Q35T1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_hHqzFb471PH05?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

This is the one I was looking at because its got omega 3 in which is realllllllly good for fertility and comes in the expensive preconception vits my cheapie pregnacare doesn't have it.

But on mumsnet I was reading multiple threads and everyone recommended this brand for him and her and they got pg first cycle

www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00B0YCMSS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_eIqzFbRQXR96E?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

Another thread people had these Royal Jelly tablets people are swearing by using what bees make

www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07MFLG2ML/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_8IqzFbJD3ZV81?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

And then the video one of us shared about things to do whilst in the TWW the homeopath said to take calc flour from ovulation to AF/BFP to help implantation as it strengthens the lining.

www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00ADD5TL4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_pLqzFbFYZTT29?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

Yes my Amazon basket is full hahahah

Ooft the uniquinol is so expensive! It said younger men can metabolise coq10 so I might start with the Tesco £5 ones rather than £40! It’s adding up. Two fertility reflexology booked again

candycrush2298 · 18/09/2020 20:57

@NamechangeTTC yep whoever said TTC was cheap obviously got pregnant unexpectedly lol!!! The things we have to try are unbelievable. Once my hubbys panax ginseng and maca root (we both take this) run out then I am going to see what else is on the market to try.

OP posts:
candycrush2298 · 18/09/2020 20:59

@NamechangeTTC the Tesco ones are only 100mg so will you make hubby take 4 a day lol? If so you would need way more than one tub a month whahaha

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 18/09/2020 21:00

@candycrush2298 @NamechangeTTC jeeze theres so many things to take. Confusing!

candycrush2298 · 18/09/2020 21:03

@Kaybobx yep there's loads of things people recommend that worked for them. The coq10 is for both men and women so thinking of replacing our maca root with it once we run out. Not sure how much we have left. But I would get coq10 for hubby and ubiquinol for me.

@NamechangeTTC was just thinking if hubby takes 4 tablets a day of the tesco one that would put you at £20 a month

OP posts:
NamechangeTTC · 18/09/2020 21:03

No just two cause of the liver things. Two tubs of them and one soy on the 3 for 2.

NamechangeTTC · 18/09/2020 21:07

I’ve ordered those last two too but not the £40 tubs
