@Katao exercise wise I think it's supposed to be good for you although there is standardly loads of mixed studies, but I think like @blodyn91 said don't run a marathon but moving your body or building some extra muscle will only help your body function better x

@blodyn91 I was on shreddies last week! 🤤 my fave is weetabix I don't even buy it anymore coz I will literally sit and eat 4 in one go and then feel like a 🐳 with being sooo bloated 😂

@Quercus3 I'm enjoying Brazil nuts so far but I only have one a day (couldn't find how many to have so went with a conservative amount!) then again I don't think I've actually ever had them coated in chocolate so maybe would change my mind 🤔

@blodyn91 oh yes I have I only remembered to ring myself today! They all came back "normal no action" so I'm guessing that's a good thing!

I must come on here to rant. I've cried two nights in a row now and I just need to rant to someone. Yes I've been on my period but we haven't had sex for like nearly 2 weeks now and to be honest I haven't been that keen on having it myself as I was getting fed up of not knowing what's going on with my body but since my period started I've wanted it again and its always a no go when af is here with OH but she's been gone three days now and he wasn't having any of it the day before yesterday and then last night he was like yeah we'll have sex tonight, then he said yeah we'll have sex when we go to bed which is odd as we normally have it on the stairs the sofa or wherever. When we went to bed we both fell asleep. Then this morning he wouldn't have it before going to work which we normally do and said we'll have sex tonight. So I came home from work and showered, shaved and put on a matching set and came downstairs to which I go "well do it after tea" I feel like he's turned into an old man over night and I'm so upset! What is happening !

Men are so stressful at times!!! But don't get yourself upset or worked up over it, sometimes they are just typical men and don't realise how upset or angry this makes us, he might just be tired or something! If I was you I'd ask him what's up with him and say it's bothering you that he seems to have lost his drive! Don't worry though❤️

Aww thanks for thinking of me @Katao 🥰 I think because I know we don't have a chance this month I've taken a bit of a step back, it's actually been really nice to not be stressing about the TWW haha. Week 2 of the diet and exercise and I'm 5 pounds down so feel like I'm being productive ☺️ I have had a scroll every now and again though to check up ☺️

@Juno231 id definitely be on team surprise, I think it's exciting not to know until they're born 🥰 my only worry would be if I had a girl I'd want a really girly nursery so would probably end up doing it twice 😂 x

Sorry trying to catch up, I'm same as @Skip86 on the genders. We had issues with the testing for my DS so we opted to do the full testing & I would just do that again for peace of mind, (& I'm kind of controlling so would want to know!) it's so stressful can't believe it's so soon @Skip86
