@MrsK21 we were TTC for 4 months before MMC. I know it’s not long so here’s hoping we will be as fortunate this time round.

@HappyVibes yes definitely gives me hope. I’m trying to reset today with a positive mind set. My body knows what it is doing and I have to trust it. I just need to make sure I stay on track keeping myself healthy and active and giving us the best chance to fall and stay pregnant when the timing is right.

@LAcain so sorry for your loss. First AF is hard as it's the first real reminder, but it is a good reset and I found that after the first AF you begin to deal with it a little better because you have to acknowledge it, if that makes sense. So I think things should feel like a fresh start for you and I really hope you have a nice swift TTC journey.

Still waiting for my AF after second MC but still being messed around of course. Another super faint line on my CB - same as yesterday. So now it's no more testing and wait for the doctors tomorrow. I wore Ava last night too and obviously I can't see a trend because I've missed a week, but temps are still high. I'm hoping they arrange blood tests tomorrow and also maybe a scan to see what's what in there ovary/ovulation wise xx

Oh and FF has taken away any cover line etc, says it can't detect ovulation any more 😭. It was CD18 before I put my temp in today xx

@MichT4 Temps are still high aren't they... I really hope the doctors are helpful tomorrow and offer bloods/scan so you can get some answers! Xx

I got static smiley this morning! Cd18. I didn't temp this morning as had a few drinks last night and I woke up late and forgot but hope to see a rise tomorrow 🤞🏼

@MichT4 only one more sleep until you get to speak someone and hopefully have some answers. Try keep occupied today.

What CD did you get your negative after MC?

@LAcain what an amazing approach to take! I truly believe that thinking, speaking & generally being positive attracts positive things into our lives.

Yes the healthy eating was something I found difficult to revert back to after MC as during pregnancy I was on the mage beige foods cos I couldn’t stick anything other than that. But I’ve been so conscious after MC about really getting back to it - reverted back to greens and fruits, eating complex carbs rather than simple carbs, only one day a week having a treat meal etc. I’m usually like this anyway but PG I got very complacent because I just couldn’t bare the thought of most foods. Anyway back on track feeling MUCH healthier mentally and physically & truly believe that our time is SO soon 💫

@HappyVibes yeah not long to wait hopefully. I can't remember actually but I'm pretty sure it was before CD7. I thought I didn't do OPKs until the test was negative and I did one on CD5. This was counting CD1 as heavy bleeding but I started spotting a week earlier. CD1 was my second blood test at EPU and it was already really low xx

@MichT4 so annoying lines are still faint and temp still high.. wtf is going on. Fingers crossed u get answers tomorrow xx

I hope so @2020wish. I have my trusty hormonal spot appearing so I wonder if AF is on her way xx

I had a complete meltdown yesterday. My AMH is 12.4. The doctor said it was normal for my age but not to wait too long before considering treatment. I googled last night and some sites said that number is normal, others said it is really low. One study said that AMH doesn't determine infertility but its just helpful to know if you're going for IVF. So I just lost it yesterday and broke down. My husband doesn't know what to be at. I just can't settle myself with it all. I still haven't heard from the fertility clinic and I'm gripping onto this small hope that it'll still happen for me. I'm not even in the TWW yet and I'm already losing the plot

@chloedancer897 aw I had that test and I’m sure mine was around that number too. I will dig out my results and let you know.

@Pugprincess oh just every month I get a spot in the same place, sort of a cm below my lip on my chin. I always associate it with hormones as it's there every damn month 🙄😂

@chloedancer897 so sorry you've had a wobbly day. It's good news though that it is a normal range? I remember reading about it only being relevant for during ivf treatment anyway so hopefully it's a positive thing. I guess sometimes you want numbers to fall into the not normal so they do something. You're doing all the right things, how was your Ava sync this morning? xx

@chloedancer897 sorry to hear you having a wobble. I've not had the AMH myself but have seen lots of bits and bobs about it online and as you say it the values range depending where you are looking. Hope you hear from the fertility clinic soon xx

@MichT4 he slept on sofa and me in spare room. I think I’m done being angry now. He’s gone football so I’ve messaged him that I’m sorry for being extra angrier than normal. X

Three amigos made me laugh too @Northernsoul90 @HappyVibes bring on the TWW- hoping it flies by for us. Do you guys have anything planned over the next couple of weeks to distract? I'm wondering what to do over bank hol Monday - will give me something to stop speculation I hope 🙄

@chloedancer897 I don't know what the levels mean but if there is differing advice online just try to think nothing's changed till you see your specialist who can explain it all. Sometimes it's all about the whole picture as well rather than one number in isolation?

We have things planned for both weekends already with our friends which is good. Now after the MC everyone knows we are trying so there’ll be no need to hide the non alcoholic stuff which is good as there’s no added pressure, everyone just accepts it so no speculation.

I’m going to try and stick to my guns of no testing until 5th September - unless I get very strong PG symptoms (which I did with previous PG via my boob pain).

@MichT4 gosh, yeah your temps are still high, would you consider trying to book a private pelvic ultrasound for tomorrow or this week if the docs don't do it? Because at least then if it is a negative they could tell you when you're likely to expect AF based on lining or where they see an egg etc. Hope you are feeling ok xx

@Northernsoul90 woohoo for static! Normally with temps you get a 'dip' on the day you ovulate then you get your rise. Some get a slow dip for two days before hand, fingers crossed you get a quick rise 🤞

@chloedancer897 I've seen alot too that AMH doesn't determine how fertile you are and mostly a good to know for IVF. Because in reality whether you have 100,000 eggs or 10,000 you can only release one a month regardless, I don't know how quickly reserves diminish but try not to panic 💕 sending you lots of love x

@HappyVibes oh that's great that you can be so open! Definitely helps take the pressure off.
I'm seeing my parents over the week for a family thing and because OH and I have a 2 hours drive there and back we can always say I'm not drinking because we've got to drive, so that's fine!
Don't think I'll test till then either but if I make it till then maybe will just wait and see if AF turns up on the 6th and then test if late. I'm sure when it gets to 12DPO all my good intentions will go flying out of the window 😂

@VP91x Thank you! I wish I had taken my temp this morning now - I got a dip yesterday but no peak opk so possibly I had a 'slow dip' like you say yesterday and today. Will see how it is in the morning! How are you? Xx

@MrsK21 @HappyVibes I have plans for next weekend and then I start back at work the week after that for the first time in months so that will keep me occupied. I'm actually dreading it though 😭. I will probably test on the 6th Sep which will be 13/14dpo or may even try and hold out for a couple of days after that if I can. I prefer testing once af is late but it's hard waiting! Xx

@VP91x yeah I might do actually. I'm hoping they will do it as they promised me the scan for PCOS anyway, so I'm just going to ask them to hurry that along. Would be good to have a good old root around in there and have someone tell me what's what. Wonder how expensive it is to just pay for one rather than go through private health. I have a £100 excess so I'd be better to just find one I suppose. No idea where to even look xx

@MichT4 I paid £139 for mine and I just searched pelvic ultrasound and then the clinics should pop up. Alot of the pregnancy scan clinics offer them as a different service xx
