I'm testing again tomorrow @namechangettc.. Hoping to get my 3+ weeks on my cb test. I ended up just going to bed when the Internet gave up that last time, tiredness is definitely a symptom!!

I think I'm broken, i had a slight bit of blood in my EWCM! Never had that before. My tummy hurts too but not sure if thats from the gym yesterday. Ugh!

@candycrush2298 I stole a chart from someone else’s thread lol. Basically this is from and Ava bracelet.

It measures temperature and also heart rate. Look at resting heart rate it’s completely in sync with bbt it’s amazing

@Elakiya yeah i know thats what i wanted the ava bracelet but I didn't want to spend £250.00 so been watching on ebay. That's the one I said isn't good for PCOS. Tempdrop can be used for temping with PCOS.

@candycrush2298 I'm trying to stay positive. If I'm still getting negatives tomorrow or Monday then I'll accept I'm out...

@ReginaaPhalange I know what you mean but its so tough isn't it. that's why I am hesitant because without testing I dont know if I am out or not looking at my temps I still have a shot lol!! So just living in a dream world before the test shatters my dreams lol. When I test if I see a negative I will also just accept it and move on.

@Kaybobx have you googled what it means to spot before ovulation? As I know its normal to spot on ovulation or before AF. But never heard of before ovulation. How's your opks looking? Been getting the BD in? Lol!!!

@ReginaaPhalange I know the dissapointment is a natural side effect of seeing a negative test. You so badly just want to see two lines and you put so much hope into seeing it and then when you dont its a blow. Last cycle I honestly drove myself insane putting the tests in different lighting turning it about just to make sure there's 100% no line. Holding everything crossed that your BFN will become your BFP!!! 💜💜💜💜

@ReginaaPhalange I totally understand it’s heartbreaking every time. If yesterday’s cramps were ovulation then you wouldn’t get any hcg for 48 h. Not out yet.

@candycrush2298 Dr Google doesn't answer my question and just shows 'spotting when ovulating' not before! Who knows.
My Opks are high, not peak high. At work at the minute so will take another when im home at 3pm.

@NamechangeTTC I had very slight cramping late last night when in bed, I felt again like I had an icky tummy (I didn't) then got super hungry very fast (like not hungry to rumbling tummy and that never happens at night for me). Woke up this morning with very slight nausea but now I've had some avocado on toast, I feel completely normal..

Won't be using a FRER until tomorrow afternoon or Monday morning... I'm 9dpo today xx

If those of you on soy get your BFP this cycle, then I'm stocking up haha!!!! Xx

@NamechangeTTC might just be sudden surge like me this cycle went from low to positive in 1 day might be the same for you. Mine is usually gradual but think with the soy it made it rapid.

@Kaybobx argh I get so freaken annoyed when Google doesn't have any answers lol. Wonder what it could mean. So annoying. I doubt since it was just a teeny tiny bit that its anything to worry about. Are you stressed about about it? Do you think the soy was maybe too high of a dose for you?

Wow everyday you go girl!!! Is your sex drive high again like last cycle?

Its difficult to compare my chart from this cycle to last because oral temps are way lower than vaginal temps and I got so hot last cycle that I know some of my temps weren't accurate. So I can say yes they look completely different hahaa but its because its a different method.

@Kaybobx awww thanks hun!! I am living in a fantasy world of I could be pg for a while longer because I havent taken a test to bring me back down to earth which is probably how I am holding out so long 🤣🤣

As for my old chart I think of it as a trial run to temping a full cycle hahaha. Lots of errors with hot body, fan off, fan on, being restless during the night. So learnt from that and switched to vaginal so its like this is my first time temping properly. If I am out this cycle I can compare next cycle to this one as I will stick to vaginal
