@candycrush2298 yeah I’ve read that too about agnus castus I’ll definitely look at that
Thank you @Elakiya and yay for your apt!
@Welliedays ta I hope it’s not like into next year or anything 😭

candycrush2298 · 21/08/2020 20:23

@Boc86 hopefully its not that long but yeah if you can find something natural to use in the interim until you get that then definitely do it. If you want to try soy go for it cant do any harm lol.

Yes af showed up last night @Kaybobx so I'm cd2 today. Gonna start taking the soy tomorrow!!
Has af showed for you? Sorry I took the little boy away for the night/day so haven't been reading!

NamechangeTTC · 21/08/2020 22:53

Cd3

120mg soy tonight.

Interesting shouldn’t take with Agnus castus. I’ve had so many recommendations on that.
Doing a part time masters. Today had to watch lots on the fertility industry. Found it really tough.

candycrush2298 · 21/08/2020 22:59

@snapple21 so exciting!! Hoping you also have no side effects whilst taking them.

@NamechangeTTC yeah agnus castus and soy do the opposite so they counteract each other making it pointless so definitely think choose one or the other. I have read agnus castus is beneficial to those that have long or irregular cycles and it also makes your cycles more regular and period less painful but when taking for ttc purposes it must only be taken from cd1 until day before ovulation and then no more for the rest of the cycle.

Ugh that must have been brutal sorry hun x

@NamechangeTTC sorry missed the whole sentence that you also starting soy tonight good luck hope you have no side effects. So excited for all of us!! Hoping we all get our soy babies 🙏

I'm still hanging on, (please do all let me know if you don't want up dates from me and my hopefully sticky bean as I know how upsetting it might be) I started bleeding on what should have been cd29 last time.. And today is cd29 and unless anything happens in the next hour, I've made it through.. So now any extra days is a step in the right direction in my eyes. Still haven't done a second test.

Symptom spotters can add vivid dreams every night, waking up earlier than usual, restless legs when you get into bed, feeling like your period is coming when it's not and heart palpitations to the list of things to look out for (maybe they aren't all symptoms, but they're definitely things that have been happening recently). Heart palpitations have been very annoying today, not going to lie!

Welliedays · 21/08/2020 23:10

@snapple21 @namechangettc @kaybobx good luck with your soy, I want lots of May babies please!!

@namechangettc I'm so sorry, that must have been really tough, but welldone for getting through it

Boc86 · 22/08/2020 07:03

When are you testing again @Welliedays
So exciting! X

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 08:42

@Welliedays how many dpo are you? What dpo were you at cd29 last cycle when you started spotting?

Sounds like you are in the clear.

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 08:44

For everyone taking soy this cycle have a look - 9 years of trying 😯

Welliedays · 22/08/2020 08:52

@candycrush2298 I was approx 15dpo last time and I'm approx 17dpo now, but as you know, i don't track so it's not accurate.

Possibly tomorrow @boc86 I'm still in bed now so I could test now but I'm not brave enough 😂

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 08:55

@Welliedays well it sounds like you are definitely further than last cycle all positive things xx

Kaybobx · 22/08/2020 09:12

@candycrush2298 oh my daysssss I'm so excited to get this soy in my system. What an awesome story.

@snapple21 yes she arrived for me too. Im CD 2 today and going to start on soy today as my cycles are short at 3-4 days.

@Welliedays so glad to hear everything is going well and i definitely want to hear all the updates. We're all friends here now.

Kaybobx · 22/08/2020 09:14

@candycrush2298 she took them for 7 days, arent we supposed to be doing 5?

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 09:27

@Kaybobx lol so glad you are excited I am exactly the same it gave me a new found bit of positivity which I really needed.

yeah definitely think she overdosed I mean I am glad it worked for her but I really wouldn't.

OP posts:
candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 09:28

@Kaybobx especially since we have short cycles 7 days I think would be too long

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 22/08/2020 09:34

@candycrush2298 I've just been reading through that old thread again, everyone was definitely doing 5 days. I'm so confused with the dosage though as everyone does completely different 🙈

PinkRoseFlower · 22/08/2020 09:44

@Welliedays definately keep those updates coming :) I'm excited to see your second test if you do one tomorrow! X

Welliedays · 22/08/2020 09:53

It does @candycrush2298 I'd never thought of my dpo, so you've given me a bit more confidence it's going the right way! Thank you!!

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 10:00

@Kaybobx yeah I know I wanted to do the lowest that will make a difference which is 100mg but the tablets did not allow for that (breaking them in half working for me lol) so thats why I went with 120mg to not mess up my cycle lol
So what dose have you officially decided on trying?

OP posts:
candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 10:01

@Welliedays definitely remember we ovulate on different days each cycle so dpo is the only way to really follow. As I sometimes have 24 days cycles other times 26days once or twice I have even had a 27day cycle its rare for me but its happened. So dpo is always the best. You're fine hun

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 22/08/2020 10:12

@candycrush2298 i think I'll stick to the original plan 80, 120, 120, 160, 160 I'm so frickin excited for us all this cycle. We'll be catching you up hopefully @welliedays

Welliedays · 22/08/2020 10:16

You will @kaybobx, if this one sticks my due date would be the end of April, so I'm having a May baby in my head 😂 so we could all be May babies together!!
