@SmileyT okay I will ring the midwife tomorrow and just say the doctor has asked me to go to them for bloods and explain what's happening. I wish there was a hugging emoji. Xx

@lucyrp if you don't want to ring the midwife you could wait it out another week and see what happens? How would you feel about waiting and testing again in a weeks time? X

@Cocoblue22 its probably for the best that I get bloods done isn't it as there might be something wrong and best to get it checked early so there's more chance of it being picked up x

@lucyrp I think it's best yes if you can. At least then you will no for sure and plan your next move. I think sometimes the not knowing is worse than having all the facts. Will you have to wait until Monday to ring or will they be there tomorrow? Not sure whether they would make you wait until Monday for bloods x

I know it must be so shit for you at the moment especially with Dr saying she thinks you are, and I know it's going to be a hard conversation but I'm positive you will feel 100 times better physically and mentally if you get a definite answer 🤗 🤗 🤗 although you could wait and keep testing based on what you've told us that is just making you anxious and feel crappy with squinters and then BFNs with bloods it will be clear xx

@SarahTTC2020 I find it interesting too about the nationalities. I'm very English, dark blond but very fair skin (& now patches of vitiligo) my DH also very English has olive skin & dark hair. DS came out very dark hair & eyes everyone just went "he looks totally like DH nothing like you", but now nearly 2 his hair has gone to blond like me but dark eyes m but has olive skin when in summer as we now find despite factor 50 he tans very easily & he's a cracker (as ppl who saw the picture I accidentally posted last thread before getting it removed saw, he's a little surfer dude!) I don't mind a pic of him on here but it had DH full on it too & our house 😂

@Cocoblue22 I had my bloods done on Sunday last time by the midwife so they might do them over the weekend I'm not sure. I'l try and ring tomorrow and see what they say. X

@SmileyT I know i didn't think it was fair saying she thinks I was. Its all very well thinking I am but am I or not lol. I'm hoping if it's a negative in the bloods they may be able to shed light on what is happening instead. No it's okay you didn't sound like that don't worry xx

Can't believe we have had even more BFPs today! Been sooo busy at work today so just caught up now. Congratulations all 😬🙌🏼💕🎉

Not a lot going on with me at the moment so not posting much but I'm still here lurking! Hoping to start having sex again maybe Tuesday/Wednesday but not holding out much hope as it's still not certain if we can try again this month with OH being as he is ☹️ ovulation predicted a week today so we will just have to wait and see what we can do.

@lucyrp sorry to hear you didnt get the answers you wanted from the doc. It sounds like getting bloods done or even a chat with the midwife might put your mind a bit more at rest either way.

Have you tried to test again with different makes of tests or at different times of the day? You could try it but go into the mindset that they're going to be negative so you don't get disappointed. If they are all neg then that gives you a good starting point for pushing for answers when you're talking to the midwife. If even one of them comes up with a squinter then it might just be that your levels aren't high enough yet. It might help to try if you can't get a midwife appointment soon. Big hugs either way......go have some distraction sex to take your mind off it.

Btw, ass fruit juice (grapefruit) + ass fruit juice (pomegranate) = ok juice

@Ltay2 its not been the best I must say almost as bad as the day I started bleeding last cycle ☹️

@DKDK123 I guess I couldn't expect them to give me another answer but I also didn't expect her to say she thinks I am 🤷🏼‍♀️I tried another make of test the co op cheap ones that I had a faint positive on last cycle but it was with the same urine sample as the negative on FRER. I might try some clear blue ones maybe ? I don't know. I know boots are a waste of time and Tesco's aren't thay good either so I don't really know where to go from here. I might order some cheap ICs maybe. We had sex earlier before I spoke to the doctor but now I'm scared because she said I might be 😂 OH will be on his game tonight anyway so il probably go to bed once DS is in bed too x

@lucyrp I wouldnt read too much into the fact that both of them were negative if they were both dipped in the same sample. If you have to wait a while for a midwife appointment you get some cheapies and try at different times of the day see if anything comes up, if they're cheap you wouldnt mind doing it multiple a day, its just whether you could cope emotionally or not that only you can decide.

And dont worry about the sex they say its fine during pregnancy and won't cause m/c. Early m/c are usually due to chromosome abnormalities and would have happened whether you did or didn't have sex. If you've got a wee bean burrowed in there and its healthy then it'll be staying put so shag away guilt free as much as you like and release those endorphins to make you feel better x

@Minster2012 the gin will help lower stress levels which is also needed for good fertility I say go for it 😂

@DKDK123 that's what I was thinking. Has anyone tried the one step ones ?? Is thay what you used earlier @Mococo1 ?? I'm hoping it won't take too long for a midwife appointment because I rang on the Monday last time and was seen by the Friday so hopefully the same this time. I mean it's going to be the same answer if I test lots or not so I may aswell just try them at different times of the day. Il have like a window sill full of urine samples by the end of the day 😂

Yeah thag is true pretty sure I had sex when I was pregnant before and because I didn't know I was pregnant at that stage I didn't worry. I will try and seduce OH after my food baby from this 🌯 has gone away 😂

Sorry I'm just catching up from earlier as DS is unwell so handed him over currently walking dogs around a very wet field. @Sydgal22 your OH is disapproving of you drinking, obviously it is each to their own & many ppl don't drink in TWW but we've also done IVF & they said to us "a glass of wine the night before embryo transfer is a lovely way to settle your nerves" ok they do say act like you are pregnant in your TWW but ITS ONLY BECAUSE YOU ARE THERE BECAUSE YOU'VE TRIED FOR 2 YEARS. I asked my DH to give up drinking for the TWW with me, he said yes, then the next night he drank a skinful being on charge of DS at his mums house (Cos I wasn't meant to lift him) & stayed at his mums celebrating our nephews first birthday so she could assist with DS, I drove home having concealed my not drinking by saying I was unwell. So i would tell your OH to not drink with you for 2 weeks of each month it takes you to conceive if that's his attitude. Totally agree with others, until a placenta is formed the baby doesn't take anything from you. That's about 11 weeks. Still everyone's choice.

My mother made a comment to my SIL breast feeding the other week & having a cider. I quickly pointed out how weak cider is & how it's good everyone has free choice isn't it mother. #killmenow

I don't think I'm going to buy any tests online as I'm scared of these false batches so will have to wander to the shop at some point and get some. There's false clear blues, false FRERs its a minefield. I can't get any FRERs near me only tesco boots or clear blue 😬

Currently on CD5 will be testing around 3rd July

@lucyrp its the one step ones from amazon I use, only about £3 for 20 of them but make sure you get wide width ones as there are easier to see a line, the other ones are really narrow. They're the ones that gave me a BFP with my son a week before my period was due and positives before my period with my 2 CPs, might not be the same for everyone I might just produce strong levels very early on but for £3 you don't mind literally pissing away your money doing multiple a day compare to £10 for 2 CB ones!
The only thing I would say is they can show evap lines but they are very much grey (I think that's where a lot of people on reviews complain about false positives) so just be mindful that they do that and only take coloured lines as the positives.
