Hello, just a new thread for August...will add people as and when they finish with the 'July pact'

I think it's important to have a relevant thread once you are looking forward and gearing up for the next cycle...
Or chat turns to tww's when we will want to start chatting about ovulation again...

Will run both threads alongside each other ❤️

CD11 today so entering the fertile window, c’monnnn 💪

Next cycle is pretty much a write off as we’ll be moving house just before ov so really hope this cycle is the one!

Update: I’m booked in for surgery under GA Monday morning. Weirdly I’m freaking out over the covid test tomorrow more.

I just can’t wait for this nightmare to be over, and to be able to start our ttc journey again in a couple of weeks if given the go ahead!

Hope it all goes smoothly @Sansa87, hopefully it won't be too long before you can start trying again. I'm sorry it's been such a drawn out process for you.

Also I've had the covid test and it's not too bad, promise! And I struggle with swallowing pills and stuff, not good in general with foreign objects down my throat (not trying to lower the tone promise!)

Wishing you a speedy recovery @Sansa87 - the op itself is over before you know it and I was physically okay fairly quickly.

Cd15 here. Thought I was going to get a positive opk tonight after this morning's not quite positive one but it was negative 🤔 maybe tomorrow. Pic of this morning attached excuse my leg lol

@Purplefairy25 that looks a little darker than a negative to me so hopefully will go to peak in next day or 2!

Hey everyone, sorry I've been a bit AWOL recently, not sure where the days are going! (Can guarantee they'll slow down once in the TWW though 🙈)

@sansa87 so sorry to hear you've got to have surgery, hope it all goes ok for you.

CD9 today I started testing with the CB digital opk at CD8 last month but didn't get my peak until CD16 so going to start tomorrow this time round

@Sansa87 Sending you lots of love for Monday. My dad was in hospital recently and had 3 COVID tests, he said they weren't bad at all and hardly felt anything. X

How's everyone doing? I'm absolutely shattered and starting to feel crappy - my DD is back in childcare and she has a cold which I think I've caught. I suspect my immune system is weak as anything nowadays since I've barely left the house or been in a supermarket since March!

It's my first time TTC and I'm finding the scheduled DTD sessions a bit much! 🙈 I'm not using any ovulation sticks just my period tracker so still have a few fertile days left to go, AF is due 9th August.

@kirinm Oh no!! Hope it doesn't come to much. CD11 today and we're skipping DTD because we're exhausted from the gym and working on the new house. Resting for tomorrow which should hopefully be 2 days before ovulation 😉

Also at 6dpo (yesterday) I had cramping and a tiny speck of blood.
Hoping it's implantation...if anyone wants to join in symptom spotting! 😂

@Rotagilla thanks for the spreadsheet 🙂 I'm also cramping today! I am anywhere from 5-8 days post ov depending on which app I believe lol, definitely using opks to track next month.

A speck of blood sounds very positive for implantation, can't think of another reason you would have that at this time of month 😀

Hi @Rotagilla thanks for adding me to the spreadsheet. I’m on cycle 1, ovulated 18th July due to test August 2nd (perhaps before 😂🤦🏼‍♀️)

@leopardlover blank circle this morning, think I've got another 25 sticks left so should keep me going for at least this cycle and next.. maybe even the one after if I'm sensible with them and don't test twice a day like last month 😂

@rotagilla that sounds really promising! Only a few more days until you can test 🤞🤞

@Rotagilla sounds very positive! What day are you calculating as ovulation. I'm not sure how to calculate from my first peak. Do you temp as well?

@LeopardLover fab that you got to the gym. How was it? I've not been back yet. Do you have an idea of when you'll ovulate?

@Rotagilla Thanks for the spreadsheet as always. AF is now expected on 1st Aug as I ovulated a day later than usual. Your symptoms sound very promising! I can't think of anything else it could be at that stage 🤞🏻

@LeopardLover How was the gym?! The work on the house sounds exhausting, good idea saving your energy 😉. I've spent the last two days mountain biking which has nicely taken my mind of the TWW 😊

Due to ov on Wednesday, DH has decided he’s going out straight from work on Tuesday night so very unlikely we’ll get to DTD then 🙄 hope either side of Tuesday will be enough 🤞
