I hope it’s implantation for you @Sansa87 x

stickytoffeepud1991 · 23/08/2020 08:44

@Sansa87 fingers crossed hope it’s implantation!!
I can’t remember ever having it with my daughter. The only thing I remember was this I didn’t go to the toilet in a week when I was on the 2ww and I’d never felt constipation like it 😂

Thanks @MrsB2019x exactly!! My aim is still a June/July/August baby so all I can do is keep trying haha! Xxx

Sansa87 · 23/08/2020 09:01

I found the June thread and I was feeling quite similar. My cm is slightly different this time (I thought it was thrush before 😂) and I also had shooting pains, but I definitely had and cramps and carried a tampon around from 7dpo (I have it in my pocket again now. Finally found one the bottom of my bedside table!)

LT103 · 23/08/2020 09:16

@Sansa87 7dpo seems a bit early for af so fingers crossed for you it’s implantation!!!

LT103 · 23/08/2020 09:17

@MrsB2019x you were right. Nice strong peak this morning.....finally!!!

August might be pact might be madness part 2
stickytoffeepud1991 · 23/08/2020 09:26

That’s a good peak @LT103 !!! So does that mean you should be ovulating now?? Or within the next few hours??
With my opks I had a high then the next day it’d gone to negative again so I assumed I had ov’d maybe the next day or overnight but according to ovia and my period finally arriving properly today it would assume I ovulated on cd19 not cd17/18 like I thought!
Don’t know whether to get the smiley opks xxx

LT103 · 23/08/2020 09:36

@stickytoffeepud1991 I always seem to get a peak for a day or more but everyone is different. I know a lot of people get a really short peak so you could have just missed it. Once I start to get high readings I test 3 or 4 times a day. Once you get peak you should ovulate in 12-36 hours so prob tomorrow. I’ve been checking temp in morning and it’s been pretty reliable for showing ovulation last 2 cycles so I’ll keep doing it and make sure I definitely ovulate 🤞

Sansa87 · 23/08/2020 09:48

@LT103 I ovulated a week later than usual. It’s the first cycle after mmc so not sure what my body is doing. I’m hoping I have a 33 day cycle, but I’d it’s normal 28 then I’m due af tomorrow.

This is why people wait for a period before starting ttc again isn’t it 😂

Sweating my bollocks off at work 😩 shouldn’t have had a blondie for breakfast, as that along with mask, and heavy lifting 🤢

LT103 · 23/08/2020 11:09

@Sansa87 hoping she stays away for you!!! The waiting game is just so stressful!

Sansa87 · 23/08/2020 16:16

How’s everyone doing? I’m trying to distract myself, so this probably isn’t the best place, but here I am 😂

Start of another week tomorrow. Solicitors will be back in the “office” apparently there’s a moderate risk of subsidence on housey. It’s 11 months old, and 398 out of 400 have people in so not sure how serious it is or what it means. Our solicitors are chasing the others and asking how much their building insurance is. Nervous doesn’t cover it right now 😅

MrsB2019x · 23/08/2020 19:52

@Sansa87 Oh no! Is it just the land that they have built it on? Depending on how long you intend to stay it might not even affect you too much, besides buildings insurance x

Sansa87 · 23/08/2020 20:14

@MrsB2019x no idea, I’m leaving it to solicitors and oh. Google told me 1/3 properties have this warning. Not sure how true that is though.

We want it to be our home until we retire to the seaside really. I guess it depends on how much they charge for the insurance like you said.

whambam89 · 23/08/2020 22:17

@sansa87 fingers crossed it's not too serious!

How is everyone? Not been on for a few days so sorry if I've missed anything. CD10 for me now so started with OPKs this morning - haven't had my static previously until day 16/17 so we'll see what the next few days bring!

@kirinm hope you're doing ok x

MrsB2019x · 23/08/2020 22:50

@whambam89 Think we’re near enough cycle buddies again, I’m CD11. Ovia is predicting AF 10/9, Clue is predicting 11/9. Leaning more towards Clue as it’s usually pretty accurate

Sansa87 · 24/08/2020 05:51

Good luck girls!

Oh had to go into work early, which means I have to walk into work. It’s still dark out there. I’m pretty sure I was asleep before 9 last night, but Jesus I’m sleepy!

whambam89 · 24/08/2020 07:36

@MrsB2019x AF due 11th / 12th for me as well! Hopefully this is our month 🤞

MrsBtobe2020 · 24/08/2020 07:44

If my cycle returns to a normal 32 then I will be testing on what should have been my wedding day! Fingers crossed for you @whambam89 @MrsB2019x

Sansa87 · 24/08/2020 08:54

Think I’m out 😔 very crampy today, & cervical mucus is definitely tinged pink.

I didn’t get implantation bleeding at all last time, and this is showing all the period symptoms. My boobs don’t hurt, which the only thing different, but I definitely didn’t feel this crampy last time.

Pretty gutted, as I’d started to think that maybe we had managed it again.

whambam89 · 24/08/2020 09:14

@MrsBtobe2020 ooh hopefully that's a good omen! Good luck 🤞

@sansa87 you're not out until AF shows, try to think positively x

Sansa87 · 24/08/2020 09:24

I feel like I’ve jinxed it wearing Victoria secrets underwear 🙈

I always knew there was a low chance this cycle after the surgery so trying to focus on that instead of being super disappointed.

Obvs it’s not official but it feels it

MrsB2019x · 24/08/2020 09:29

@Sansa87 Aren’t you only like 8dpo though? Would be a bit soon for AF wouldn’t it?

Aww @MrsBtobe2020 so gutted for you & everyone else whose wedding had to be cancelled this year 😭 when were you supposed to be getting married?

Sansa87 · 24/08/2020 09:48

@MrsB2019x yeah,8dpo but it’s exactly 4 weeks since my surgical management. I’m usually a 28 day cycle, but I ovulated day 20. I was hoping for a longer cycle but it might just be I ovulated a week late and my cycle is still going to be 28 days.

MrsB2019x · 24/08/2020 16:58

From what I know the luteal phase always remains the same no matter when you ovulated 🤷🏻‍♀️ I could be talking out my arse but I’m sure I read that somewhere!x

I'd heard the same, 🤞 for you @Sansa87

Partner had a missed call from the doctors today, when he rang back it was about his SA results. The doctor is going to ring him in the morning
