Soy isoflavones - good or bad experiences!

Hi all,
I’m thinking of taking soy isoflavones this cycle as I don’t think my cycle has come back properly after having the coil removed yet. Interested to hear good or bad experiences with it, and which days you took it on! I’m thinking 3-7 as I’m 38 but have been ovulating late so would like to bring it forward so don’t want to rush 4-8 Incase it pushes ov back. Thanks!

Tentative bfp from me yesterday 10dpo. Very late ovulation this month (cd21).

Nothing here just taken my third moth of soy so will give them a rest after this month. Currently 10dpo but not hopeful!

I've been taking them since July 3-7 in sept I took them 2-6 and I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant 🤞 xxxx

Hi @AnxiousAnnie86 when you changed to taking soy days 2-6 instead of 3-7 did you ovulate earlier or anything please?

I'm currently doing 3-7 and this will be month 3

@whatever1980 I actually ovulated a lot later!!!! But I was on my last month of doing it as it was month six! And I think it can delay ovulation after a while of taking, as I noticed the first month I ovulated day 17 then 19 then 22 then I think it was two at 24/25 and the last month 33!
