BFN this morning and v light spotting but had a couple of clots since last night too so definitely think yesterday's was an evap line - looks like I'm out for this month xx

Thank you @chloedancer897 you'd think I'd know all this info by now. I've been on the threads since beginning of June but this is first new cycle since MC so I feel super nervous. We've lost so much time to the first mc already.
How are you doing hun? How are you finding Ava? I was looking into it but trying out a regular thermometer first before I take the plunge.

@HappyVibes that's my nervousness too but I don't want to wear my OH out. He's been really good and is up for trying whatever seems best but don't want him to feel used and end up arguing. I remember a few ladies on the thread in past months having arguments with OHs because of the stress of DTD! X

@MrsK21 @HappyVibes We all seem to be in the same boat! I'm on my 4th flashy this morning but I get worried if I don't do it one day and then get my static the next morning we've missed a good opportunity - I have heard doing the deed the day before ovulation is a good time. If only we knew exactly when we could get static... it would be just my luck the one day we didn't do it I would get static the next day xx

@Northernsoul90 honestly it's so stressful! I hope that if I don't catch this month, then at least a pattern will emerge with ovulation so then can target DTD closer to those times. Think you're right in that we're all first cycle post MC so it's all a bit unknown right now.
It's @MichT4 that has the pleasure of boating on Lake Windermere. Unfortunately, I'm just stuck in my home office with 1001 things to do for work but distracting myself with Mumsnet :)

@MrsK21 don't worry at all. I only know because I've totally tortured the girls on here!lol

My Ava arrives tomorrow. I'll let you know how I get on with it. Fingers crossed for us both x

@MrsK21 @Northernsoul90 what a predicament ha. We are super blessed to have the fertile window so regular so that’s the good thing for us. I said to my husband shall we DTD every other day until the static but he wants to DTD every day bless him & make sure we are in for the win haha so I’ll happily go with that 😊 Xx

@HappyVibes Aww that's good then!! @MrsK21 I know it is hard knowing what to do for the best! I usually know when I'm going to ovulate but like you say first cycle post mc is confusing.

Just logging off of my works computer for a much needed break. Back on the 2nd of September. I'm so tired.
What sort of hours do you girls work?
I'm only part time, I do Monday-Wednesday 8-2. Love my hours and don't think I could ever go back to full time again 😂

Not had any spotting since 10am this morning and nausea is back. I have no idea what's going on with my body 😞

@ladysamee Sorry to hear this it's so confusing and upsetting isn't it. How many days are you post ovulation now? Xx

@Lollol86 I work in a school so do work full time but am off at the moment and haven't been in properly since lockdown what with that happening and then the mc. I'm dreading going back. When I have children I would like to go part time xx

@Northernsoul90 I'm 14dpo now. Went out for food last night and felt so ill during and after. Came home and vomiting (I've been suffering with nausea on and off for the past 4 days or so). Last night noticed some light spotting, checked my CM (tmi sorry) and had light brown/red discharge with a couple of small clots. Put a pad on overnight just incase and nothing was on there in the morning. I got up and used my FRER with fmu and no hint of a line, wiped again and had the faintest brown spotting. Checked CM and had more light brown discharge with another small clot. No sign of spotting since 10am and feeling the nausea again.

It's so frustrating. Sorry for the rant, I just don't know what else to do at this point. x

@Happyvibes I believe with opk your not mean to actually use fmu in general unlike a pregnant test as it can give u a false positive. Smu should always be used for opk as with your fmu the hormones have been accumlating overnight.

@DBTJ the CBD advances say to use the FMU. It’s more the cheapies that are not to be the FMU. Thank you. I’m just gunna stick to the CBD as I drink too much fluids in the day to use the cheapies and for them not to be diluted xxx

@ladysamee sorry to hear your also being messed about. What is it with this month? You and @MichT4 with the faint lines. We need strong bold ones!! Your not out yet girls, let’s think positive 😘

Who else is going crazy in the TWW? I’ve had back ache the last few days... I have been off work but I’m a nurse so I’m thinking is it work related orrrr?? I’m 8dpo. I want to wait until Sunday to test but can do it earliest Friday? AF due Tuesday xx

@chloedancer897 thanks that's good to know! Why the massive price difference though if it's the same as any other conception multi vitamin cos it's so much more expensive! xx

Just noticed that there was a drop in my bbt this morning - I'm thinking it may have been a CP

I'm just back from my first acupuncture session and I definitely recommend it. It was like a counselling session plus acupuncture in one. I felt so relaxed after and even had a nap. I'm going weekly for a month and then decreasing to 2 weekly.

@Lollol86 I’m a special needs/ paediatric dental nurse I just work a couple of days a week Thursday and Friday although I’m not having patient contact now so I’m just admin and missing getting hugs off the patients lol it’s nice just the right balance what do you do? Xx

@Tink20058 awww that sounds like a love job, especially the hugs. I check the advice given on mortgage cases, it's like a controls, risk, audit type of job. Not very exciting but pays ok and they are really flexible xx

Ah ladies, finally got my blood test results back..

My progesterone was 0.5 nmol/L I think it is best to be above 60 in your LP. What a joke 😂 if I don't laugh I'll cry. Xx

@ladysamee Don't apologise for posting how you feel. I really hope it wasn't a chemical 🤞🏼 will you retest? Xx

@VP91x What will the next step be? Will they prescribe something to increase progesterone or still just to wait until your app? Sorry it was so low but at least you are aware of it now and moving forward in the right direction xxx

@VP91x good you got them back though. You did think you hadn't ovulated though. What did they say?

@ladysamee sorry about your negative this morning. I'm gutted I haven't got my Ava now, I would like to know what my temps are doing. Sorry you think it's a chemical, I don't think you'd have got that many evaps though

@Northernsoul90 thank you! Today we went for a walk in grizedale forest. The little ones did so well, we walked about 5 miles. Then a lovely pub lunch. Feel absolutely wiped out now
