I'm CD11, waiting for something (anything) to happen this month 😂. Only taking my Inofolic Alpha this cycle and nothing else.

@MichT4 feel the same way today. I feel like I keep getting these signs that it isn't meant to happen and I just wish I could accept it sometimes. It's hard not to feel this way sometimes and start having that faith in our bodies again.

@VP91x not getting my hopes up. I had every symptom under the sun last time and then BAM AF arrived right on time. So it could be nothing. I read that progesterone rises anyway before AF so you may get symptoms but it doesn't mean anything at all

@MichT4 Fingers crossed for you, I think when you least expect it to happen it does! P.s the pup is gorgeous 🥰

@MichT4 sorry you've had a wobble - it's totally normal to feel like that. My cousin is pregnant atm and she's had a gender reveal etc and I was thinking "why bother" id be so happy regardless of gender!
I've seen Joker - I felt I left the cinema in a pit of depression but Joaquin Phoenix was amazing in it!

@Northernsoul90 no worries lovely, I feel I've forgotten myself what happened it was that long ago lol I had some high OPKs but no peak so didn't ovulate but roughly 28 days after negative hpts I got 3 days of light spotting ranging from brown to pink. It wasn't heavy but enough to need a panty liner. At first I thought it was random spotting but after speaking to consultant she thinks that was an AF trying to happen x

@MichT4 I think I'm enjoying the rose a little too much 😂 I've drank nearly the full bottle without realising! I feel nice and relaxed now though after a bath. It sounds like you're having a chilled out evening as well! Enjoy! Xx

@MrsK21 Ahh right okay thanks for that! At the minute I still just have very dark brown almost black spotting with stringy clots. I'm hoping it turns into more of a period over the next couple of days. I'm hoping if not and I speak the nurse they do some scans or something just to check everything's okay xx

Thank you @VP91x, it does mean a lot that you are all there to support through everything. Obviously I am still remaining hopeful, no point in not at this stage. I feel very lucky that I have an amazing life, and now we have our little pup joining the family. Just every now and again worry why we have had to go through these MCs and whether it'll happen. As you say, sometimes we just need to sit on it, let it out and pick ourselves up. I'll do that, I'm ok, just think maybe I've been pushing the sadness away and I need to acknowledge it.

Sounds like you have a lovely weekend planned. And those OPKs better buck their ideas up this weekend!

@chloedancer897 sorry you've been feeling the same today. It's hard to process all the emotions at once and I think they just come out in waves. While I'm negative nelly tonight, I do think there's a lot to be said in trusting our bodies. I do know it will do what it needs to, I'm sure of it, just sometimes things remind me of how robbed I feel. But we can do this, and we will. Whenever it happens we will all be there to support one another and it's going to be bloody amazing when it does!

@Rebecca1992 thanks lovely. I know it'll happen. I think all the distractions are doing me good on the whole. The thing with my sister just knocked me, not sure why it triggered me. But i will just keep looking forward to the day it happens

@MrsK21 thank you, I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's just those little reminders isn't it.
I feel a bit like that with Joker. I was open mouthed for most of it. What a dark film! But I'm glad I watched it, he was fantastic!!

@Northernsoul90 good work on the wine! Loving your style!! You enjoy it, you deserve a weekend of treats and as much rose as you can possibly imagine!

Thanks all. Just to reiterate, this is a temporary phase, I'll be ok in the morning. So many lovely things are happening, and as you say, until I know otherwise I shall remain in my seat of positivity that I'll get a bfp! Just needed to watch a disturbing film to make myself feel better 😂

@MichT4 I think it’s that awful in limbo feeling too isn’t it? And you have that double whammy at the moment because you are waiting for the puppy and in the tww. X

@MichT4 you definitely do need to acknowledge it otherwise you will never really come to terms with it.
Your beautiful pup will help fill part of the empty hole.

Good morning ladies! So have arrived at airport waiting to drop off baggage. Had huge fight with DH - need to rant it out with you guys. He didn’t rock up until 1!!! Completely pissed! Even locked himself in freshly cleaned to throw up. He never throws up! Basically they went to weatherspoons after the park. I was and still am absolutely livid. Even after voicing my concerns before he left he didn’t have it in himself to control himself just cos he met his team mates after 5months! So what I haven’t met up with anyone in these five months other than nurses doctors for my MMC! Like FFS! Obv I’m screamed down at him saying how upset and disappointed I am and if roles were reversed he would never forgive me for such behaviour and for being flippant in putting his parents lives at risk! His argument (v weak one) is that his visa didn’t arrive yesterday anyway and because of how I was feeling about him going out yesterday he would come 3/4 days later anyway. So what that gives him the right to go to a bloody pub and get even more pissed?! I’ve just left him in the guest bedroom after I screamed at him again this morning. Last night I even told him not to bother coming to Vienna and I will just see him in September when I’m back. Then I said if he really wanted to come then he shouldn’t bother without having a negative test here. This morning I had nothing else to say. He was snoring away still drunk obv but I’m absolutely living but also really glad that I’m going home now. But what makes me so angry and upset is that he is always such a big advocate for family values etc but with this one act he has disrespected me and my family. He better not expect anything from me next time we have to go and see his family. Anyway I wanted to share this with you ladies and get it off my chest as it has put a right damper on my mood. Who knows when he will come to Vienna now! Ugh! Xxx

