@candycrush2298 vit b6 helps progesterone production and I’ve found its helped my ‘period flu’ SO MUCH
But b complex (which contains b6) apparently had b12 which helps you absorb b6 better but I can’t find what dose I’m supposed to take x

So really random but my mum literally doesn't sleep, she's been on sleeping pills for years and years but the doctor has told her shes been on them too long and needs to come off them (i guess shes addicted) she gets them online from a uk pharmacy. You just have to fill in a form and basically lie that your doctor knows about it you get them next day delivery. I've noticed they have clomid on there! Im very tempted! I could be the genuine pig for this one haha.

Dr Google says my chart is too up and down and the drop today will lead to AF basically. Ugh!

@Kaybobx oh my goodness I had absolutely no idea you could do such things hahahahahahaa. Is it expensive? Let me know if you decide to try it hahahaha.

I have bought some bromelain to take from 1-5dpo because I really don't enjoy the pineapple core but want to try it. I have also heard it helps as a natural anti inflammatory and helps naturally with IBS which I suffer badly with straight after ovulation so even if it does nothing to help implantation I sure hope it helps with the ibs symptoms.

@candycrush2298 £40 which isnt bad considering they work for 80% of people. Ive just been on the site though and it says closed due to Covid19 we will be back soon boooo! Maybe next cycle!

Oh ok I'll look into those. I have IBS plus a cows milk intolerance so I'm constantly bloated and cramped as milk is in literally everything i like haha.

If you can obviously eating a pineapple core is way better than supplements but yeah I dont like the core and thats what contains the most lol.

@candycrush2298 ok sorry stupid question alert... does the core taste different to actual pineapple? How much are you supposed to eat? I do like pineapple to be honest haha.

@Kaybobx whahahaha its not a stupid question. I love pineapple and eat it very often but the core has a bitter taste and quite a hard texture in comparison to the pineapple. Has to be fresh pineapple not from a tin.

So if you buy one large pineapple. Cut off the leaves and peel the skin off then cut it into 5 slices like pizza slices (triangles) so that every slice has a part of the core. From the day after ovulation you eat one slice first thing in the morning before eating any other meal or drinking anything as the bromelain works best with acidity in your tummy. Do that for 5 days and it helps with implantation.

@candycrush2298 oooh ok thanks for that I'll give it a go. I'm definitely ovulating and my follicles are definitely getting to size to release an egg so implantation seems to be the issue (or my eggs are fried haha) My scans confirmed all of the above.

I had high hopes too with all the BDing and the strong OPKS for 3 blumin days. Im getting so fed up now though, im sure you do too.

@Kaybobx I know I am ovulating too, not sure on the quality or size of my follicles but know that I am releasing one. Thats why I am hoping the soy is going to make a good quality follicle. I wish we could just know what the issue is so we can fix it you know.

Yeah really thought you covered most of all those really high days. Its just so annoying! Like truly what can we do it to just getting a sticky bean.

What is your hubby like when AF comes every month? I think its getting to me abit now that the longer this has gone on the more my hubby is just accepting its not happening and keeps saying well we have one baby its ok we dont have to have another. Noooooo, just no dont i don't want him to think like that 😭

@Kaybobx yeah thats exactly it!! You just want a solution so that you actually have something to work towards at the moment we are just shooting in the dark and pray we reach our target. Its soul destroying.

My hubby talks about adoption, and asks if its time we start looking into it and contacting agencies. And I am like not yet. So like your hubby he is just thinking its not going to work. And I also dont want him to think like that. I mean I am grateful he is still thinking about kids and thinking about adoption which warms my heart immensely but I just cant give up. I dont know when something in me will finally be like ok enough is enough lets stop and look into adoption now but I cant imagine I am too far off giving up.

Awe your hubby sounds amazingly supportive. Mine would never consider adoption but we have already got one child so i can see why he's just happy with her but i also want more for her. I think of it if anything happened to me and hubby, she would be alone which makes me really sad. If she had a sibling they can love and take care of each other. I know i have family but my parents are older now and both with health issues. Im literally getting older and my clock is ticking out. I dont want to and can't give up. Awe hun i hope this is your month, you sound like an amazing couple and you deserve a little sticky bean.

@Kaybobx oh hell yes, in the movies people have one night stands and then 10 years later the girls ends up marrying the baby daddy whahahaah. So cliche but like how did they even get pregnant with just one time lol!!!

Yeah he is pretty awesome lol!! I can also understand with having one naturally it changes the dynamics on adoption. Yeah I can totally understand what you mean you want someone close to her age so that they have each other to rely on and be close too. Should the worst happen they have each other I would want the exact same things. I really hope that you guys conceive soon so that your little girl doesn't need to grow up all alone..I love your thinking and want to do the same. Awww thank you hun thats so sweet!!! I literally think the same for you and your hubby anyone who wants to make a close family member for their little girl definitely deserves it in my eyes!!! Lets hope next cycle is it for all of us how much more negatives can we really endure 😭

@candycrush2298 i watched Bridget Jones Diary a couple of days ago when she got pregnant that one time and didn't know who the Dad was. Like whatt how? It shouldn't be made to look so easy when so many are struggling. They never show that on TV.

Yes I think all of our journeys are unique and we all deserve this. All of us have our own set of struggles but we all have one thing in common in that we really want this. Such a great bunch we are. Yes!!! My patience has pretty much diminished now😂😂😂 sick of waiting!!! Waiting for AF, waiting to test, waiting for ovulation, waiting for to test again and then waiting for AF. Just sick of all the waiting..

My temp went back up though. Tempted to buy a FRER to confirm as im still abit like am i aren't i and getting hung on my temping. If a FRER is negative im definitely out.

Normally about 48h. Had really intense cramping last night that stopped me sleeping. That’s not my normal.
