For me my RHR was one of my first signs I was pregnant it normally sat around 58-62 and it had crept up a bpm or 2 every day for like 7/8 days to the highest it had ever been, I didn't have any dips it was a straight rocket up on my graph but if you look at the link about it shows everyone is different. Mine normally goes to its lowest point 2 days before Af and then increases until AF but some have a peak at ovulation x

@Minster2012 Unfortunately my IM is cancelled, so not sure when Ill acctually become an Iron Woman 😔 All that training for nothing! Although I had nothing else to do in March/April anyway.
