Ladies, I used a FRER this morning with FMU at 12 DPO and there's a very faint line. I think it's too faint to be anything though as I'm sure at 12 DPO it would be far darker. Thoughts?

No I rang the doctor yesterday and because I haven't recorded a peak on my OPKs the doctor said to cancel the bloods because he said it's likely I might have another messed up cycle 🥺 although I would expect ov to be soon as I've suddenly become very horny in the last 2 days ... 🤔

Thanks all. I'm not getting excited yet as I had a similar line in January and had my period a few days later so might be the same thing again but I'll test again in a couple of days and see if it gets any darker. Sticking around with you all for now!

@2020mission that BFP looks perfect for 12DPO to me 😊

@lucyrp definitely test twice a day with CB. When I was TTC last year I had a month where I was only testing once a day and just got flashy smileys no static. Once I switched to twice a day I always got my static in the evening. Same this time TTC, never got a morning static only the evening. If you've only tested morning you may have missed it or you may still be a few days off. I got my static on the 9th day of smileys the month before my BFP. Have you had any other symptoms of ovulation to suggest you may just have missed your LH surge testing once a day? Any EWCM etc?

Congratulations @2020mission maybe you ovulated a little later than you thought? Fingers crossed for you, hope you get a stronger line in a couple of days to reassure you.

@KateColx I'm seriously thinking of joining you on the relaxed approach. I'm fed up of tracking! After 2 messed up cycles (42 days, then 20 days) it feels pointless. I poas everyday this cycle!!! I had to keep doing opks to be sure after multiple peaks the previous cycle. OH thinks I should track for one more cycle so I have the information for the doctor if its it's another abnormal cycle but I'm more thinking either go to the doctor now or just stop tracking and leave it to fate.

@Noble89 well I had some short cramping yesterday dinner time and felt very horny last night. I never really notice EWCM as such I just feel wet I've never seen it clear and stretchy. I've been doing cheap OPKs the last few days twice a day to see if I notice anything on that and I posted a pic of them yesterday il post it again now for you to see. I totally forgot I could rest twice a day with cb il do an IC at dinner time and then do an IC and CB at tea time today

Apart from having 3 Brazil nuts every day after ovulation, guess what the only other thing different this month was?

You guessed it, I scoffed a bar of Oreo dairy milk chocolate 😂

@lucyrp yes the only one that looks nearly peak is yesterday’s at 1ish. I always find around ovulation I’m mega horny!

@lucyrp I've never had a higher OPK than reading than 78% so I had to rely on other signs like CM and being in the mood. Sorry you're having unclear OPK results, if I were you I'd just keep DTD every second day to make sure you cover when it does happen 🤞 don't worry about not getting a full peak result

@2020mission congrats! Not your first? Im a bit in shock still and ate brie yesterday and braised steak in red wine, then thought am I suppose to do this? Managed to stay away from the pate. So hard when all I want to do is ask my sister!

@Minster2012 so sorry about your grandparents. As somebody else said, better wait till the emotional stress of funerals are over before trying IVF. Unfortunately the barn is taking forever for the vendor to make a decision as there are 6 different lots. If we get it, we are definitely applying for grand design 🤣 Not going on holiday anymore, too risky with COVId atm to book. Plus if we get the barn we need the money 🙈
@lucyrp remember you ovulate 12-36 after onset of LH surge, not from peak, so doesn't really matter if you miss the peak as long as you get a surge. I would get those bloods done.

@KateColx Ahh thank you! I'm feeling ok so far, boobs are slightly tender but nothing really too noticeable and I'm sooo tired! Ever since I got my BFP I've been really anxious about something going wrong but trying to stay positive as nothing at all to point to anything wrong! I can definitely see the advantages of not worrying over OPKs and tracking everything, hopefully this is the cycle for you 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@blodyn91 I got so confused with what I could and couldn't eat so I've screenshotted all the food pages from NHS website and saved them in a separate image folder on my phone! Actually gutted I can't have a nice medium rare steak when we go out (to a steak place as well!!!) on Monday 😬

I actually do feel guilty for sharing that test photo on here as I know from experience how sad it can be to see others have some luck when you've recently got AF or BFN. Really sorry if I've upset anyone, but I have had a chemical with a line this faint 8 months ago, so it really might be nothing and you'll see me back trying again with you all next month.

I honestly did nothing different this month (other than the few Brazil nuts and Oreo chocolate) so it goes to show that it really is just like rolling a 🎲
