@Katao I found the test lines darker on easy@home than the femometer ones as well. My baseline would read as (very low) high on easy@home but zero on femometr. 🤔🤔

@blodyn91 yeah this is the main bill, others will be drugs &sat time that cost more as my womb lining wasn't thick enough for transfer so more drugs & appointments & each year there are embryo storage costs (we have 2 in separate storage from 2 harvesting so pay twice) Last time I think it cost £2800 in total, hoping for a bit less this time if my body plays ball 🤞🏻💕like @Katao said though, all I've done is phone to get started & ok had to have a drug to bring my period on but 2 phone calls & it's like "give us your money" 😳🙄

I'm spotting now (v lightly) but that started after I was given an internal scan yday which was booked after my bloods- everything seemed right for my dates (gestational sac & yolk sac seen which is a milestone at 5.5w) but it was still too early for baby!

will have another in a few weeks and praying for a baby! It's so hard as my symptoms have completely vanished but I went up on my weeks indicator for CB so hormone levels are going up-

funny I have zero symptoms to reassure me - had so many in prev pregnancies/early on with this one. One lady kindly suggested my body is now just so used to HCG it's coping well 😂 hoping it's the case as I literally feel like I'm back in anxious TWW x250786 snd symptom spotting till my next scan lol xxxx

Good morning everyone, when we finally went to bed last night I did eventually get sex but I was trying not to by the end and was falling asleep but he wasn't having any of it 😂 so crisis averted until I try again and he says no 🤣 currently cuddled up with Luna in bed 🥰

Sorry @LaceyMermaid I went straight to sleep after I sent my last msg (I'm Aussie)! Harmony here was about $550 (£300ish) for my first but I think went down to about $400 for my second. The technology is progressing rapidly, and I actually predict it will be a standard free test at some point in near future. For my first they had to send my blood to the US to be tested! In the two years between my two pregnancies they started a facility locally to test the blood.
Sorry no clue what costs would be in UK!

@Vil10 a word of warning.. if you find out the gender and decide not to tell people, make sure you don't tell annnyone! We made the mistake of asking our parents and a few others if they wanted to know or not, some said yes, some said no, and then we had to tiptoe around talking about it in certain groups and conversations. Was a nightmare! Ended up accidentally referring to the baby as 'he' with my dad and stepmum and everyone got shitty that it wasn't 'special' 🙄🙄
With our second we just told everyone to make life easier!

@lucyrp aw love, yep definitely on his period. By that I mean going through a few days of perhaps feeling a bit low himself - tired, stressed, unmotivated etc. probably just a natural mood fluctuation and he'll snap out of it, but I know it still feels crap to be on the receiving end x

@Juno231 yeah the embryo creation we got on NHS, we paid for another lot when I had a treatment break when my friend was pregnant (so we paid for her transfer & drugs as going to her wasn't supported by NHS) so we only got embryo creation on NHS despite having cancer & no children so 2nd lot was c£2000 then £770 x2 per year to store after our son was 6 months, you get storage paid if no child results on NHS. According to these a full cycle of private IVF is £3300 plus HEFA fee of £80 plus embryo glue £155 plus all drugs c£1500. IVF with ICSI is £4350 plus fee plus glue plus drugs so it's actually a good place to come for IVF here, cheaper! Just an expensive BFN or miscarriage if transfer fails like our one earlier this year.

@Mococo1 that must be so nerve wracking but spotting isn't unusual & so pleased you've had a scan to reassure you so far 🤞🏻💕 we are transferring one, our last two are different stages anyway & with my medical history a twin pregnancy would be dangerous so one by one

@LaceyMermaid our NIPT cost £400 last time, that was with a company in Leeds, on this IVF form here they do IONA with follow up consultation at £570 that's hull.

@mococo1 try and relax, I know its easier said than done. On my 1st I'd bleeding at 7&12 wks.
Internal picked up at 7+5 and then at 12, normal scan and the difference in size 🥰

Morning ladies! Woke up to a little bit of brownie/red when this morning, so I think AF is in the building. Bit of a slow start, but that happened last month and I promised I would not second guess it if it happened again, so I'm going to say it TODAY IS CYCLE DAY 1, I AM DEFINITELY NOT PREGNANT. Onwards with cycle 7 then... That actually felt really good 😁

@lucyrp I'm glad you got some sausage last night! We had to have the rejection chat a few weeks back, and my OH literally did not get that I even COULD feel that way. He asked what my problem was and I was like, how do you feel when I turn you down?! And he was like, hmph a bit hurt actually... It was a light bulb moment 😂

@Juno231 @notyetamumbuttrying booze is my issue with weight loss too! I tend to try not weekday drinking when I want to shift a few pounds, and it works really well for me.

@Minster2012 wow, it is fantastic that you can do this, but that is a lot of money - it's not like you or anyone else in your position chose this, and you certainly shouldn't have to get into debt for it. Our country is arse backwards (deep and meaningful post of the day).

@LV1987 @lucyrp we also had the chat a couple of months back. I came off the pill in January and we decided around April to try but for the first 2 months as soon as I got to fw, he wasn’t interested (coincidence as I’m sure he had no idea what fw was) or if we did did he would pull out. I decided to have a calm chat.....which means I started crying by second word 🤦🏻‍♀️ and he had no idea what was wrong. I double checked he still wanted to try for a baby and he said of course he just “forgot” when he pulled out and it was just habit. I then had to explain how my body worked aNd that there were only around 5 or 6 days of the month where I actually can get pregnant so we’d maybe need to try harder. He genuinely had no idea and has been absolutely fine since then. In his defence he was super stressed with work exams at that point and I think he genuinely just wasn’t in the mood. But I also think he had no idea how it all works

@notyetamumbuttrying - Today is 11dpo. Last 2 cycles I had continued to temp, so could see the 2 big drops and knew AF was on her way.

Due to being away until Friday, I stopped temping on Sunday. So haven't even got that to go by. Still got a little bit of pulling in my left side this morning but nothing major.

@lucyrp glad you finally got some dick🍆😂

@Skip86 yeah that's the only thing, we said we'd tell my mum dad and sister and his mum and step dad just so they could help us with the nursery (his step dad is amazing at decorating 😂) and little things like that!! But I think so many people just call their baby he/she when they don't actually know the gender, my friend didn't find out and constantly called the baby he, she just said it was easier and nicer than calling it "it" 😂 but I suppose I'll cross this bridge when I come to it!

7dpo over here, boobs and nipples still slightly tender but not out of the ordinary and nothing else to report, 4 more sleeps until testing!!

@Minster2012 well I don't think I'm going to BBT this month as I've only done 3 days so far and missed 6 so that's one less thing to worry about but I'm still doing my CB tests at the moment, I don't think he's really that stressed by it as I'm not that stressed this month as I know I could have a rubbish cycle again and the sex last night was just sex not baby making sex so I think he might just have been having a down couple of days 🤔🤔
