I’ve just realised if I get the new job I wouldn’t get full mat pay. Despite it being nhs to nhs. Sob.

ReginaaPhalange · 30/08/2020 19:05

@NamechangeTTC yes you will..... your continuous service will follow. I moved from one health board to another and my service followed me

ReginaaPhalange · 30/08/2020 19:10

@NamechangeTTC we also had staff start in our dept who moved from another healthboard and still got maternity as she joined us and was pregnant already (first trimester)

NamechangeTTC · 30/08/2020 19:10

Oh really? I keep reading forum posts that terrify me. Not a question for interview Hmm

NamechangeTTC · 30/08/2020 19:11

That’s great though. I’m pleased if that’s the case. Am online looking for their policy but can only find 2015.

ReginaaPhalange · 30/08/2020 19:12

@NamechangeTTC if in doubt, contact their HR dept but don't give your name lol

NamechangeTTC · 30/08/2020 19:15

The app says no line. I see a mild second.

@Elakiya how's your studies going? You feel like you're going to make it through this one?

@NamechangeTTC good to hear the service will move over with you. Hope you get the new job. As for your opks its normal to vary by a couple of days on ovulation. Just you ovulated on day x last cycle doesn't mean you will this month so dont stress about it. I do see a line on your opk so its likely slowly starting to rise it could be sudden or gradual over a few days.

@ReginaaPhalange awww honey it seems testing early is stressing you out to the absolute maximum. Are you OK?

@Welliedays love your imagination on a little window into the womb. Hahahaha i always wished it would be something super easy like a bright green line on your belly at implantation so if you got the green line you instantaneously knew you were pregnant lol and if you didnt get it you knew you weren't hahaha.

ReginaaPhalange · 30/08/2020 19:54

@candycrush2298 so remind me how I take these and when? Lol!

candycrush2298 · 30/08/2020 20:03

Lol its depends on you. I took it CD 3-7 120mg per day. @Kaybobx took it CD2-6 and she took 80mg, 120mg, 120mg, 160mg, 160mg. @snapple21 also increased daily. @NamechangeTTC took it the same as me.
@Elakiya posted the benefits of which days you take it what it will do and the dosage is dependent on you just do not exceed 200mg per day

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 30/08/2020 20:05

@candycrush2298 i admire how amazing your memory is haha!

candycrush2298 · 30/08/2020 20:09

@Kaybobx lol my long term memory is good, my short term is horrid so as long as the information gets stored into my long term memory I am fine. But most of the time I am on autopilot and dont remember what I did 5 minutes ago hahahah.

OP posts:
candycrush2298 · 30/08/2020 20:12

@ReginaaPhalange if its clear enough for you to read then its above the days you choose to take it the dosage is entirely up to you so long as you don't go over 200mg per day.
