@Kaybobx there was even a Maca Root for fertility (its not available in UK probably because there isn't enough research to prove it works) but my goodnes just look at these reviews and this maca was on 500mg we on 4000mg goodness I hope this helps.

I know oh my goodness so I literally just googled natural remedies for stress and moods because I know i am high alert TTC which isnt helping. The things I read showed it helped with motility and fertility of sperm and increases female libido and then I got distracted and never thought of it again until you said you needed to increase your libido. So thank you for reminding me of it. I literally started the same day as you mine arrived the same day. Therefore we in this maca journey together haha.

Which is used to help with PMS symptoms and moods i found this on my search for natural mood stabilisers the reason I chose maca root instead was because it is to regulate long or irregular periods. It is also to be used only like clomid (people are calling this the natural Clomid) when TTC so only from the day your AF ends for like 5 days it brings on ovulation quickly and since I need to regulate my moods particularly after ovulation and before AF it wouldn't work for what I needed it too.

But the YouTube videos on this guys. It might be my next craze in the coming months hahah.

Update: my peak stayed as a peak when I tested it at 14.00 and then when I tested at 19:00 it was still strong but not as strong as the earlier 2 tests

Yes shes in bed thank god! She goes at 7pm and wakes up at 7am so can't complain really. Today its literally been screaming for no reason! Do you want some strawberries? No! I'm just worried because I have PCOS that the OPKs aren't reliable if that makes sense? I just hope it's a solid face tomorrow or at least still smiling as I don't want it to go back to a blank circle. I done a cheap OPK and that had virtually no line

@ReginaaPhalange I saw on this Dr Feritility website (after Kaybobx shared her delivery) that they have trying to conceive vitamins specifically for PCOS (I guess an alternative to Pregnacare/Seven Seas) I am not sure how it is living with PCOS but I think high OPK is high you know.

@ReginaaPhalange I'm not sure how the OPKS work with PCOS, do you have EWCM? I think that would be your best indicator as dont quote me but i read somewhere that OPKs aren't as reliable with PCOS. Is your GP giving you anything to help?

@Kaybobx @candycrush2298 nope. Nothing from GP as first month ttc. Would only intervene if unsuccessful after 12 months. I had EWCM this afternoon and a few twinges which is usually an indicator for me

Hey guys hope you’re all ok? I’m getting ewcm today - period is due in about 4 days. Not sure if that means anything or nothing 😂
I also caved and did a clear blue early test thIs morning - I could swear it had a super faint line but not sure if it’s just my eyes playing tricks on me. When I took a picture I couldn’t see anything. I might try again tomorrow morning. I’m feeling so pregnant so I know I’ll be super disappointed if AF shows up next week 😳

@JLM1008 Hey! Ooooh how exciting. Clear blue tests require alot more HCG to pick up a positive. Get to the shop and buy a red die test like a first response. Crossing my fingers for you 🤞🏼

Thanks @Kaybobx I think it was a 10mlu sensitivity. I really hope it’s not my eyes playing tricks on me! I’ll pick up a first response today and test tomorrow morning with my first wee of the day 😂

@JLM1008 oooooh this is soo exciting!!! Holding thumbs for you. CB need high HCG like Kaybobx said so I would also say go get a first response or any other red dye test I have heard Superdrug are really good at picking up early but have never used it myself. Really really excited for you please let us know how you get on.

Oh godddd girls. So yesterday my OPK was light and i wouldn't even say high. I didn't use my CB as i only have 4 strips left so thought id save them until im near. This morning i did a strip and CB, i got my peak!! Whatttt!! How has it gone from faint to a blazing red line and a solid smiley?!
I of course BD right away and I'm sat now with the cup in 😂. I didn't even get a practice run with it haha!! Its quite comfy actually.

So as you know my libido has been totally off and i only had sex the night before last for the first time in 3 weeks!! Do you think I'm still in with a chance or should i have done more before my peak? My app says i don't ovulate until Friday so ive not thought to start BDing yet. Ahhhhhh

Still a flashing smiley today. Should I hold off and do another test this afternoon in case I get my peak or should I DTD this morning and hope if j get my peak that they're swimmers there haha then do it again tomorrow?
