Smell is quite heightened tonight.. trying hard to not read into it too much 😩

We’ve just been for a fun walk, now opened the gin. Hopefully will forget how hot it is, though I’ve told oh it’s not the end of the world if we don’t dtd tonight.

Yeah definitely new for me. Been convinced I can smell rain for the last couple of hours, and instantly smelled DH’s hummus across the room even though I can’t usually smell it even when he’s right next to me. 8DPO today 🤞

@MrsB2019x before I got my bfp in June, I couldn’t stand the smell of the litter tray. Ours is hidden in a cupboard with a tiny cat shaped door that is cleaned twice daily. Some dettol spilled in oh’s boot, and anytime he came home from work it’s all I could smell on him.

Was definitely one of my first signs so 🤞🏻

Couldn't wait lol... Such a fail... Now will have to wait a week to see if it sticks... Good gad this is stressful.

@BuckleUp yes.. I ovulated on CD 16 this time and I usually have a 9 day luteal phase which is short. But it just means all this is very quick, picking up hcg pretty soon which would have meant a quick travel time (lol) down the fallopian tube for my egg and then quick hcg production. So I hope that's not a bad sign (like an ectopic or something) I hope everything is in the right place. 🤞 It does stick

Morning ladies, woke up and couldn't help myself I took an IC and got a BFP, I'm going to buy some better tests today but I'm so scared it's a false positive! I can't let myself be happy just yet!

Ahhh @BronzeSilverGold13 that is so amazing! That is a stunner of a positive. How many dpo are you, sorry I prob asked before! It's funny my symptoms were all very slight this month too! It's really hard not to be happy... I think il be really wary until 12 weeks... But a little excitement crept in this morning x

@SVC11 I'm not entirely sure how many dpo I am. I didn't really track this month but if my apps correct I must have ovulated around cycle day 25 ish! The only symptoms I've had is slight nausea but I put that down to the heat ,the pain in my boob yesterday and my tummy feeling strange like I was bloated but definitely not actually bloated.

I'm gonna retest today and tomorrow but I've never had a positive like that before! I'm definitely scared I'll get a better test and it says it's negative!

I'm glad excitement has crept in for you, how many dpo are you? How is your DP/DH with the news, mines slightly freaked out I think hahah

@SVC11 Oh I hope it sticks for you! It must be strong to be picked up on a digital so hopefully it's tucked up safe and sound in the right place. Were you taking supplements to extend your LP this cycle?