@MichT4 , @MrsK21 Omg all my friends having gender reveal parties slightly upsets me for the exact same reason! Glad I'm not completely losing it. Also I almost had another self-pity cry last night, but feel a lot better after a good night's sleep. @chloedancer897 I know what you mean- I feel like strong, lasting BFPs must be something that happen to other "normal" people, but then I remind myself what my CBT therapist used to say about being you and your body's own cheerleader, because in the end your body is doing its best to keep you alive. So I am trying to be my own cheerleader by saying nice things about my body- even if I'm horribly gassy at the moment, at least it means I'm digesting food!

@Northernsoul90 I was so tired last night after going on a nice walk to pick the blackberries for my pie that I never got round to making the pie! On the bright side I have LOADS of blackberries so that'll be a nice task for today

@Firevie Oh god, DH being so rude is the last thing you need on your mind! That's so unacceptable after he knew how concerned you were about protecting your family. I hope you had a nice relaxing evening with your takeaway at least, and that you have a safe trip. Can I join your Thursday/Friday testing club?

@Pugprincess Thank you for the reassurance and the implantation knowledge, the light brown stuff has gone now, so here's hoping! And WOW look at that progression! Hope the nausea passes, but congrats Remind me, how many DPO are you?

I can't tell if I want my boobs to stop aching because it's uncomfortable, or to keep aching because it could be a sign of pregnancy

Yes, hopefully won't be too busy tomorrow at Chessington! Silly OPKs, I'm meant to have my bloods done day21 or 7 dpo so if I have another by day 18/19 I'll book them in for d21 anyway xx

@Firevie oh god, that doesn't sound ideal, sorry that you ended up having a big argument. I hope he wakes up feeling a bit guilty this morning and tries to make it up to you. I'm sure he will still want to come to Vienna to see you. Hope you have a safe flight xx🥰

Sorry @Firevie I didn’t see your msg till after I posted. Urghhh men can be such arses! It’s like they get carried away and have no off button sometimes. My OH is exactly the same. It’s a shame you have had to leave on an argument and I hope you will be ok. Hopefully you can sort it over the phone when you have had some time. Honestly men are like big kids lol, well mine can defo be lol. It would have been nice if on your last day he would get up early and see you off etc. Really inconsiderate x

Thank you @VP91x and @scrambledeggy and @Firevie, I’ve done a collage to compare them to yesterday’s fresh tests rather than dry. I can’t believe it’s happened so quick after my 5 years of trying. The more fertile after mc thing must be true. So happy but pray I can keep it now!! Trying not to get my hopes up until I’m in a safer stage. I’d be 4 weeks tomorrow, I’m 13dpo. Xx

@scrambledeggy the weirdest thing so far is my boobs don’t really hurt. They did last time. I get stabbing pains in them but don’t feel like swollen or anything. My weirdest symptoms have been a twitchy right eye for nearly a week and from yesterday my eyes are watering like mad and feel like I have something in them. I googled and it is a thing apparently. X

@Pugprincess thank you! And I am keeping my fingers crossed for you so that the lines get darker and darker! Flight is two hours so I’ll be home around 11am London time.
Btw you know how I take my BBT every morning at 6.30 do you ladies suggest sticking to that? Given Vienna is one hour ahead of London so my 6:30 here will be 7.30 Vienna time or shall I keep to 630 Vienna time?! Xxx

@Pugprincess I mean, I'm fully onboard with this trust your body thing but they don't half do some weird stuff! Interesting that it can vary so much from pregnancy to pregnancy too. I originally came of the mininpill in the spring bc of boob pain and when I mentioned this in my Grandma's presence she straight up asked me if I was pregnant!

@VP91x yeah I am feeling better this morning I think. Sun is shining so can't complain too much! The film was brilliant, but it's very dark and a bit disturbing. Really that's just credit to the acting, it's worth a watch for sure.

@Firevie wow! What a 24 hours you've been put through by DH. I honestly can't believe he didn't see you off and think he is going to wake up feeling terrible. He should! I would be furious!
Well done to you for just walking away and doing what you need to do. I hope he comes to his senses and realised what an arse he was!

@Pugprincess lovely developing lines! So happy it happened quickly for you, especially after how long it took first time. I really hope this is a super sticky one!

@scrambledeggy you are having some very confusing symptoms. It's so annoying that they can usually all mean both things - especially after MC it seems! I really really hope yours are PG symptoms. What day next week will you test?
I keep hoping I feel some kind of symptom. The last pregnancy I had really swollen boobs. And I've had sore boobs every month since the first MC, which I never used to get before. So I know it's a AF sign too, but I haven't got them at all yet. What's this body up to this time?

@Firevie oh bless you what a night you have had. Even if he comes in 3/4 days that makes no difference as it can take up to 2 weeks to gets symptoms . You have every right to be mad. See if I was you I wouldn't contact him now, but I'm so stubborn 😂😂 it will be good for you to go away and see all of your family and friends xx
