Does anyone else feel like their cycles always used to be so so standard until they started TTC? 😂 never used to have any brown spotting, always used to be dead on the predicted date. Now it's like my bodies mocking me 😂🙃 x

@Mococo1 I think this is the one I was listening to Ive been listening to different ones each day for 10-15mins just to relax to try keep the stress levela down. I usually end up tuning into the music not the words but this one just clicked with me today for some reason. I think it just made the whole food thing make more sense looking at it like preparing a nest. Or they talked about how you'd do up your nursery for the babys arrival so look at this time as a preteimester and do up your womb for baby's arrival in there. I think it just made the healthy eating side of things less of a chore and have more of a purpose.

Loving all the kitten/dog/lamb pics. Id love a blacknosed valais lamb (the curly haired sheep) but they cost a fortune.....keep pestering hubby every year at the highland show in the hope he'll cave. Maybe one day!
